She lies about things we have video proof of, but expects us to believe what she says that there is no proof of. For people to say it’s okay because there was prior abuse is disgraceful and disgusting.
She says she was terrified so she then goes upstairs to bed??? That would be the last thing I would do if I was afraid for my life. I think her answer to ending their toxic relationship was ending his life and she didn’t let him out because she didn’t want to. Guilty!
@kimbaker4352 I don't believe they were playing hide and seek. I believe she talked him into getting in the suitcase upstairs. I also believe the huge thump the neighbors heard were her throwing the suitcase down the steps. She is quilty
This is like 15th story she's told. If she was terrified call the cops and have them get him out of the suitcase. But she didn't she beat him up and did the most drunk thing she could do, went upstairs and passed out. That's what she told her x husband, that's what she told the police at the scene. 5 years later she's scared. Ok drinky have another drink. Brightside, her son actually might get to have a normal life where he's not constantly full of anxiety about if his drunk mother is going to pick him up or make a scene. Violence against men should be taken seriously. These hysterical women who are constantly messed up on something and hurting men and then calling police because they know they can manipulate the story needs to be punished just like if it were a man doing it to a woman. Journey Well Jorge, you should have listened to your family, they pegged her all the way right.
I think that she was verbally and physically abused by Jorge and likely in past relationships and she finally had enough. With that said...She has become hardened emotionally. I would never have thought that a person could suffocate in a soft suitcase. Also, in all the first aid classes I've taken have always taught if a person is able to talk then they are not choking... That would make sense for breathing as well. I really don't believe that she wanted to end his life, she wasn't thinking clearly and unfortunately Jorge lost his life.
I never saw any fear from her. And I never saw anything other than pleading from him in that video. She’s manipulating now like she was manipulating him. At least the detectives and the prosecutors never fell for it. Guilty
She acted like it was all fun and games and reveled in him not being able to breathe and being captive the last thing I saw or heard was a woman so afraid 🤷
Sorry, Vinnie--I think your "experts" are totally wrong. If I put myself in Jorge's place, locked in a suitcase, unable to breathe, and being berated by the only person who can save me, I wouldn't be angry. I'd be absolutely terrified that I'm dying at the hands of a monster. Strange that we can see the video of Sarah taunting Jorge (which she doesn't remember filming until the police show it to her), but we see NO video of Jorge cursing at her and threatening her. We only hear him begging for his life.
Great post, exactly right! He would not have threatened her from inside that suitcase - he was terrified, struggling to breathe, and feared she wasn't going to let him out. Her own words on that damning video - not scared of him, but drunkenly taunting and tormenting him as she gets her revenge - will be her undoing.
Totally agree with you. Her lawyers have added the story of gorge being angry at her between videos she took, so she could plead the battered women thing. Imo
Video of him destroying the flat screen is pretty terrifying and bizarre and he has a long arrest record too--plus her photos of her leg and eye and other injuries. This was no saint of a man. They were a terrible couple who brought out the very worst in each other. Its ending is so pathetic and horrid.
I don't think her would have done it anytime. I get a sense he was a follower and she was the leader. Furthermore I sense she set him up to get in the suitcase. Once she got him in it was zipped up. Poor guy she trapped him.
Sarah used the words "Terrifying Love"... that is actually the name of a book, Terrifying Love: Why Battered Women Kill and How Society Responds. Wish the prosecution would ask her about that
Her current attorney now stands accused of conflict of interest due to having allegedly bartered his services for a book deal, with Sarah’s agreement. There will be an en camera hearing about this.
Jorge was Begging to be let out! He sounds so Scared! And Pleading for Air! He suffered a Terrifying, Long, Drawn Out Death! 🥀🥀🥀🥀🙏🙏🙏🙏💔💔💔💔🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️. Because she Refused to Let Him Out!!
She is wicked and cruel She had him compacted in the suitcase, no space to move, not able to expand his lungs to even take a resting breath or sigh breath. Yes she caused him to experience an unspeakable death.
She's terrified so she goes to bed? She wasn't letting him out of that suitcase. Jorge is not on trial, Sarah is for murder. That wasn't self defense that was retribution.
She didn't go to bed. She let him out, laid him out straight and saw he was dead. That's why he had lividity in his back. That's why his arms and legs were straight.
That man begged for his life and she just laughed and went to bed. Then spends literal years telling everyone is was an accident. Then she has the audacity to claim self defense and that she had to beat him back into the suitcase with a bat because he was gonna kill her??? Like WTAF! I just can't... smdh

Seriously, imagine claiming you still love someone whilst showing absolutely no sadness around seeing the suitcase and reliving the day he died.... it would be one thing if she never showed any emotion, but she smiles at the gallery and at her attorneys all the time... just absolutely no sadness, not once, in four years.
Nope, no remorse at all, and no sadness even that her boyfriend died. We saw that total lack of emotion from her on police bodycam footage, right after Jorge's death. She clearly didn't love him. From day one, her only concern was for herself! Psychopaths lack sufficient empathy for the normal emotional reactions of healthy non-psychopaths, so they can't mimic their typical behaviours (eg crying for the deceased victim), even when it would be in their own best interests to do so. We see this in killers all the time. I'm noticing a smirk on her face a lot too - 'Duper's Delight' - because she thinks her lies are working with the jury. They aren't, she comes across as the arrogant, manipulative liar she undoubtedly is! Boone claims to be the victim here, but she has no clue how to act like a victim - because of course she isn't one! She'd have helped her cause if she'd just cried at one point, and at least expressed some pain/sadness over Jorge's death. But she forgot to! 🤣🤣🤣 All she did to play the victim, was to portray the real victim as a villain, and blacken Jorge's character. Her performance on the stand comes across as blatantly fake and horribly self serving. She never once mentioned being scared of her boyfriend, during her first police interview four years ago. It's obviously a new explanation for her vile crime, cooked up by her and her lawyer (whose regular prompting of her on the stand, is utterly laughable).

yeah she did a great job creating those fake photos of the abuse. Hmmm wonder how she did that. Justice for Jorge - an abusive, deadbeat dad little troll.
It's her only argument, since no one can dispute her account. However, she continually declared during her interrogation, that they had a good day. The baseball bat was something I didn't know before. Although they were violent with each other, her action was not one of fear, but one of revenge. That's obvious.
What is really bothering me the most, and this may be nitpicking, but I really dont like how, when she talks about that day with Jorge, she talks about him almost like shes babysitting him. I mean, I didnt know him, I dont know how he is when he drinks, but the way she kept saying things like "and i felt like he needed a change of scenery, so i brought him inside." Like, was he that drunk at this point to where she did need to babysit him? The language she uses insinuates that she was kinda in charge that day, and she had to direct him to new tasks, all up until he got in the suitcase when she wasnt there.
Dr. John Mathias talks about this on "Hidden True Crime". It's about control and building herself up. Without her Jorge is nothing, totally unable to get by in life.
If you’re terrified for your life would you really pull your phone out when Jorge is taking a baseball bat to the tv to record him but not call 911? I didn’t think I could dislike her anymore!
Well....let's see....we know that on previous occasions- she claimed Jorge became violent with her when drinking, Jorge's brother beat Jorge up for having been violent with her in the past and Jorge's daughters didn't like to speak with him when he was drinking. So, on THIS day- she decides they are going to spend the day drinking. While drinking, she encourages Jorge to call his daughters AND make a "confession" call to his brother about a supposed additional "violent outburst" Jorge had against her recently. She then zips him into a suitcase, hits him with a bat but is so "terrified" of him that she mercilessly taunts him and then goes upstairs and goes to sleep.... NOT buying that this was not intentional.
I was in an abusive relationship years ago. If I was scared after zipping him up. I would have put him on the front porch and unzipped it a little. Not go upstairs and fall asleep. She would have barricaded herself in the room terrified. I call bs.
Totally agree! I was also in an abusive relationship and everything she does is opposite. I know everyone has different experiences but she does not strike me as a “battered spouse”
Sarah called the police on Jorge 16 times. When he was arrested, the next day she would go and bail him out. She bought him a bike but Sarah had the key to the bike lock. She had a restraining order against Jorge but would invite him over even go and pick him up. Then call the police and let it “slip” that there is a restraining order in place.
Its infuriating to see! That woman that analyzed her, needs to have her medical license taken away! Why is there a domestoc violence abuse victim on the jury?
The black eye looks like she painted black eyeliner around her eye. I have never seen a black eye that black. Come on man. Now she says he is suffocating and arguing at the same time. Where is Juan Martinez when you need him.
her story makes no sense. in her testimony she said she thought he would kill her if she let him out-in the next breath she says she went upstairs because she thought he could get out.
Let’s not forget when Jorge was in handcuffs, he wasn’t acting out at all. He told her he loves her and SHE was the one being mean and belligerent. He was listening to everything he was told by law enforcement, she wouldn’t listen and the cop had to keep telling her what she need to do and not do! Oh, I wonder who had the problem being physical? If she was attacking him, he had every right to fight back!
There was no hide and seek. I'm tired of everyone wasting time on her bs story, it's all lies. She batted him, stuffed him in there, made her snuff films then passed out.
SHE'S THE ONE WHO LOCKED HIM IN THE SUITCASE! AND THEN MOCKED HIM! WHO WOULDN'T BE PISSED OFF. HOWEVER I DOUBT HE WAS ANGRY DURING THAT MYSTERIOUS UNRECORDED NINE MINUTES. THEN SHE BEATS HIM WITH A BAT WHEN HE TRIES TO SAVE HIMSELF. NOW WE HAVE ASSAULT AND BATTERY AND ENTRAPMENT! IF SHE WOULD HAVE CALLED 911 SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AND WE KNOW SHE HATES THAT BECAUSE ITS EVERYONE ELSE'S FAULT NEVER HERS. SHE IS A MALIGNANT NARCISSIST! BUT I THINK SHE TOTALLY ZIPPED UP THE SUITCASE BECAUSE IF SHE WAS IN SO MUCH FEAR WHY DID SHE GO TO BED??? I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT FROM THE MOMENT SHE ZIPPED HIM IN THERE SHE KNEW SHE COULD NEVER LET HIM OUT. SHE MURDERED HIM! SHE TOOK HER REVENGE OUT ON HIM! SHE WAS THE CONTROLLING ONE. SHE ISOLATED HIM AWAY FROM HIS FAMILY. SHE COULD HAVE GOTTEN AWAY FROM HIM A MILLION TIMES. I AM NOT FALLING FOR HER BS! SHE LIES ABOUT EVERYONE. SHE IS A DRAMA QUEEN AND HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HER OWN ACTIONS. SHE THREW BRIAN UNDER THE BUS MULTIPLE TIMES IN HER TESTIMONY AND SHE WENT TO HIM FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING MONEY AND BABYSITTING AND ALL SORTS OF FAVORS. HER POOR EX COULDN'T HAVE A LIFE BECAUSE OF HER. SHE'S A VERY DANGEROUS PERSON. I PRAY SHE IS FOUND GUILTY!!!
If Sarah was that afraid of what Jorge might do to her if he was let out of the suitcase, she could easily have left the apartment, and called the police!! Has this fact ever been put to her??
No swelling or redness around it proves it was painted on. She took photos of her injuries from falling blackout drunk. The apartment manager said Sarah fell drunk on a broken glass infront of her apartment the cut got infected and was only small and the hospital opened up the cut to clean the infection up.
Brian annoys me. Neither he nor Sarah can remember what the phonecall was about (nichol kessinger style) AND Brian deleted that call from his phone and didn't tell the detective about it. But she was smart and took a pic of his call log and cross-referenced it with Sarahs call records. They are lying liars who lie.
Exactly!!! Why did he delete the phone call if there was nothing to hide. Sarah also didn't do CPR on Jorge because his body was already stiff. Brian told her three times to call 911. Instead, she waited for him and begged him to dispose of the body.
She has said all along that she never wanted him to die, that the death was non-intentional. I assumed the alcohol caused an irisistible urge to lay down and nap for a couple of minutes, intending to come back (which was malicious no matter as he was already having trouble breathing as well as contorted into a painful position). She now says she was afraid of him retaliating, which means she didn't want him to get out. So, was she intending to let him die? Even if she thought he could escape by getting a finger through, he'd be even angrier since she never opened it for him. How can she now claim it was not intentional?
Sarah's story about the steak knife was not credible. I think the real story is she drunkenly (accidentally) knifed herself, and Jorge probably was begging her not to blame it on him by calling the cops. She's such a liar.
Never thought about it this way but that whole story didn’t add up so this makes sense. I also loved how she made herself out to be some great little homemaker with that story. 🙄

She has yet to shed one (atleast on cameras from the scene, to interrogation until now on the stand)They were toxic to each other period……GUILTY!!!
These two were chronic alcoholics and abused each other. I’m not saying Jorge was an angel, but he died a pretty horrible death. He wasn’t threatening her that night, Jorge was begging Sarah to let him out. 2 days later she couldn’t remember taking those videos but 4 1/2 years later she remembers all the details. *coughs* bullshit I have a feeling if you asked Sarah’s ex-husband if she played the victim a lot during their marriage he’d have an interesting answer for you.
It seems like if she was in fear for her life, she would have fled or called the police, not go upstairs and go to sleep thinking he could get himself out and was going to come join her. There’s so many contradictions that it’s hard to believe her. No question they were both unhealthy and abusive in general … but that night, he died while she slept. Intentional or not, she’s responsible. If she intended to kill him, it would be first degree murder. Jorge wasn’t an angel but one thing he was not is responsible for her death.
Her story changed and she lied to police. If she isn’t convicted I will lose my faith in the justice system. She had other options. Flee. Go to her ex. Get her son and go to a shelter. That video says it all. He died a horrific death while she laughed.
Would he seriously be threatening to end her when he’s trapped and struggling to breathe and then that she’d go to bed leaving it open just enough so he could free himself? Even if he couldn’t he’d surely still have been able to breathe. He could do neither. Also regarding the loud thud heard by neighbours, are we likely to believe them or her when it happened? She was clearly drunk and couldn’t remember most of what occurred. That thud was obviously Jorge being pushed down the stairs.
It’s called trauma bond most DV victims have this and they continue to stay thinking things are gonna get better or they stay out of fear that they’re going to be killed

So far, it seems everyone is believing the whole, “hide and seek” game. That is what she is making up. She somehow got him to willingly get into the suitcase. IMO, it was her plan all along to zip him up and torture him. She may be honest in that she thought he might get out on his own. Either way, she wanted to have control over him until she was good and ready to let him out. Hide and Seek just sounds ridiculous.
Per the neighbors, they were loudly fighting all evening. No way they went from screaming “I hate you” to “tag you’re it.” I have always thought he was packing his bag, she hit him in the head with the bat, & folded him into the suitcase, threw it down the stairs & started her taunting & filming. He was not in that suitcase willingly.
@@sunbeltcobb Exactly right! Your scenario makes much more sense than anything she is claiming. Either that, or she somehow tricked him into getting in, but that is a stretch since they were fighting all day off and on. Their relationship was extremely toxic and it was only a matter of time before one of them was killed by the other. They were the definition of Love/Hate mixed with a lot of booze.
An empty suitcase tumbling down the stairs would not have made their walls Shake but ifJorge was in the suitcase, that would have made the wall Shake Imo
How do you know that none of those pictures were doctored? Some absolutely look like she was playing with various eyeliners and some other form(s) of makeup.
@ajordon, if she was the blond testifying she's only a psychologist not even a MD. the defense didn't want the psychiatrist who is actually a MD. They didn't like his answers, hes the expert.
Personally, I think it's still debatable as to how he got into the suitcase (definitely not hide-and-seek, that's ridiculous). I think that Sarah allowed him to get intoxicated and passed out, then put/rolled him into the suitcase. I wouldn't be surprised if he was also drugged, but that was never stated as a result of any toxicology report, besides his blood alcohol content.
If she was SO traumatized by the fork incident, (what she claims happened, at least) she wouldn’t be able to so calmly talk about the crunch sounds and blood flowing . Yes she had a lot of injuries, but she was a violent blackout drunk. She can’t be trusted.
Toxic couple. It seems they beat each other. That does not get her off the hook. She wanted revenge . He begged for his life. She laughed at him and told him to f---off. She has to pay for his death.
well he was the cruel and abusive little troll that stomped on her head and threatened to rape her with a baseball bat.... and then was dumb enough to get in the suitcase so.... I guess he fucked off
@ktalbotm1 based all this off the testimony of someone who has been proven to lie approximately every time she opens her mouth? I truly don't get the blind faith in her testimony. Was he perfect? No. Was he the one who was known to be aggressive even to previous partners? Also no, that would be Sarah. Was he the one with full control of everything in their lives? No, that would be Sarah. Do any of her current stories make sense? No, she can't keep up with all the lies and what she needs to convey for the jury. Was he a reactive alcoholic in a very toxic relationship? By all appearances yes. Does that make him deserve to die the horrible way he did? I don't think even Sarah deserves such a death and I have far littler opinion of her than of him.
Plus someone that claimed shed left enough hand room for him to unzip themselves after fueling the fire taunting him does not go up to bed if they are afraid if and when they escape they are going after or even killing them it just makes even less sense to me every second
15:41 it changed cuz you wouldn't let him out. Arguing as you were bashing him with the bat. Flipping the suitcase over, kicking it. She kept him in there so she "could talk to him in a manner she wouldn't have been able to before." HELL YEAH she's leaving out info or rearranging the events.

Imo

They were a terrible couple who brought out the very worst in each other. Its ending is so pathetic and horrid.
@PeaceNYC2011 that black eye is fake. No swelling.
She has changed her story on the stand saying she does remember now filming the video.
She didn’t say that during her police interrogation. All she said was it wasn’t intentional she fell asleep. She ended him instead.
No way he would threaten to end her life while he was at her mercy.
I don't think her would have done it anytime. I get a sense he was a follower and she was the leader. Furthermore I sense she set him up to get in the suitcase. Once she got him in it was zipped up. Poor guy she trapped him.

All she did to play the victim, was to portray the real victim as a villain, and blacken Jorge's character.

I have a feeling if you asked Sarah’s ex-husband if she played the victim a lot during their marriage he’d have an interesting answer for you.
Either that, or she somehow tricked him into getting in, but that is a stretch since they were fighting all day off and on. Their relationship was extremely toxic and it was only a matter of time before one of them was killed by the other. They were the definition of Love/Hate mixed with a lot of booze.
An empty suitcase tumbling down the stairs would not have made their walls Shake but ifJorge was in the suitcase, that would have made the wall Shake Imo
How do you know that none of those pictures were doctored? Some absolutely look like she was playing with various eyeliners and some other form(s) of makeup.
Sarah was talking. I am convinced that guy sneezed on purpose.
Whomever this woman in green is she certainly is biased.
She hasn't done her homework!
She’s absolutely correct
@ajordon, if she was the blond testifying she's only a psychologist not even a MD. the defense didn't want the psychiatrist who is actually a MD. They didn't like his answers, hes the expert.
@@Sunny-sc6pf she bought Sarah's narrative without question.
She wasn't unbiased. She became an advocate. Not her place!
Being hit with a bat while trapped in a suitcase is horrific. Sara is stupid if she thinks thats understandable
And she pushed him down the stairs
The jury is supposed to believe Jorge was angry when the camera wasn’t rolling but not angry and pleading for his life she to camera was rolling. Sure
How convenient that she has no proof of the threat he posed to her that night.
If she was SO traumatized by the fork incident, (what she claims happened, at least) she wouldn’t be able to so calmly talk about the crunch sounds and blood flowing .
Yes she had a lot of injuries, but she was a violent blackout drunk. She can’t be trusted.
Exactly
She blinks any faster, she's gonna take off.
@@jrelevates1574 She looks so convincing tho lol
@@Sweet-Sheva….at lying
☠️☠️
It is an indication of lying when the eyes blink so fast.
It drives me crazy. It’s easier to get through the trial when you’re just listening to it bc otherwise she’s very distracting.
Hello, Vinnie, and CourtTV!! 2 of my Favorites! Thank You so much for covering her!
How do we really know he cut her or ever abused her? Police reports? Anyone back her up on the abuse story? Family , friends?
The video she made of her own crime will be her undoing. For a woman who thinks she's smarter than every attorney, it was a very dumb move!
Plus someone that claimed shed left enough hand room for him to unzip themselves after fueling the fire taunting him does not go up to bed if they are afraid if and when they escape they are going after or even killing them it just makes even less sense to me every second
Whoever is questioning her is doing the answering her questions. That's not a good sign.
Sorry but this is the story her lawyer made up for Sarah, Sarah Boone herself is a Absolute Monster and if she get out she will go back drinking.
No remorse at all! She smiles all the time.
Sarah crossed the line when she prevented Jorge from leaving the suitcase.
That’s right she’s leaving out information! Lies!
