This is a great breakdown of the Sarah Boone case. I love the Hon. Belvin Perry! ❤❤❤ he made me want to like this video twice. 😂
😮
Puerile presentation may be popular, good luck 👍
THERE IS NO DEFENSE. THERE IS A TAPE. HE SAID LET ME OUT. PLEASE LET ME OUT. I CAN’T BREATHE. SHE TOLD HIM TO F OFF AND LAUGHED. NO DEFENSE.
However if the situation can be recreated in court and that person can get out of the suit case, is she guilty ?
Please check out the case of Gareth Williams 2010.
@@amac6483Yes, she is still guilty... because Jorge is dead.
PARDON? I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!
How long did he plead for his life before she started recording?
And she said in the interrogation that she was gonna “give him 5 minutes”
This trial if we ever get there, will be excruciating. She is insufferable😑
I'm not exaggerating or kidding when I say she is the absolute most insufferable human being I have ever seen and I can't even bear to listen to her talk at this point
I know right?!?
I couldn't wait for the trial and was SOOO EXCITED to find out she was being forced to represent herself...
But having watched her last hearing... I dont know if it can take it!
It’s happening 🤗 And I can’t wait!! October 7th!

@@francinejones2524Oh thanks! I didn't know the date 🎉
Her video says it all. When she's convicted, they need to tell her: "That's On You."
Yes. For sure
She was sloshy drunk when she zipped him in the suitcase and then taunted him. That’s on her. She’s clearly guilty!
Innocent until proven guilty, her video proves she's guilty.
The boonster called jorge, 'stupid.'
before Jorge said, 'i can't breathe.'
Then boonster said, 'that's on you.'
She called him 'stupid' because Jorge fell for her trap, by tricking him into suitcase. She definitely planned to torture him for cheating I guess.
She definitely wasn't super drunk. She answered his begging cries with appropriate responses, that made sense, if she was planning to leave him in the suitcase.
She definitely understood the positions, they were both in. Who was in control and most importantly, who wasn't in control.
She didn't screw up recording the video and she definitely didn't screw up deleting the video.
I was thinking they should tell her "...because Jorge is dead" referring back to the guy in the red shirt on the police interview video. 😢
She needs life without parole
In Florida there is no parole on a life sentence
Heck at this rate she is going to get time served on a life sentence by the time they receive the verdict and adjudication!
@@sus-tw2ls is life something she could get?

I agree with you......
I agree with y'all too! But I have been wondering how in the hell he let her zip up that suitcase. And why in the hell did this goodlooking guy get in the fricking suitcase anyways. It must have been the alcohol that made this man do such a stupid thing. But he looks to have smarts and I think this sorry gal stuffed this goodlooking guy in that suitcase and played her drunk game that ended his life. I feel so bad for this guy and do not believe he got in that suitcase willingly. She is bossy and no wonder she has to represent herself. Just sayin. I think her crime was committed on purpose. She repeated, "NOT intentional" and "not malicious" too many times, so people believe her that this was simply "an oversight". We'll learn through the evidence presented at the trial that she succeeded with her intent to m*rd*r in cold blood.....

@@sonyagraske376 I thought the same as you when the crime first happened but the more I learn about Boone-- based on all the policecam footage, detective interviews, witness testimony -- the more I believe it was 100% intentional. It will be interesting to hear the prosecution's theory.

She was so drunk she didnt even remember recording it on her phone until the police showed it her. No way they just has one bottle of wine.
@debbiejames3096 there were 2 empty bottles in the trash and they found receipts for 2 separate bottles.
I think she knew she made the video, but because everything happened so fast and she was hungover she forgot to get rid of it. When the cops roped off everything she couldn’t go back in the house and get her phone and her trying to get something to drink was probably an excuse to get her phone. Then the first thing she ask then in the interrogation was when she could get her phone back. If I made a video I didn’t have any knowledge of making I’d definitely want to see it.

There were injuries in the report that provided the cops who questioned her with the information that "just being trapped in this suitcase" is not the whole story.
I read that they also confiscated a baseball bat.
Sarah told some stories about "rough sex" but if those injuries match him being thrown down the stairs and/or her playing suitcase-pinata with a bat, then an ME won't have a hard time to explain to a jury how those injuries are very different from those sustained during rough sex.

She WAIVED her speedy trial right.
The court put a hard stop on her prolonging the trial by setting a trial date and by puts stop to her cycling through defense attorneys.
They are removing the possibility of a mistrial through letting her exercise her rights beyond the normal threshold, in my opinion.
They’re not - she’s masked for an “extension” and was denied
@DocBree13 I assume you mean she asked for an extension. Asking for an extension and being denied an extension doesn't amount to infringing on her rights or misadministration of justice so it wouldn't be something that could warrant a mistrial. I think you may be confusing mistrial with an appeal. A mistrial is when the trials is found to be in error and an appeal is when you disagree with the judges decision and you ask a higher court to review the case.

Payback for him cheating on her. In her disturbed mind.
Jorge didn't realize how dangerous it is to tell a controlling, narcissistic, sociopath that it's over..... So she ended him.
She probably phoned Brian, the ex husband, hoping that he'd help her get rid of Jorge's body and the suitcase.
When she called 911 she told the operator that she put him on the suitcase
She knew exactly what she was dojng. Otherwise she wouldn't have been able to walk upstairs and go to bed.
If she had any empathy at all, she wouldn't have been able to just walk upstairs. She wouldn't have been able to laugh when he was so very clearly having a hard time breathing.
It must've been so scary & horrible being all curled up & unable to move & so short of breath.

Shondra Van Der Ark
That is horrendous!!! She is a monster!!!
Why in the heck would you let someone put you in a suitcase ? Furthermore why would you get into a suitcase ?!!!
There is a theory that she hit him with the bat knocked him out, and then put him in the suitcase and rolled him down the stairs. There were a few bruises on George and a neighbor heard fighting and something loud going down the stairs. Because no one in their right mind would let HER put them in there. They are violent to each other all the time.
Even teenagers wouldn't play a dangerous game like this and they did it as adults.😊
Because booze.
@bad1971nova I would be to surprise if she did that.
SHE PUT HIM IN SUITCASE upstairs when he was passed out. 1030pm: neighbor Vincent notices an abrupt “quiet” after their loud yelling and fighting . 1045ish Vincent hears the “familiar” sound of something falling down their stairs. But this decent made the Vincent’s wall “shake”. IMO: She incapacitated him, maybe unintentionally, put him in the suitcase, and pushed him in it down the stairs, and that’s where his scratches, bumps and bruises came from.
Suitcase was pushed down the stairs too.
Yes, his autopsy proved it.
If she is pro se, can she take the stand in her own defense and get cross examined? 🤔 Man I sure hope so, that would be the juiciest part 😂
Sarah Boone during her trial:
“Your honor I demand you to hold my witness in contempt of court because we rehearsed a narrative and she intentionally failed to deliver testimony in a manner that would have been favorable to a not guilty verdict.”
She said on the 911 call “I put him in a suitcase”
Doc Gary nailed it at the end. She did exactly this using the police against Jorge.
She is exhibiting all the classic signs of a psychopath.
I think Sarah hasn't actually seen her own video yet. She wouldn't look. Now she has to. I wonder what her thoughts will be.

During her interrogation, she swore on her son's life!

@@Fraukie_Hshe did in her drunk mind intentionally kill him she not only zipped him she threw him down the stairs in the suitcase tf? Hit the right way he could’ve broke his neck or had a traumatic brain injury
@@MriahT-jt6uf
She definitely intended to harm and humiliate him.
How much she could understand that she also caused harm that can result in deadly injuries.. that is something I can't say.
I am just pretty sure of a few things:
1. Jorge was never a "human being" to her, but a toy she was used to use when she wanted and push away at will. "Destroying" such a "toy" intentionally would not fit her personality pattern.
2. She tries to seem very intelligent and is obvious "street smart" to a certain degree but I am quite sure that she is not smart enough to know that he would suffocate in this suitcase. It wasn't airtight, he didn't "run out of air" in the way she can grasp.
So I mostly go with the thought that she hardly can intend a way of dying that she doesn't even understand.
3. I do think that leaving him in the suitcase over night WAS her intention.
I am sure that was the whole reason for filming those videos.
Having him "squirm", beg, "ideally" (for her) pee himself.. letting him out on the next day, snapping more pics of him to humiliate him with that, keep him small, avoid losing control over him..
In my opinion THAT was her intention.
4. she never showed sadness or remorse about him dying but what she does make clear again and again that she is almost angry with him for the "inconvenience" his (agonizing) death caused to HER.
So my opinion that she never meant to kill him does in no way mean that I think that this is something that should be used in her favor.
It's more the opposite.
Couples where one partner kills the other one.. that happens.. for a lot of reasons and while those "reasons" are never "good" we do have a lot of studies that most of those "partner killers" wouldn't do it again.
Sarah acted not because she wanted to end Jorge's life.. but because it never meant anything to her, at least not beyond him being of some use for her.
Him dying mostly because she didn't care makes her in my opinion even more dangerous and the crime worse than if she had just decided that she needs to kill him (be it out of spite, because she feared losing control over him or whatever).
But I sure hope that it will show in the verdict that she is not someone who decided to kill a partner because of a toxic relationship but that the fact that she does not care about anyone but herself ended a humans life even though she didn't mean to, had not reason but just never thought of Jorge as someone whose life had any worth to begin with.
In my opinion that makes her incredible dangerous to society and I sure hope (especially for her son) that the verdict confirms the danger she poses and that it ends up keeping her locked up for way longer than she might get if she would take some plea deal for involuntary manslaughter or whatever they might offer her.
In the end I don't care if the verdict "punishes" her, I care that it keeps others safe from her and at least allows her son to grow up without her having any chance of forcing her way back into his life.
@@Fraukie_H hmm not gonna read any farther from where u say she didn’t know he could suffocate in the suitcase? So him telling her he couldn’t breathe wasn’t an indication? Please stop the 🧢
@@MriahT-jt6uf
Well if you don't read what I write you should no better but to judge about it.
You seem to judge what I write because you think that I am making excuses for her and that shuts down the discussion since I was writing the exact opposite.
But since usually other people do read comments even if they are a little longer/more complex.
Yes. I sincerely think that she is neither intelligent enough to know better nor did she care enough to understand that he can suffocate in this suitcase.
The videos she made showed that he was begging her to be let out and telling her that he can't breathe for at least 12 minutes.
In her very limited intelligence, her stage of severe intoxication and the absence of care and respect for his life and well being it is completely believable that her very limited thinking, care and understanding convinced her that he just "cried wolf" because for someone with the thinking patterns of Sarah Boone would think:
"The suitcase is not airtight, there is even a small opening for fresh air to enter and if he really couldn't breathe he would not be able to talk to me for 12 minutes."
Maybe it is "mean" that I judge Sarah on those grounds, but yes I am sure that she didn't know or care how he could and would die in that suitcase.
I sure hope that his family is NOT in the courtroom when the autopsy report is read, because his death was so much worse than "just suffocating".
If one looks at the suitcase, Sarah's statements and the timeline provided by those videos and witnesses it is obvious that Jorge did not "just suffocate" because he didn't get enough fresh air inside the suitcase. That would still have been a horrific way to die but it would have been quicker than what actual happened.
Jorge suffocated in that suitcase despite of "fresh air getting in".
He suffocated because he was cramped in there that tight that his chest could not move to provide him with enough oxygen.
Other than suffocation do the lack of fresh air.. suffocation like he did can take HOURS, hours in which he also suffered from injuries that were most likely caused by Sarah throwing the suitcase with him inside down the stairs and maybe even because he was beaten with a baseball bat while in the suitcase.
And as if that wasn't cruel enough he might also be at the brink of a heatstroke for the entire time of his suffering..
Slipping away must have been a "relief" for him.. but I am sadly quite sure that this didn't happen quick but over hours..
The ME should be able to determine the time of death and I can't imagine how Jorge's loved ones will feel.. because if Jorge wasn't "lucky" enough to have his heart give out it is very likely that his agony lasted hours, possibly the whole night and in the worst case he suffered through the entire night and passed away in the morning hours.
And yes, In Sarah's limited mind and complete absence of any kind of care concerning his life or well being her "judgement" of the situation was and most likely still is:
"If he really doesn't get air/can't breathe inside the suitcase, he wouldn't be able to beg me to let him out for at least 12 minutes (who knows how often(how long before she went to sleep she came by to kick the suitcase or taunt him in other ways to confirm to herself that he was lying about not being able to breathe.. maybe it is best that that is one of the things we and more important Jorge's loved ones might never know for sure).
So yes, I think she felt "save" and "comfortable" to leave him to "squirm", panic, wet himself and planned to let him out the next day while snapping more pictures or videos with the intent to humiliate him, keep him small and most of all: prevent him from getting confident enough to leave her to she would keep the control over her "toy" (I don't believe he ever was anything else to her).
Sadly the absence of the knowledge that a person can suffocate with fresh air right before the nose is more common than it should be and it happens even to persons who are neither as stupid, drunk or indifferent about the well beings of others than Sarah is.
In 2018 a 16 year old got trapped in his car while reaching for tennis equipment.
While stuck he managed to call 911.. twice..
Providing where he was at (a parking lot at a school), the make and model of his car and that he felt that he was about to die if they wouldn't hurry and come to help him quickly.
In his second call he also made clear that this was not a joke, that he close to death and asked them to tell his mother that he loved her.
But the 911 operator didn't take him serious.
Trapped in a car, calling them...twice, in panic but clear enough to be understood .. so how could he possibly be suffocating?
That resulted in the operator not passing ALL of this critical information to the cops.
So even though they confirmed his location via GPS and went there looking, they abandoned the search after less then 20 minutes.
6 or 7 hours after the call his father found him dead, stuck in the car.. cause of death was suffocation.
While even children know that one needs to breathe in oxygen to survive and most people understand that breathing is hard/impossible if someone is choked somehow and that an obstruction of the upper airways can lead to suffocation.
There is still a remarkable amount of people who don't know/don't realize that someone can also suffocate if the chest is unable to move enough to provide the organism with fresh air.
Since this process is way slower than suffocation through the "usual reasons" people get fooled by the person being able to talk for quite a while and might even manage to stay calm and ask for help, sometimes because it can even take the victim quite some time to realize that this situation is not "just" very uncomfortable and painful but certain to end deadly if there is no help available to get them out of the situation soon.
No matter how great the air circulation is and even if it is possible to get an oxygen mask to that person...
If the chest is hindered from moving enough to ventilate the lungs properly a person can and will suffocate no matter how much fresh air they have around them.
And depending from how heavily this movement is impaired the person can talk and stay calm or even cheerful for quite a while which can easy deceive others (and the affected person) making them think that someone who stays conscious and is able to talk can't possible be suffocating.
And since Sarah is not just unlikely to have any kind of education or experience in that kind of stuff and could hardly care less about the well being and life of others it is completely logical that him begging her for quite some time and maybe somehow responding for quite some time it makes total sense that Sarah was completely convinced that Jorge would not suffocate inside that suitcase.
What she DID know was that he was suffering but her own statements don't leave room for speculation if she didn't care, because she made VERY clear that making him suffer was her POINT.
And as I said:
For me this intention to have him "squirm" and suffer and him dying because she simply didn't care makes her even more cruel and dangerous as I would estimate if I believed that she intended to kill Jorge.
She said when law enforcement first arrived, ‘I put him in the suitcase’ ……
She's doing the worst thing on earth to him. And now she's angry that she's in trouble for it. She thinks she's going home. He loved her but she didn't love him.

She doesn't know enough about the law to come up with a reason why.
That’s what I think she’ll do. Augh!
Maybe. I hear the TH-camr 'Mentor lawyer' has been giving her personal visits... so she might have some help getting things done. Imo, it's a stretch to think she will get that video thrown out, but I don't know the details of how the police got it. 🤔
@windywednesday4166 she handed her phone over to police & told them in her pictures, they'll find evidence of Jorge's abuse. Like pics of bruises & misc injuries
@@nicole6323 😆 lol. It's in! SB outsmarted herself.
I just can't watch that video again😢
Wtf Evil 🤦♀️
Sarah admits on the 911 call that she put him in the suitcase. "I put him in the suitcase" is a direct quote from her.
Narcissist 101... We are not going back!!! Blue Tsunami!!!
The dumbest thing is that this was supposed to be a game of hide and seek. So she put him the suitcase and pretends she was playing hide and seek? That doesn’t make sense at all.
She left two finger space for him, Vinnie. They were having a GOOD DAY. It was a GOOD DAY.
And it was NOT INTENTIONAL! In any way shape or form.
I wonder what would be different.... If Sarah Boone looked like Karen Reid and Karen Reid looked like Sarah Boone
Hahaha huge difference between the two, and it has nothing to do with appearances.
I'm absolutely stoked for the trial!
“ Not intentional though…”😂
MAD is my favorite!
She said in her interrogation that he never cheated on her.
She's controlling and dominating the courtroom and she is telling the judge what for! Much like she dominated Jorge zipped inside the suitcase. Is there a worse way to go? This was pure evil, Vinnie!
Guilty Guilty Guilty
The matter of fact way she tells 911 'My boyfriend is dead', without an ounce of emotion, is chilling. She didn't love him, her one and only concern throughout, was for herself. She's a monster. No doubt it was a mutually abusive relationship, and he was no angel. But as her own cellphone video proves, her actions in killing him were callous and sadistic beyond belief.
No one those this better than vini,he is the GOAT
She is so vindictive. If he was so abusive, she could've left. She didn't need to kill him. She is so disgusting.
Gotta love Judge Perry's response about what the trial will be like. 3-ring circus sounds right.
Lol. He has some experience with that himself!
The San Diego lawyer is wrong
She admitted to putting him in
She zipped him , by her own admission
She stated she would let squirm
She is Guilty. Period
This is so sad, I can't believe the defense attorney.
Sarah IS the defense attorney. And yes, I can't believe her either 🤣
@@Littleangel_-jp4xb LOL no I mean the guy that said he would represent her and saying she didn't have to show empathy because he put himself in the suitcase.
@@XLFries yeah, but that's a defense attorney's job. It's their job to defend their client. It's not always pretty but it's the way it is. She really screwed herself out of the opportunity of any representation that might have gotten her a sympathy vote from jurors.
@@XLFries yes but the prosecution could prove that it would be impossible for him to zip it all the way up, from inside.
@@stephanwatson7902 And there's the little matter of her video, where she's taunting him. She's sunk.
If I ever get a traffic ticket again, I want Boone to represent me in court. That way I'll know I won't have to pay it for 4 or more years....
She really enjoyed him begging to be let out cause he couldn't breath,Lock her up and throw away the key,
I’m sorry but I cannot get past the fact that 2 adults playing hide N seek and a grown man climbing in a suitcase. This whole thing is bizzare. Who knows what she really did to him when she stopped video taping.
I hope the jury sees this video. She said “ Hide n Seek “ the game doesn’t go like that. The one called “ It” doesn’t hide the one she has to go find. He goes to hide but she zipped him in to die. She hid him therefore the “ Hide n Seek “ game don’t fit. She moved that suitcase around . That was shown on video. Could that suitcase have crashed down the stairs . The neighbor heard a loud noise in her wall.
Sara’s 911 call says “I put him in a suitcase “ and tells EMS “I zipped him up” ( to make him squirm, to give him 5 minutes , and in her car interview “oh yeah you didn’t come look for me ( and made me wait ) so I’m gonna zip u up”. Then she pushed him down the stairs , showing the 2 separate positions of the suitcase
That lawyer who said there's no crime cause he put himself in.... she said on the 911 call, she put him in there .
When she says. “Shhhhhhhh”
To me she is implying he die. chilling
That’s a good point. I never thought of it that way!!
I hear an acknowledgement that the lack of oxygen ("I can't breathe, babe.") will, eventually, cost him his life ("Well, maybe you should shut up then."). She recognized that the more he spoke, the sooner his air supply would be depleted. She _deliberately_ allowed that countdown-to-suffocation to proceed.
She stated in Court on 14th August, 2024 that she had been held in a cell before and it was something she never wanted to experience again.
She CLEARLY believes she is not going to Prison.
She imprisoned, beat and tortured a grown man to death ignoring is pleas for help but in her wicked and warped mind she's not going to Prison.......my God.
It would serve her well if the Jury were return a Guilty of 1st Degree murder imo.
Okay... "If He Put him elf in a suitcase.... "
Yeah nice try for a defense but how did Jorge close the suitcase shut by himself?
"You don't have to help anybody...if They want to Look themselves up in a suitcase...."
Well... I am sure, There is something like 'failire to provider assistance'....
When someone is begging for help, you should not be watching and laughing,... You shouldnt be watching the other person suffocate...
Just horrible
Got dang do I appreciate coverage of this stuff that feels like an investigative report over so many youtube styles
This is so disturbing. Guilty. She sounds sloppy-drunk.
In the interagation, she went into details of what happened ! The female detective asked her numerous times of why she didn't let him out..and she went into details !
33:45 - 34:48 - Very interesting from Dr. Gary -- his explanation made me finally able to understand ms. sarah.....
When Dr. Gary Brucato giggled it absolutely made my day! That says it all! If you like courtroom shenanigans ya'll better believe the Suitcase Sarah trial will be stellar. (I do realize a man (Jorge) is dead and that his family and friends have suffered a great loss. I want them to get justice.)
Why did he get in suitcase?
Good question
I hope she never gets out of jail!
Got to say. Zipping an adult male to willingly get into a suitcase. Takes the cake on this one.
This judge is sooo right! Thankyou judge!
Vinnie, I swear I heard her on tape saying, "I put him in the suitcase." When I find it, will send to you.😢
It’s in the 911 call.
LOVE❤❤❤ Judge Perry. Enjoyed him on the bench.😅😅😅
It seems like her whole life - she tries to talk her way out of everything. This won’t work in a courtroom.
“It was dropped. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen”. Love this guy.
Let's not forget recent "murder suitcase case" in Kleinburg, Ontario, Canada perpetrated by Toronto's renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Mohammad Shamji.
😢😢😢 this was horrific and slightly different
