When a handgun costs over $4k, it's usually due to historical significance or extreme rarity and collectibility. None of these really apply to the Korth, so what gives? Is this handcrafted, German-made "Rolls-Royce of revolvers" really worth the sky high price? It's the number one question I get asked about the gun, and you'll find out in my review video.
(If you're really impatient and just want to hear my answer, I get into that at around 11 minutes in.)

Got my first Korth to day! And tried it on the range and it´s great. The trigger i simply exceptional. It's an older "sport" model with 6" barrel and built in 1967.

I just bought a .Korth .22 for approx $1000... It has almost never been shot. It is a nice addition to my .357 Manurhin!

Dude! I'm glad I found your channel again! I remember watching the rare firearms you had years ago and when I was watching this I was like " I remember the guy who reviewed awesome rare firearms" it ended up being you. I'm subscribing (again) I don't know who my gun channel subs keep ending up deleted.

Good honest review. It's too bad that quality craftsmanship has become so far out of reach in the product produced today. We only have ourselves to blame. We want it right now, it has to cost nothing and the company has to make record a profit every quarter at the price of sacrificing quality and longevity.

What a fantastic review, like usual. I so appreciate how you give intelligent, informed and objective reviews to obscure firearms. I have wondered about the Korth and you have answered my every question. Thanks! Keep up the great job. Love your channel.

Your videos are among the best on You Tube. I appreciate the work you put into making them. I like your taste in firearms....often times an oddball that no one else knows much about. It's also nice that you give a little history lesson on each firearm you're reviewing. Thank you.

We're living about 120km away from Ratzeburg and visited Korth manufacturing in 2015 and had a little tour, it was AWESOME! That one gunsmith - one gun concept is really great! The new barrels are cool too. That trigger - not from this world IMO. Cannot afford one, but it's like a hypercar - just satisfying to watch!

I had the pleasure of seeing in person a number of Korth at the Shot Show in Las Vegas. I knew nothing about Korth at the time, but what became extremely obvious to me was they were VERY NICE build quality. Everything, fit, finish, feel, trigger (especially trigger, but they might have been specially trigger-tuned for the Shot Show) were just incredible. If money were no object, I'd pick up one in a heartbeat!

Loved the vid,I hadn't heard of this revolver and after hearing the price no wonder,I personally could never justify spending that to own one but I have a huge reverence for it,what a beautiful work of art! Thank you for sharing!

Amazing revolver, I'm surprised that Korth never made a .22 rifle I know they mainly do perfect revolvers but I think a rifle from them would be as good as their revolvers and well worth the money. Great vid keep up the great work!

Korth just builds such good quality revolvers. Do you own a PRS by the way? I'd love to see a showcase of that. Colt 1911 + roller-delayed blowback action like in a G3 + incredible craftsmanship. It is honestly the only handgun I really want to own. But living in Germany this will be a hard thing to accomplish.

Good review. I bought a Python in the late 1970's and sold it in the early 1990's. It had appreciated in value so that I made a good profit, I bought 3 really nice S&W revolvers that are great shooters and they are appreciating in value.

One of the most beautiful firearms I've ever seen. Great video. Informative as usual. And thank you. I don't believe any firearm should cost that much. But damn its pretty.

I must agree with you on the build quality and excellent trigger. I picked up my Korth at an absolute steal, it is the older target version with a 6 inch barrel in .357 Mag.

I have had the opportunity to shoot two Korth's. They so reminded me of my Dan Wesson. They are good/very good firearms.

Excellent video and review of this beautiful revolver. I like fine handguns, but obviously cannot afford everything that I’m after. With that being said, I can certainly appreciate a highend handgun like this one! People who have never handled or shot high end handguns, cannot Truly appreciate these types of guns. This gun is a piece of artwork!
