    I have travelled to many cities around the world but KL is my absolute favourite with Bangkok as a close second. Been to all those places in KL in this video but there are also other places to see in KL such as KLCC gallery in Merdeka Square, KL National Mosque, Wilayat Mosque, Central Market, Perdana Botanical Gardens, National Monument, Istana Negara (King's Palace), KL Bird Park, KLCC aquaria, KL (Menara) Tower, Eco Forest, Bukit Bitang at night as well as half day trip to Putrajaya which is a city between KL Airport and KLCC

      Thanks for these suggestions! We have been to some of them already will be including some of them in our next KL video which should go up tomorrow.

    Your video is incredibly educational and expertly produced. It is full with facts, offers an intriguing viewpoint, and has the right background music. Congratulations on your solid research. That significantly differentiates your video from others.

    Something magical about KL for travellers to SE Asia.. The combination of modern infrastructure with good public transit and relatively calm roads, safety, great food, lots of culture, pretty widely spoken English with low cost of living. Now if only it could magically be a little less hot and humid :).

      It is cooler during monsoon season from october to january. We call it the winter monsoon. But the downside is it rains almost everyday. So tourists may not like that. There is the hot season or summer heat between mac till july.

    • @Farawaynow
      @Farawaynow  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@keangwooichoo6138 I don’t mind the rain at all.

    • @keangwooichoo6138
      @keangwooichoo6138 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      We cannot change anything about the heat and humidity. It is what it is...we look at the bright side of this land.
      1. No earthquakes
      2. No typhoons or in usa you call it hurricanes
      3. No volcanoes , well some people say it is good for sightseeing but they do not realise the devastation upon eruption.
      4. The heat and humidity has bestowed us the oldest tropical rainforest in the world at 130m to 140m years old. Yep older than amazon which is just 55m years old or less.

    • @keangwooichoo6138
      @keangwooichoo6138 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      You can escape the heat if you go to the hill stations during summer. Example :
      1. Cameron highlands
      2. Fraser's hill
      3. Genting highlands
      4. Kundasang, sabah state

    I just started to subscribe to your channel because my wife and I are planning a trip to Porto. I like to congratulate you on your videos. The few I have seen, including this one on Kuala Lumpur, are excellent. Beautiful images. High production values. Great camera movements. Mixing moving and still images. Clear and crisp voice-over. Nice environmental sounds. Great stories and backgrounds. You have published very polished videos. Congrats. Keep up the great job.

    You can visit the aviary (largest in the world) near perdana botanical garden. The entrance is a bit high rm 75 for foreigners. But you are such a professional presenter. I was amazed on the details about all the caves. Most people only visited the main cave but it has become polluted if i may use the word. The temple management struggled to keep the place clean with all the monkeys (and tourists) around.

    U have missed 1 interesting place in KL. Kampong Baru, a Malay village in the heart of KL. U can see the Malay Kampong (village) houses and eat many Malay delicacies while you're there. 1 food tht you must try is Nasi Lemak. You may go to Nasi Lemak Wanjo. You can walk there fr KLCC via the Saloma Bridge
