Thanks for posting this vid Matt. I was literally on the cusp of buying a cheap Mercedes A class when I realised that I'd be better off getting one of these instead . Result 👍
There is a company that upgrades the centre console and infotainment system. It's not cheap and does have downsides with loss of some the existing functions. Still, it's an option - not one I've plumpt for, as I prefer to keep everything stock. Yes, it will put some people off buying it in the future. Hey ho. Great video, Matt. Thanks for sharing.
Whilst 35K is still a fair chunk of change thats an awful lot of car for the money. Looks great and must be amazing to drive. Loved the upgraded videography really showed off the car in a great light
Superb video. Always enjoy your videos and comments. I have just turned 60. Dad was a mechanic. Bought up in the motor trade in London. School holidays and weekends working in a garage, that my dad had contacts with. Apprenticeship and a life with motors. Semi retired now. I have had a TR7 for years now and a few odd ball vehicles. 6 in total. Last purchase was a Jaguar XF SV8. The Jag is a great drive. Next year i may well consider the Bentley. Thanks for a great entertaining video.
As others have pointed out, what breath-taking editing! Especially the sound design in the intro. Additionally, the caption work and font choice is also incredible. And absolutely loved the shots at 3:28 and 4:00. If such a thing as a 'premium video' exists, this is definitely it
Great video Matt. When they brought out this model they did a press launch at the Monteblanco race track, just to the west of Seville, and I got driven round the circuit by one of their drivers. A fantastic experience even though I was't actually driving it. My understanding is that the weight reduction is due to an all aluminium body. If only I could afford one!
Wish you had posted this video a week ago as I have just bought a car now. I guess I will have to put off the Bentley and make do with my 57 plate Seat Ibiza. Oh well!

Many times, fuel consumption is stated as the critical factor when buying a car .So you buy a boring eurobox which does 0-60 in 10 seconds, does 35 mpg(hurrah) but depreciates by 30 percent in the first year. You would really be 'better off' by buying an older prestige car and let the previous owners absorb the depreciation.Just make sure you budget for expensive tires and servicing (my last main service and full check on my 6 year old XJL was £145 at an independent and tires are around £180 each).Just to put the icing on the cake its 3 litre v6 turbo diesel does around 36 mpg.Point made!!
