Going through my divorce I was barely keeping it together. I made this one night and my kids LOVED it!!!! They always asked for it every time we were together. It became a household staple. Now 6 years later we’re still loving it!!! Mine is just boiled elbow with a couple cans of store pasta sauce and a pound of ground beef.

My French chef Mom said the starch from the pasta alters the taste of the dish you are making. Also: if you have leftovers? The pasta will get like glue. Just separate the pasta in another bowl and refrigerate it after it cools. When your ready for leftovers? Heat up the mixture then add the macaroni. Lot less starchy and the pasta doesn’t get mushy from being overcooked. My mom? DARN her! Was RIGHT! Miss you Mom and Dad…xxoo
Your note was posted a long time ago, but I'm going to use this recipe again, and read through it just to be sure I have all the ingredients in mind. Then I read comments. I do the same, cooking the macaroni separately, for the same reasons. I can make double the recipe of the sauce and meat, and freeze half, then I don't have weird macaroni in the frozen portion. I cook fresh noodles when I'm serving the second half, later on. I agree... it's much better, for me, that way. Just thought I'd tell you.. you never know when your words will be read. :)

I also use a can of diced tomatoes and a can of plain tomato sauce and about 4 cups or so of water to cook the macaroni. Last ingredient was a little block of Kerrygold sharp cheddar stirred in. A little garlic salt and a lot of fresh ground black pepper. I'm a family of one so I give away most of what I cook. My son-in-law texted me after he ate his and said "it was ballin beefaroni", 🤣 kids. I took some for my nurse at my hemodialysis unit and she liked it well enough to be sneaking back to their lunch room all morning and eat bites of it cold😮. My sister, who never tried mushrooms, claims she hates them said, "it had a really good flavor". Lol. All I said was "thank-you". No way will I ever tell her she ate mushrooms🤣. Unless of course she outright asks if I added them. Then I'd have to tell her the truth. One thing I learned early on when raising kids is if you mince fine or even puree the veg they claim they hate... they'll eat anything. If they can't see it, they'll eat it without complaint. Outta sight, outta mind. And they get their vegtables.
I'm ok with mushroom flavor but sometimes, the texture weirds me out. I can understand why she'd be ok with them minced. I know they are good for you so I may try doing this the next time I make my American Goulash. I wish I could do this as a way to learn to like cheese but I just can't seem to get past the smell.😞

I grew up eating goulash. My Mother and my Grandmother would make it often and us kids loved it. It was one of those dishes that was even better as leftovers. Ours had macaroni, ground beef, onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Also seasoning. Never had it with cheese but that's something I definitely want to try. Thanks for the great recipe and video. 🙂
My mom made a similar recipe that she called American chop suey..our family and all the relatives, cousins, aunts and uncles loved it..definitely a depression era meal..you brought back some fond memories ❤
I will definitely be making your recipe ! I do have an easy recipe that I've been using, found it on a can of Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce: 1 lb hamburger, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 15 oz can Spaghetti Sauce (listed above), 1 c. dry elbow macaroni, 1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese. (5 ingre.) Prepare: Brown meat & onion in skillet (med. high heat). Drain, season with Salt & Pepper. Add spag. sauce and 1 c. water, bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Cover, simmer 8-10 min. till pasta is done. Stir in cheese & garnish with sliced green onions. Prep: 5 min., Cook: 15 min. Serves 4 (for small families or kids are grown & gone). Can add grn. bell pepper too. It is really good too ! WE ALL LOVE YOUR RECIPES !!
I remember my grandmother making this but she didn't use nearly as many ingredients. If I recall correctly, she told me it was a dish made in many households during the great depression because it was fairly cheap to make. And being from the country, the onions, peppers, tomatoes (fresh or home canned) usually came from the family garden making the cost even lower.
You are right on, my dear! Both of my grandmothers made goulash using kitchen gardens right out their back doors. Kitchen gardens are a smaller version of a person’s big garden accessible right out the back door…lol! Tomato’s, green peppers, cabbage, onions, potatoes, etc. My mother’s mom put me outside on morning with a salt shaker and I ate ripe tomatoes right off the vine! There was a pump handle well right at the beginning of the rows of vegetables in the garden. All I had to do was grab the handle and pump to get water to wash my ripe, juicy tomato off before biting into it! By the time I went back in the house I had juice running down my face, my shirt and my legs with tomato juice! Mmmm, they those tomatoes were good! My mom’s goulash must have had more tomatoes or maybe use tomato paste than this recipe because the juice was thicker and redder than this one??? Any one way, both were DELICIOUS and served with hot, homemade bread….yes!
Yes my Mom used to make this because we liked it! I still make it today, and my family love it. We never added peppers, or cheese. Just onion, beef, macaroni and tomato juice, it's plain but filling, and eaten with cornbread, YUMMY!!!
@@beckyshock3099 I just d t made some today. I use tomato juice and canned tomatoes. Onion an green pepper. Don't remember it growing up. Discovered it when I moved to Ohio and my friend told me. I love it. I don't add my macaroni either. Keep them separate. Today I added some tomato sauce and found out it good. Mine is more soupy than hers.
One of my go to dishes and I like it even better as a leftover. The flavors go into the pasta overnight. I use a can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies and a half cup of diced onion instead of powder.
Love goulash. I have always made my grandma's/mom's but yrs ago I changed it up and I now add Frido-Lays jalapeno cheese dip. Gives it a little kick with a little sweetness with the brown sugar. Hamburger, chopped onions, elbow macaroni, peeled whole tomatoes (cut up) tomato sauce, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Last 15 minutes, I add the jalapeno cheese. Homemade bread/rolls. Yummy.
My mom would add large red kidney beans to her goulash and that’s the way I had it my whole life. We always had a side of canned green beans when she made it also.
Daddy made this all the time 60 years ago. I waited until he couldn't remember what was his recipe. This brings back memories. Guess that's one reason I love watching you & enjoy the family too. Thank you
I made your goulash recipe for supper. I had company and everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing these recipes. I liked that I didn't have to cook the macaroni separately. Just put it in with the other ingredients. That made the prep very easy.
My mom would make this all the time for us as a kid. My mom would use elbow macaroni, olives, canned corn, ground beef, canned tomato sauce, onion, garlic and spices.
I love this recipe! When I was a young woman, my best friend made goulash just like this! I have lost track of my friend but I will never forget that goulash!
I just recently came across your recipes. After viewing a bunch of other recipes for American Goulash, yours was the one I have been looking for. Thank you for bringing back an old childhood favorite!
I’m from Massachusetts. In New England, we call this American Chop Suey. My grandmother made it for us often; you could feed an entire family a good, hearty meal without breaking the bank.
I moved up there from pittsburgh back in the 80's and never heard it called American chop suey till then. I had it there the first time at a deli that was located under the "T" in Lynn. Can't remember the street name, but i used to work at Sir Speedy at the other end of the block.I grew up just calling it stuff. My mom just put onion, ground meat, elbow macaroni and canned diced tomatoes.
@@dm8553 Ah, yes, Central Square. I believe that was Union St., really sketchy area, probably still is. I briefly lived off Union while in college. Was that the Capitol Diner, by any chance?
Hello Catherine! It was fun to watch your goulash video. I have loved this easy dish for decades…had it at home when I was a kid and made it often after I got married, but it had fewer ingredients. We browned a pound of hamburger, a medium onion chopped and browned together, a little green pepper if we had it, a can of tomato soup, and small can of tomato sauce, and a cup or 2 of cooked elbow macaroni, seasonings and let it simmer a bit. Sooo good! So I’m now in my mid seventies and going to make it your way tonight…it’s cooking now but I’m a little hesitant to add broth and the macaroni. I might have to cook it separately. Old dog, new trick! Thanks for always delivering a good recipe for us TH-cam watchers!
I made this for the first time yesterday. It is so good and easy to make. leftovers are usually 10x better so I can't wait to warm it up for another meal!
oh man i had to try this ! 1 hour lata, its 6:58am here in Arkansas and i just finished my goulash just like you made it and wow i mean wow this meal is easy and absolutely delicious i ate a big bowl of it and im about to pop . ahh time for some daily news ,the other 3 family members just woke up and found the rest of the goulash there not even using bowls there just eating it out of the pot with big wooden spoons .lol thx for the recipe Catherine
Thanks for sharing Catherine! I tried your recipe tonight but substituted ground beef with ground elk that I harvested last season. It turned out great! The flavor was amazing.
I put onions and one pound of ground beef and tomato juice. And boil macaroni for 4 minutes, put macaroni in the pan and let the macaroni cook the rest of the way. My Mom used to make it that way.
Here in Ohio , the Marzetti Restaurant invented a dish for their children’s menu called “ Johnny Marzetti “ . A goulash of flat egg noodles, hamburger, onions and tomato sauce cooked on stovetop then sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese and baked. Delicious and a stand by to every school cafeteria!
Hamburger, onion, diced or crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, cooked elbow macaroni. My mother added kidney beans (I always picked them out). Nowadays I add chopped black olives. Add garlic powder and/or cheese to taste. The best thing about goulash is that it tastes just as good as leftovers!
@CJ Wilemon You sound like a small child commenting in an ugly way just to stir things up. Hopefully when you become an adult you will gain the wisdom to appreciate all the different tastes people acquire.
Its a personal choice what people like to eat. Its NEVER wrong, its your taste. I just don't like when people say it's original and its not. Fusion cooking has been around for a long time and its great. My American goulash is a bit different. I use: Red bell pepper Onion Ground beef Garlic Oregano Beef stock Diced tomatoes Some tomato paste from a tube. 1 tsp of sugar. If I have canned tomatoes from my garden I omit the sugar Red pepper flakes (opt.) Soy sauce. That shocked me but its magic. Of course pasta. Cheese is added at the dining table and it your choice. Salad and Texas toast on the side. Your looks very good but different. I love how many was there are to create the same dish. Take care💜X
I'm in a living situation at the moment that I have no control what meals are made or served. I am moving soon and I am looking forward to making my mom's goulash. It's a little different than yours but it's goulash it's a comfort food and I love it. You've given me some ideas that I'm probably going to add to my goulash just for the flavor of it. Thank you for reminding me of this wonderful dish.
I made this recipe and the only thing I did was add some beef base to my stock. This recipe is a keeper as it is warming and comforting. I am happy to find this site as I get ideas to use up items in my pantry, I don't have to use a lot of different pans and it really stretches my food budget. Thank you.
Hi Catherine. I love goulash, and grew up eating it as a kid. My mom made it a little while back, but she didn't put corn or bell peppers in it. We normally don't do green bell peppers or cellery in our food because they always overpower the taste of everything else in the dish.
Goulash is my FAVORITE!!! I've never tried bell pepper before even though its one of my absolute favorite foods! I love them by themselves. I make 2 different types of goulash. And recently have discovered that a bit of chili seasoning, paprika and Adobe seasoning added so much flavor! After browning the ground sirloin I sauté at least 5 onions and as the whole soup is cooking I use the same elbow pasta. The tomato, I use diced and puree. BEST goulash EVER!!! If it were just for me I would use 10 onions! 😆 🤣 When I reheat a bowl the next day I put 1-2 slices of mozzarella on top. The pepper and salt are so important. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
I usually boil the noodles first but it is soooooo good when the noodles cook in the sauce new stuff for me I did it with the spaghetti taco so good it looks good I'm making this ♥️
My Busia (Polish for Gramma) made this a lot. No green peppers or corn. Slices of American cheese on top while in the oven. Your recipes are so good. Thanks
Hello. Just found your channel. I'm 72. My mom used to make this when I was a kid. Loved it then, love it now. I'm thawing hamburger and didn't know what I was doing with it, so I think this is it. Thanks for the idea.
My family's version is more tomatoes, no corn, and cheese is added after plated. I'm definitely giving this version a try! Thank you for sharing. Probably going to try all versions shared in comments too. I love goulash!😋
I have a big bowl of that in my fridge right now that I will break down to individual freezer bowls. I make it differently though. There has to be hundreds of versions of American Goulash. We love it.
I'm from the Netherlands, and I've never before heard a dish like this called "goulash". We would just call it "macaroni". Goulash to us (in Europe) is NOT with macaroni, but it's a beef dish that has to simmer for hours, and you eat it with rice, potatoes or bread etc. This looks and sounds yummy though! :) Edit: Guess what I'm eating tonight? :D
I am 84 in October and this is one of my American favorites to this day. I do not use Corn or the Cheese but i do add some Thyme I find it gives anything with Vegetables more flavor. I think i will try the Cheese it looks good just never thought to use it or give it a try Thank Catherine once again for featuring our American Classic foods we all love so much.. Love you and your family and it goes without saying all your recipes lol
I've been looking for a familiar goulash recipe. This seems to be the same recipe my momma used. It's making me hungry just watching it cook. Thanks for the recipe!!
Thanks. I went to the store as soon as I could that day I saw your video. I use to make a dish similar to this recipe when my children were young. I called it beefy mac, but your dish was excellent. I followed the recipe to the point. (I usually don't) 🤔 but I'm glad I did, Thanks.
I love my mom's goulash. She was born in 1917 and learned to cook in school. Her recipe was kind of like yours. Not Hungarian. Just country. And she never measured. She served with homemade biscuits.
It's been decades since I've made it and probably just followed my mom's recipe, which most likely came from Betty Crocker! I don't recall using corn or cheese.
@@verucasalt2391 then please don’t call it goulash, give a different name then because this is not even goulash which is a stew. Call itt bolognese or something else...

Yep. Mom and Dad grew up during the depression. Goulash was on the table when I grew up in the 50s and 60s. I dont know what all mom used, but it was good!
This is definitely going into our rotation. When I was a little girl we had this at least once a week and leftovers were lunch. So delicious! I can’t wait to make it.
Bell peppers, with onion and tomatoes just has such a delicioius base for so many recipes. I've been using a splash of soy sauce in many of my recipes that call for ground beef and tomatoes, peppers. Sounds odd, but gives such an enhanced flavor without tasting "chinese", if you add just a splash.
I’m going to make this and try freeze drying it! What a fantastic comfort food that you can fix quickly in any portion size you chose. Just add boiling water.
I am from Florida and I call that Beefaroni. The goulash we make is stewed beef with onions and bacon with lots of delicious beef gravy that has a hint of smok from the bacon a hint of mustard and dill and it’s served over diced boiled potatoes. It is very similar to Rouladen.
Oh, that sizzling sound from the pan. I can't resist this any longer so I off to my kitchen, to try the American Goulash recipe. Thank you Catherine for sharing this great recipe.
Yes , I've been eating Goulash for 60 years. not many people add tomato soup or even think of it , you are the second person outside my family who ive seen use it.Our recipes differ, but basically the same. Mine has onions and bell pepper , ground chuck with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, fresh garlic and 4Tbsp. of pancake syrup (maybe more after tasting) that i all cooked together., then elbow macaroni and 1 lg.or 3sm. cans of tomato soup w/half can of milk. my mom never added the milk but i do because it cuts that tomato flavor a bit and makes it a bit creamier. My grandchildren love it SO DO I . oh , i add 2 or 3 tbsp of butter at end , it gives it a shine and a little more somethin somethin, i just started doing that in the past few yrs . your version looks very tasty . p.s. tried your taco spaghetti and my grandchildren absolutely loved it, thank you !
I love to cook but I'm truly horrible at it. I love a good goulash no matter what kind d it is. And it's hard to cook when you love peppers and onions but the one you live with hates them. You had my mouth drooling the whole video. Thank you, God bless
Never had it growing up, and as I couldn't cook when I got married (military wife) a friend taught me how to make it but with rice, not elbows - I make it once and awhile - it's just me now
I just made this today for Sunday lunch and it is delicious!!! I didn't make any changes to your recipe...perfect as is!! I love it...will definitely become a regular meal in my house. Love your videos...thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing.
What a beautiful picture of how much simpler life used to be...even in a very trying experience like the Great Depression.
And that may be why I love it so much…my father had vivid recollections of that horrible time.
Thank you for this! I’ve looked everywhere for a goulash recipe like my mother’s and this is as close as I’ll ever get I think! Delicious!
Wonderful!
Thank you
Our pleasure!
I made your goulash recipe for supper. I had company and everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing these recipes. I liked that I didn't have to cook the macaroni separately. Just put it in with the other ingredients. That made the prep very easy.
Awesome! I'm glad you liked it.
We've never put corn in it and we put the cheese and sour cream on the table for each person to add to their dish if they want it.
Your a great mom cooking for your children ❤❤
My mom would make this all the time for us as a kid. My mom would use elbow macaroni, olives, canned corn, ground beef, canned tomato sauce, onion, garlic and spices.
Catherine, I just love watching you cook and I love seeing your husband and Children help you cook. your show makes my day I tell everyone about you
Thank you so much!
I love this recipe! When I was a young woman, my best friend made goulash just like this! I have lost track of my friend but I will never forget that goulash!
Wanted to make goulash for the grandkids tonight and you are my go to for recipes! Thanks Cathrine!
Simple,hearty, good food!
You're welcome! Hope they love it.
I just recently came across your recipes. After viewing a bunch of other recipes for American Goulash, yours was the one I have been looking for. Thank you for bringing back an old childhood favorite!
Catherine I will be making this I'm so happy I found. U channel can't wait to make this. I have good memories on this Dish
Hope you enjoy
I’m from Massachusetts. In New England, we call this American Chop Suey. My grandmother made it for us often; you could feed an entire family a good, hearty meal without breaking the bank.
American chop is the best, however no corn thanks!!
My mom is from Maine, that’s what she called it!
my mother in law use to call this the same thing American chop suey with spaghetti
You're welcome.
I'm glad y'all liked it. It's one of our favorites.
I grew up eating this my grandma and mom cooked this for us a lot and i loved it with a big slice of cornbread
CORNBREAD "YEP" I'm In.
This recipe is the exact one my mama use to make when we were kids. I make it today and still love it.
Thanks for sharing Catherine! I tried your recipe tonight but substituted ground beef with ground elk that I harvested last season. It turned out great! The flavor was amazing.
My husband said he bet it was awesome with Elk.
Very true, it taste as good on day three as on day 1
@CJ Wilemon You sound like a small child commenting in an ugly way just to stir things up. Hopefully when you become an adult you will gain the wisdom to appreciate all the different tastes people acquire.
my step mom put kidney beans in hers too,
Never tried kidney beans in it..I'll remember that next time
Absolutely! It actually tastes better on day 2 and 3! 😀
Its a personal choice what people like to eat. Its NEVER wrong, its your taste.
I just don't like when people say it's original and its not. Fusion cooking has been around for a long time and its great.
My American goulash is a bit different. I use:
Red bell pepper
Onion
Ground beef
Garlic
Oregano
Beef stock
Diced tomatoes
Some tomato paste from a tube.
1 tsp of sugar. If I have canned tomatoes from my garden I omit the sugar
Red pepper flakes (opt.)
Soy sauce. That shocked me but its magic.
Of course pasta.
Cheese is added at the dining table and it your choice. Salad and Texas toast on the side.
Your looks very good but different.
I love how many was there are to create the same dish. Take care💜X
Yes, that's what I like make it yours.
It sounds delicious, but it is NOT Goulash.
Brings me memories of my Mom making this just as you do. It looks very delicious and comforting. Thank you.
You are so welcome.
I made this recipe and the only thing I did was add some beef base to my stock. This recipe is a keeper as it is warming and comforting. I am happy to find this site as I get ideas to use up items in my pantry, I don't have to use a lot of different pans and it really stretches my food budget. Thank you.
You're welcome.
I'm from New Mexico and I would have to add Hatch green chillies , love the spicy.
I absolutely love this stuff so easy and u have left over .
I usually boil the noodles first but it is soooooo good when the noodles cook in the sauce new stuff for me I did it with the spaghetti taco so good it looks good I'm making this ♥️
Got this for lunch in elementary school. Smelled so good with their rolls! I'm gonna make this tomorrow!
My version of goulash is yours now. Thanks for sharing. My grandkids are going to love this. Have a great day.
Thank you! You too!
Thanks for this recipe, blessings from Scotland X
My pleasure 😊
My Busia (Polish for Gramma) made this a lot. No green peppers or corn. Slices of American cheese on top while in the oven. Your recipes are so good. Thanks
Thank you.
Hello. Just found your channel. I'm 72. My mom used to make this when I was a kid. Loved it then, love it now. I'm thawing hamburger and didn't know what I was doing with it, so I think this is it. Thanks for the idea.
Sounds great!
My family's version is more tomatoes, no corn, and cheese is added after plated. I'm definitely giving this version a try! Thank you for sharing. Probably going to try all versions shared in comments too. I love goulash!😋
Wonderful!
Goulash oh my it is so good i love this. I can eat this Goulash like 3 times a week can not get enough of it.
I have a big bowl of that in my fridge right now that I will break down to individual freezer bowls. I make it differently though. There has to be hundreds of versions of American Goulash. We love it.
My mom made the best she used bell pepper onions and celery she would usually make fried cornbread to go with it so hearty and filling!
Edit: Guess what I'm eating tonight? :D
Well, that's why it's called American Goulash, I hope you enjoy.
My mom added taco seasoning and diced blk olives. Top w cheese. So good.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like my recipes.
My mom used to make this dish in the 60 and my brother and I would have 2-3 bowls of goulash love it and so simple to make.
Delicious flavors in a delightful dish! Comforting and easy to make. 👍😋
This is everything I love 💕 yummmmy. 😋
Thank you so much 😊
I've had Polish, German, Hungarian, American, just name it I ate!!! Yours looks like a winner!!!
@@ms.farmgirl Here you are again. You just can’t stand people doing things differently than you, can you?
corn yes, cheese no. Don't you love how many variants there can be? :)
@@verucasalt2391 then please don’t call it goulash, give a different name then because this is not even goulash which is a stew. Call itt bolognese or something else...
@@viragmate-kovacs Where did I call it goulash? Oh, that’s right, I didn’t. There are variations around the country of the same, basic recipe. I never called it goulash because that’s not what we call it where I’m from.
What is it with people that think THEIR way is the only correct way? 🙄
@@ms.farmgirl you are very wrong i am over 70 and have had goulash done so many ways I can't count and this lady makes it her way and it is good i have tried this but without the corn but now next time I will try adding corn.................American Chili is the same there are thousands of ways to make chili and most are good..........and if you look here on youtube you will find many more home versions that are good try em all and this one is yummy
Thank you Catherine, I try different goulash's, I'll be trying yours, looks great
I made this tonight for dinner with home made biscuits! Yummy!
Along with the Hamburg I add ground hot sausage...and garlic cloves. Dan in Baldwinsville, NY
I make my goulash exactly like you do but I cook pasta separate then add to meat mixture don't add cheese. We love it. Your right it's delicious. Have a blessed day, stay safe and healthy. 🙏😊🙏😊🙏😊🙏😊🥰😊🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Thank you for watching.
Yep. Mom and Dad grew up during the depression.
Goulash was on the table when I grew up in the 50s and 60s. I dont know what all mom used, but it was good!
That looks good, I like to use stewed tomatoes, they are sweet tasting.
Looks fantastic! I'll be making it tonight just as per your recipe.
My husband loves the one pot taco spagetti. I really like it too.
This is definitely going into our rotation. When I was a little girl we had this at least once a week and leftovers were lunch. So delicious! I can’t wait to make it.
As a kid I had that without the corn we would bake it in the oven with cheese on top and inn it.?
Thanks for posting! That sounds like a great way to cook this dish!!😊
everything you make looks so good id never leave home
I can’t watch these videos hungry 🤤 This is one of my favs. Thanks Catherine 👏
Great idea about shaken the salt and pepper together!🤔🧐😲😟🤩😆⚡️🙋♀️
You’re welcome 😊

Your easy to listen to and understand me and my family thank you eating better. Your a dear heart .
Thank you so much 🙂
Mom always put ranch style beans in the ghoulash. My favorite childhood meal.
So happy to see you did not add Italian Seasoning...it looks delicious...I'll be making this soon.
I love leftovers, so I would add the whole box of pasta, and 4 cups of broth
I'm all about the leftovers to ... 😋 Yummy
I love leftovers too.. many are even better the next day.. I’ve never tried it with corn before.. I’ll have to give it a try..
Celery
Me too..
It's better the next day
When I was little, my parents had a friend from Hungry. I grew up eating her goulash. But never heard of putting corn in it!
I just found your videos Catherine. I am so going to have to binge watch!
Welcome!! Please enjoy.
Hi Catherine! I made this and my family loved it! Thankyou!
Wonderful, so happy y'all enjoyed.
Pancake syrup????????....How does it taste with syrup?.....Very interesting....
I will need to try that pancake syrup next time, sounds interesting. Thanks for watching.
@@vikkihottie55 its not sweet it bring out the flavor of the meat. I put it in almost every beef dish.my dd taught me this.
@@kimsims9293 Thanks so much~~I will try, just about anything once~~lol~~But seriously, I will definitely try it~Thanks again and have a great day~~
I love to cook but I'm truly horrible at it. I love a good goulash no matter what kind d it is. And it's hard to cook when you love peppers and onions but the one you live with hates them. You had my mouth drooling the whole video. Thank you, God bless
Never had it growing up, and as I couldn't cook when I got married (military wife) a friend taught me how to make it but with rice, not elbows - I make it once and awhile - it's just me now
Making this tomorrow. Looks delicious, thank you for all your fantastic recipes 😀
I just made this today for Sunday lunch and it is delicious!!! I didn't make any changes to your recipe...perfect as is!! I love it...will definitely become a regular meal in my house. Love your videos...thanks for sharing!
