He uses all piano musical references. He mentions her "cadence", "tingling keys" and "E" as in E-major a scale played on the piano. Is just another way K-Dot shows he is truly brilliant and layerd.

This song right here only highlights that he in no way glorifies street life or gang shit. Him creatively speaking from these different perspectives shows that he is actually extremely conflicted by doing it, but he's still feels he needs to share his perspective because he wants better.
