7:05 Sif is talking about Odin in this scene, not Atreus. The statement about how “he’s not protecting us” could be applied to Odin. When she mentions Magni and Modi getting thrown at the all-fathers problems could be her criticizing Odin for throwing them at Kratos, god killer, without a second thought. Just like Freya’s realization that her bad blood was with Odin and not with Kratos, Sif sees that Odin is the real threat to her family, not her daughter’s friend she’s about to kill. Ngl, those references to Magni and Modi made me feel guilty and dirty. Those two bosses you killed and felt pretty good while doing so? They had a mommy and a daddy who loved them and now you have to look them in the eye knowing that they know.
What I am impressed with is Sif never blamed Atreus for Magni and Modi, rather she identified that Odin was the cause of them dying, as she said about how Odin thrown them against his problems "like brittle knives to a mountain's face."
Lady Sif bringing new meaning to the term size queen. Lady Sif loving her dad bods too. Great character design. I thought all the Aesir looked amazing actually.
@@SinfulofSauce Didnt inherit their height thats for sure. Took that from Odin it seems Like Thors daughter should be like 6'10 since Sif is 6'3 and Thor looks 7'5
Sif is a good example of a strong but feminine woman. I would fall head over heels for her . She doesn’t yell , she doesn’t try to be like the men . She has her own space and ideals
i just realized that sif's dislike of atreus is most likely a reference to the story where loki steals sifs hair and thor gets angry but loki offers that he commisioned a new hair for her to the dwarves lmao
Also the nature of what kind of goddess Sif was isn’t super clear: apparently some theories that are she is an earth goddess, possibly one for the harvest. But her whole demeanor carries an idea suppressed strength. Like, if Odin didn’t want him around she could backhand Atreus through a mountain.
Atreus behaves very mischievously with the eavesdropping on the Aesir conversations and letting Garmr loose. Its a good trickster Loki bringing down the bad Asgardians from the inside out. Its the old myths flipped on their head
One of the most gorgeous character designs ❤ shame we didn’t get to see her fight in Ragnarok I desperately wanted her to let her hair down and control it while jumping through the air and stuff 😭
You can't tell me Skjöldr and Sif just happened to be behind that rock and they come out and Skjöldr is all battered up as if something was bouncing up and down his chest area
Honestly, there wasn't enough of Sif, Thrud , Odin and to an extent Thor in this game..the shift of Sif helping Kratos and Atreus was.....odd in my opinion.
They could have hinted more at the twist coming, but ultimately it made complete sense to me. While Sif blamed Kratos and by extension Atreus for the deaths of her sons, she just wanted Thrud to live, so sparing Atreus was simply a means to an end for her.
Sif would be a wife that I do not deserve. Beautiful, compassionate, loving, motherly, peacemaker, recovers and learns from her mistakes, and just everything good in a person stuck in such an abusive situation with a doofus of a husband that she STILL stood behind.
Wow looking at this Sif and the one from Love and Thunder, I’m really starting to think that the MCU is fumbling the bag with her character at this point.
Her comic accurate suit in Love and Thunder looks great but how they’re destroying her character rn in the MCU (by just making her a joke or whatever now) is what I’m truly frustrated about.
@@_Tigon God damn the scriptwriters and directors of "Marvel Cinematic Universe"! We comic readers are used to seeing Sif as the lead female and Thor's beloved in the Thor comics published from 1965 to 2013! The bitch called Jane was only Thor's lover in the Thor comics for the first few years (the first half of the 1960s) and was pretty much in the background for decades afterwards! But the "despicable MCU" worshiped an extremely unnecessary character called Jane Foster! He spent Sif, a great character, for the sake of that bitch! And with the influence of the MCU, "marvel comics" separated Thor and Sif in 2013! And then the "excessive Jane Foster glorification" thing started in the comics too! And the final disgrace: Love and Thunder! Glorify Jane as you go, finish Sif as you go! He was an extra in the damn last movie, Sif! This may not bother the non-comics readers, but for someone like me who has read "Thor comics" from the very first issue and is used to seeing Sif as the first woman and Thor's beloved for decades, how much of this MCU fiction, you don't know it's annoying! The MCU is pure torture for me! And I hope the bitch called Jane dies for sure and doesn't come back in the fifth movie!

Ngl, those references to Magni and Modi made me feel guilty and dirty. Those two bosses you killed and felt pretty good while doing so? They had a mommy and a daddy who loved them and now you have to look them in the eye knowing that they know.
They tried to kill kratos and atreus, taking pleasure while doing so. They deserved worse than they got, i feel nothing.
At 6:59 you can see how she can barely contain her rage. Facial animations have come a long way.
🅾️🅾️🔼🔽↗️⬆️⬅️❌️❌️⏫️🔽◀️ "and THATS HOW YOU DO IT MY BOY"
Thrud inherinted Sif's face and Thor's strengthness.
And both their hair.
And her "features"
@@SinfulofSauce Didnt inherit their height thats for sure.
Took that from Odin it seems
Like Thors daughter should be like 6'10 since Sif is 6'3 and Thor looks 7'5
@@newhybrid101 Thrud's around the same age as Atreus. She's still growing
And thor’s hair
Simpin for Sif
Sif is a good example of a strong but feminine woman. I would fall head over heels for her . She doesn’t yell , she doesn’t try to be like the men . She has her own space and ideals
great comment.
Great simp spotted
Cringe
actual simps in the reply cant take this guy's satire towards feminist women who tried to be a "strong woman" by acting like men.
Real
Thor is a big papa bear
And the size of one too
Before Loki was able to get to that hair with them scissors✂️✂️✂️!!!
I fucking wish he did that shit in game just to piss Thor off for his last visit to Asgard.
Lol oh yeah. In mythology he cut all her hair off 😂
My favourite tale ngl
“If that were true, you’d stand up to your father once in your life!” Tragically all it took was one time for Odin to throw him away like trash.
All I think when I see Sif is: oh, her brushing her hair is a week of work.
i just realized that sif's dislike of atreus is most likely a reference to the story where loki steals sifs hair and thor gets angry but loki offers that he commisioned a new hair for her to the dwarves lmao
Those facial animations for that big game is on point lmao....
I would definitely marry Sif. Her love for her family is so attractive. I'm so glad I found a woman just like that, 'cause damn! She's such a prize.
I agree 100 percent.
She's a gold digger
Also the nature of what kind of goddess Sif was isn’t super clear: apparently some theories that are she is an earth goddess, possibly one for the harvest. But her whole demeanor carries an idea suppressed strength. Like, if Odin didn’t want him around she could backhand Atreus through a mountain.
Hopefully our brothers in H-manga industry are working hard to bring her online in another verse.
Amen
Hildisvini and Sif having a very sus relationship
@@johnclement189 any links?
Koikatsu party
Amen
I knew that voice was familiar she's played by Elana from Uncharted. What a glow up from a reporter to a goddess
She's such a mommy omg
SIF HAS CAKE
Atreus behaves very mischievously with the eavesdropping on the Aesir conversations and letting Garmr loose. Its a good trickster Loki bringing down the bad Asgardians from the inside out. Its the old myths flipped on their head
One of the most gorgeous character designs ❤ shame we didn’t get to see her fight in Ragnarok I desperately wanted her to let her hair down and control it while jumping through the air and stuff 😭
Had to look this up when I found out Sif was voiced by Emily Rose who voiced Elena in Uncharted
"You know who this is? What his father did? I mean it's pretty logical that when you are attacked you don't fight back, you let them kill you."
Lady Dimitrescu: Finally, a worthy opponent. OUR BATTLE WILL BE LEGENDARY!!!!!
BRUH Lady Sif is way better
You can't tell me Skjöldr and Sif just happened to be behind that rock and they come out and Skjöldr is all battered up as if something was bouncing up and down his chest area
Hmmm
He was injured from all the chaos going on
Weirdo
Bro hes 15 FUCKING YEARS OLD
I've never been this down bad for a video game character...
same
Bro she’s a real person(her actor)
LOVE her HAIR DESIGN! XD
man i love those tattoos they put on these Asgardians
those tattoos are so pretty
I guess the character design apartment asked Cory how he wanted Sif he just said: EXTRA THICCC!
7:55 Thor's fingers are enough for her....
“Come here.”😏 Atreus: okay I’ve heard enough..
Freya and Sif came from milfenheim
Dominant female personality, reminds me of wonderwoman. Fitting for Thor
She's basically what captain marvel should have been like😂
Dominant?
0:46 the way her head turns away😂
sif : "come here.."
Atreus : "they must be doin' the O that father talked about"
Honestly, there wasn't enough of Sif, Thrud , Odin and to an extent Thor in this game..the shift of Sif helping Kratos and Atreus was.....odd in my opinion.
Totally agree, they should have used them a lot more. They are quite interesting characters
They could have hinted more at the twist coming, but ultimately it made complete sense to me. While Sif blamed Kratos and by extension Atreus for the deaths of her sons, she just wanted Thrud to live, so sparing Atreus was simply a means to an end for her.
Yeah after all those build ups and character developments, the wrtiers fails properly resolve it in the final act.
I feel like the first half of the game was way too long . Ragnarok should have started a little after the midpoint of the game in my opinion
The norse mythology should've been a trilogy, they put way too much into the sequel and barely expanded anything
I Don't Know Why But Sif And Simp Now Sound Good Like A Rhyme Now.
Simpin for Sif
Emily Rose is always playing attractive and badass blondes. First Elena in Uncharted and now Sif in GOW. On top of her being the same in reality
Sif badass?
Thor defo strikes her down with the meat of the thunder
Ya know Thor and Atreus were getting along pretty well and then sif just had to open her mouth
SIF IS THICC
No wonder thor got 3 kids.
Love that long luxurious mane of hers, its glorious and so regal
"By lady Sif's soft perfect sloshers" - Brok
Sif would be a wife that I do not deserve. Beautiful, compassionate, loving, motherly, peacemaker, recovers and learns from her mistakes, and just everything good in a person stuck in such an abusive situation with a doofus of a husband that she STILL stood behind.
This is an animated character bro 💀
@MaPlasma she only appears in a couple of scenes and these mfs are simping 😫💦
If you stare at sif for a long time she will say “go away!?”
😃😄😆😅😊😉
This game needs to come to PC for sif alone 🤪🤪🤪😛🤪
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤😋😉😊
YESSSS
Thor had some good taste and a Man of culture
GatDAM Sif is attractive. Nice design too.
yes, she is the most beautiful and sexiest goddess!
@@halukdiltay9009 Aphrodite and Freya have left the chat*
Elena from uncharted now plays as the goddess Sif.
Sif is the equivalent of Demeter in Norse. Fertility and the Harvest. Wonder what her powers would look like in this game😮
I swear Thor is a lucky bastard to have Sif as his wife.
Mommy Sif 🥺
“Without Odin… we can be one again, a real one. (smile) what he’s doing is wrong…” damn. Sif made me tear up a bit😅
@3:35 hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. She straight layer the hammer on him. 🤯
God bless the person who designed sif big juicy personality if you know what I’m talking about
We're all thinking the same thing here....
Sif makes me Stiff.
same :)
I love the aesir gods tattoos
“Lady Sif, last year’s model.”
I’m surprised Sif is not a Valkyrie queen considering her name has that Valkyrie feel to it and she’s gorgeous
Possibly it was
Ohh no… now all the Pixar employees are here getting ideas for their side hustles.
Love and Thunder is just a long ass Taika Waititi's comic routine
Thor be getting it gud lucky bastard
