- When you see "Cln" on your PID display on your Profitec Go espresso machine, it means it's the backflushing time! In this video, I show you how to do a backflush to clean the group head, which also cleans the solenoid valve on the Profitec Go espresso machine. It's easy and should be done regularly to keep your grouphead in good working condition. Do this at the interval set in the Profitec Go settings.
You definitely need this magical stuff (Cafiza Espresso Clean Powder) amzn.to/3m8Y3Fh
If you bought your machine used and don't have a backflush plate, get one here: amzn.to/3J4iDzP
If you haven't upgraded the silicon gasket for the group head, get one here: amzn.to/3IV9ZDC
And see my recommended upgrades for your Profitec Go:

any idea on why the Normcore 58mm E61 Bottomless PF doesn’t work on the Profitec Go?
It fits in there, but water leaks out of the top when I have pressure.
It could be defective, should fit fine. Best bet is get an exchange, or try installing a silicon seal to replace the original rubber seal for better fit and longevity.
It does, I use it. You have a problem elsewhere. Likely the gasket. or the shower screen needs to be tightened.
@@lilgiantsfan72only profitec and ecm portafilters work with stock gasket. For any other PF use cafelat e61 red silicone gasket on your Go
You didn't sell it to buy again the classic ?
Wondering this as well, maybe this video was filmed before he went back to the classic pro?
Sold the Profitec, bought a brand new Gaggia Classic
@@TheGizmoGarage Whhyyy!?! That makes no sense. Honestly.
@@TheGizmoGarage enjoy your teflon coated boiler (hint: it comes off)
@@mohammedm2362 It did... New warranty replacement Evo Pro comes with "Polished aluminum interior boiler" instead of teflon coated.
Isn't Cafiza just powdered citric acid?
Nope, some sort of very strong grease remover. Not citric acid, which is used for descaling but won’t remove oil and grease from the beans
