I think the facts need researched to avoid misinformation being reported. Sarah did NOT initially call Brian. Brian said exactly that on recording. She finally answered HIS call to her that morning. She called him back 5 minutes later asking if was on the way.
@@LakeGirl24 Thank you for that. Far too often sloppy mistakes creep in, even on supposedly professional true crime channels like @CourtTV. It's generally when the presenter/guests haven't done enough research on the case under discussion. There's another mistake @19:10 when the medical expert mis-identifies the two still images of the suitcase taken from Sarah Boone's videos. PHOTO ONE depicting the FIRST position of the suitcase is not the image on the Right, as she incorrectly says. From that wrong conclusion, she goes on to make another mistake and say Boone flipped the suitcase over so the zipper was underneath victim Jorge Torres, and that the PHOTO TWO, the SECOND position of the suitcase, is seen on the Left. In fact the opposite is true. PHOTO ONE, depicting the original, FIRST position of the suitcase is the image on the LEFT. As we clearly saw in the disturbing Sarah Boone cellphone video which that screenshot was taken from (shown at the beginning of this show @ 3:32), the suitcase is first, partially laying on the rug with the zipper underneath Jorges. PHOTO TWO, showing the SECOND position of the suitcase after Sarah Boone flipped it over, is the still image on the RIGHT of the screen @19:10. We can see the case was flipped over to land some distance across the floor and away from the rug, with the zipper now positioned uppermost, above victim Jorge Torres. Vinnie should have picked up on this and corrected the guest.
The staircase theory. I think it's possible with minimal bruising. My own view and reasons. We used to "the stairs" slide down in sleeping bags cardboard boxes etc. never getting hurt or bruised, so if he was placed on top of the staircase and slid down "with help". It's definitely plausible and possible that it happened. It sounds like revenge/control of a person, all the while someone is begging for life. The zipper was broken (locking him in) my question is was that after she zipped it up. Another thing with the staircase theory is if he was upstairs Neighbour heard loud noises at around 10.30-11pm is quite likely he would of already been dead so no bruising would occur right. I say that because in the morning sober a theory maybe she realized she couldn't say she fell asleep next to him begging taking his last breaths right ??? 11am waking up just passed 11am rings ex-husband waits for him to come then rings the police, I'm amazed she didn't ring and meet with a Lawyer first. 1 pm Police arrive what time did she ring police???
Let me be completely honest… If I were a battered woman and I watched that video and then I heard Sarah use the battered woman syndrome in court, I would be pissed off. This is absolutely going to backfire in their face .
You're exactly right. I am a survivor of DV and everyone's experience is their own. However, I would believe that if Sarah was in eminent danger, wouldn't she had run out of the house to get away from him once he was in the suitcase? Why would you go upstairs and lie down if you were in battle with him and he's now trapped?
@@TamTam-qe1hr She had Jorge put In. Jail, and then stalked him to make him come back. Had his i.d. a bike he could use when she said. @@LisaPeterson227 WOW, I didn't even know she was stalking Jorge. I pray for justice for Jorge and his family. They've been waiting all of these years, it's time.
She honestly thinks she's getting out. She said to the judge: "I've been in here long enough. I'm looking forward to getting out and moving on with my life." The frigging balls on her to even THINK something like that, let alone say it on the record to the judge in her case is way beyond disgusting!! And she also got pissy when they informed her that a ring that she paid for, that Jorge was wearing when he was MURDERED by her, was going to his family.
Sarah was an abuser. The relationship was obviously toxic but she was not a battered spouse. She was free to do whatever she wanted and leave anytime, and often did. They were abusive to each other and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was the aggressor in every fight they had.
@@teresathayn5170 Doesn't surprise me at all, the woman is nuts. I feel her ex and their little boy have at least had a very good result from this horrible tragedy - Sarah Boone is going to prison for life, and both are free of her. She's an alcoholic, narcissistic abuser on such an extreme scale, she's killed someone. I think it was always going to happen, sooner or later. Her child did not need that pathologically self-serving, destructive woman messing up his life. Poor kid, I bet she sends him umpteen letters each week from jail, in the same, crazy handwriting she harasses the judge with. Letters can be ignored, burned or trashed - it's harder to get rid of an abusive parent who keeps turning up on your doorstep uninvited. Thankfully her son will know exactly where she is from now on - safely behind bars where she can't bother him. I wish him and his father all the very best for their Boone-free future.
She’s going to break records getting one of fastest guilty verdicts ever. Every time I see/hear those videos, I’m reminded how absurd her defenses are. She taunted him, recorded him while laughing, and even MOVED the suitcase before leaving him to die before going to bed. But yeah, she sounds terrified 🙄
Not too many things really f*ck me up but the footage she took of him in the suitcase is f*cking brutal. He sounds so vulnerable and desperate. The aggression is in her tone....
Check out the interrogation videos. I can't imagine not letting someone out. The cops also confiscated her son's wooden child-sized baseball bat. I bet she beat him in that suitcase after she pushed it down the stairs and kept flipping it over. I doubt she ever went to her bed as it was made. I think she knew he died at 1130pm and called her ex in a drunken "help me" call and he hung up. She spent the night deleting the videos and pictures thinking she was actually deleting them. By the way they drank 2 bottles of wine while they painted, puzzled and played "adult hide and seek" whatever the hell that is. (I really don't ever want to play that) 🥺

I also think they feel there's a better chance of conviction with a 2nd degree charge than 1st but they could have easily argued that it was premeditated. Just think it's more of a slam dunk as 2nd
Does she sound in fear for her life? I have never heard a battered woman laugh at her abuser and taunt him. Brian said she took a cigarette break and he had to encourage her to call the police. Initially during the 911 call she said she put him in the suitcase.
i actually have like PTSD from hearing his voice calling her name. I have seen and heard that video since it was released and every time I hear the name Sara, I hear his voice. 😥
Even if he abused her.. that doesn't justify her actions. Locking him up on the pretense of playing 'hide and seek', she left him to die instead of just leaving him!
The hide and seek is a lie. They were not playing. The neighbors who share a wall with Sarah and Jorge heard the screaming. Then the loud thumping down the stairs followed by the loudest bang into a wall at the bottom of the stairs. So hard it shook the wall. The timing of this loud thumping down the stairs was heard just prior to Sarah filming Jorge in the suitcase. They headed it around 11 pm. Sarah began taunting and filing Jorge at 11:11 pm.
@@mandystrong8196 How did she get him in the suitcase? I mean he was tiny so she could have knocked him down the stairs and he passed out and she put him in the suitcase - he is like 5' 4" and 140lbs according to police records
She did this out of anger over his perceived cheating for messaging other women, not from fear. She clearly never feared him or walked on eggshells. Theres videos of her berating and belittling him to his face and all he does is get up and away from her.
Even the CPR sounded fake. Don’t think she did anything the operator told her, but it was probably too late anyway. Ahe left him in the case out of anger over the messaging, not out of fear. She never feared him.
Right?!?! What adults play hide and seek with each other first of all and secondly, he’s not hiding from you if you’re the one zipping him in a suitcase. 🤦🏻♂️

Instead, she let him die slowly.

The police officer who was transporting George to the station, after yet another of her 911 calls, even advised him in the car, to stay away from her as she would only get him into more trouble. That officer knew what she was all about and I really hope he's called to testify.
True dat. Look at how callous she was while killing him. Alcohol is no excuse. Most of us would never murder someone just because we had too much to drink.
I can't watch Boone's video of Jorge in the suitcase anymore! I always put myself in his place, begging for help… I have to FF past it in whatever video I'm watching.
Agreed, Boone's home videos are truly, incredibly disturbing. She had so many chances to let Jorge out of that horrific zippered tomb, let him stretch and breathe, and let him live. But time and time again, she deliberately and determinedly chose not to free him. This wasn't negligence, or any kind of accident. She didn't fall asleep in a drunken stupor on the couch, wake up, horrified at 5am and let him out in a panic, before immediately dialling 911 (and God knows, that would have been bad enough). Instead, she deliberately went upstairs to bed, leaving him trapped in the suitcase totally alone in the darkness and silence, on the ground floor. And there he stayed, until finally, who knows when, death ended his suffering. He must have been utterly terrified when the awful truth hit him, that his girlfriend wasn't coming to his aid. Sarah Boone finally got up the following lunch time and found him - dead for some time, purple in the face, with rigor mortis. And let's not forget, she had abandoned him to climb the stairs to bed, after repeatedly ignoring his pleas to free him because he couldn't breathe. It's all there on the shocking videos she made - videos that are about to destroy her outrageous 'Not Guilty' plea in court! It's total BS she thought Jorge could release himself. She knew damn fine he could not, he told her many times, as proven by her own videos. If he could get himself out of the suitcase, why would he beg her over and over to release him? Why, with increasing desperation, would he tell her: "Sarah - I can't breathe"? It makes no sense at all. She knew he was trapped inside that horrific, confined case, could not breathe, and had no hope of escape without her intervention. Yet she did not intervene - she went up to bed. Boone's not guilty plea is a huge mistake. I can't wait to see her own warped decisions sink her in court. We all know what she did - thanks to her nasty little videos, we've seen her crime unfold with our own eyes (the videos alone prove her aim was to torture and humiliate her hated boyfriend). You would not do such a sadistic, cruel thing to a dog, least of all your own partner. She deserves to die behind bars and I really hope when she's found guilty and sentenced, she does not get parole. This was murder of the most heinous and depraved kind.
It's kind of sad to see the defense pursing this strategy; they can allege self defense till the end, but it was NOT what came out of SB's mouth from the beginning. I believe that's why they're trying hard to have her interrogations dismissed. It would be laughable if it wasn't for the fact that a man was killed and laughed at while dying.
TYSM Vinny, we appreciate you bringing us the cases so we can better understand. I like the compassion you have for all the victims. Again, Thank you 😊
Yes..So cruel! It obviously landed upside down after she shoved him down the stairs. It looks like she threw flip flops at the suitcase after flipping it over too. Very curious if she slugged him with the bat found nearby.
Sarah did say that she flipt the suitcase over !!! In the interview at the police station ... ‼️ So sarah did give a short explanation how the suitcase got flipped over.. (By sarah her hands , she said that herself)
Thank you! How did the two "experts" in this video not know this? I feel like they just grabbed two random women off the street and said, "Here's fifty bucks, please sit in front of this camera and pretend you know something about this case". I mean, come on. That one lady was supposed to be a forensic pathologist? If she is, then I'm a neurosurgeon.
I watched bodycam footage from the day he was found dead. Sarah was more concerned about her Dr. Pepper and her cigarettes than poor Jorge! She didn't even shed a tear! You'd have had to scrape me off the floor if that was me!!
This is chilling. What a despicable act. I believe Jorge knew Sarah wasn't going to let him out and was killing him. Sarah needs to lose her freedom forever.
Why was Jorge there, They had a "No contact order". And Mom and Pops should have called the cops on her every time she came to the house to get Jorge, every time. They should have made it clear that she was not to be there at all.

I wonder if 4 1/2 years later on the stand we will see the crocodile "phony tears from her?"
Now this woman wants “professional hairstyle and makeup.” I don’t know what even a professional can do for someone with a Lord Farquaad haircut. Maybe they’re just asking for a friend to do her hair or bring makeup/hair tools but wording it as “professional” makes it seem as if she wants a glam team. M’am this is a TRIAL. This is not the bachelorette. You are not asking men to accept your suitcase to sail off together with… you are on trial for torturing and mocking your boyfriend in one until he died. There’s wanting to be presentable to a jury and this… Looney Tunes Boone is full steam ahead and running off the rails..
Also if she is at the defense table the cameras will see the back of her head. She wants the jury to see her look as a professional ( professional drunk)
@@Jaxsnackpack to tell you the truth. If she looked as she does now on camera the jury might be able to see the real person. Hair and makeup will hide that. Sarah said she flipped it over. There is also speculation that she kicked it down the stairs. (How he got all the wounds.) BTW, it takes about 15 minutes to pass from positional asphyxiation.
Thank you. Another commenter who knows more about this case than the two idiot "experts" in this video. I feel like you, I and a few other people in this comment section could have done 100x better than those two women in this video. Their commentary added nothing of value whatsoever. And, the "forensic pathologist" in this video fumbled around like an illiterate fourth grader when discussing how someone would die in a suitcase. You said more in about 35 words, than these two women said in this entire video.

Not to be an ass, but her new lawyer has been in court asking for more time to prepare, but here he is on Court TV…. Get your 15 minutes while you can I guess 🤷♀️
Boones lawyer could've been at his office or wherever he works. He did about a 1/2 hour interview with Vinnie. Are you saying he shouldn't have time to do an interview because he stated in court that he needed more time to prepare to defend Sarah? He shouldn't have had time to do the interview? The man can do anything he pleases while defending Sarah. I'm sure he has other cases and is not working 24/7 exclusively on Sarah's case.
Seriously, attorneys giving interviews about their current cases is the most disgusting and foolish move. Owens is just a showman. He has no business making any kind of public statements, especially if since suitcase Sarah keeps whining about how much publicity the case is getting. And for Owens to imply that everything Sarah told first responders AND the detectives about how they were having a “good day” and that it was a “good day,” and even that it was “not intentional” and that she just fell asleep and forgot. This will not be good for Boone because she will lose, and Owens’s career will probably take a hit for this ridiculous defense

When he was calling for her to let him out you can hear he’s having a hard time breathing already! She’s laughing and cussing him out while he’s dying! This is beyond sick! Hope she rots in prison! She’s no victim there!
She is as guilty as she can be. If she was so afraid of him she should have left him. She did this to get rid of him so she wouldn’t have to be in “fear” anymore.
That's not self defense, I believe she was physically and verbally abused..not sure if it was mutual but he's in the suitcase so he cannot hurt her. How DID she get him in there? That's a good question...being playful, I bet you couldn't fit in there? She could've knocked him out and put him in there...but what we have here is evidence of either manslaughter or murder in the first degree. Self defense isn't going to fly. Vengeance isn't self defense.
It don’t matter what miss Sarah says or does the video of her laughing at him when he can’t breath will show who she really is behind that professionally done hair and make up.

CourtTV annoys me how often they get facts wrong. "Digital content" Lauren must have never even watched Boone's interrogation video to say the only information about the suitcase being flipped came from the police report. In her interrogation, Sarah is asked this specific question and freely admits, "I flipped him!" Some "expert" to not be able to retain easily accessible information from one of the most important evidentiary documents.
Court TV’s Lauren Silver should be fired for spreading mis-information. Most recently, she said that Sarah requested “ professional” makeup artist. Not true. I listened to the ENTIRE motion hearing and not once was the term professional used. Her attorney asked if his paralegals could apply her make up. Far from a professional make up artist! That was simply a lie and made up. Not that I’m defending Sarah whatsoever!! But Court TV needs to get their “facts” straight.
This is so horrible to listen to as it almost takes my breath away as I intently continue listening. Sarah claims she didn’t think Jorge was serious even with the stress in his voice as he calls her name. I have always wondered if Jorge realizes Sarah had no intentions of letting him out and how cruel that was for him to think about that as he’s stuck with no way out? I cannot even imagine knowing my demise is minutes away and all the control is in the hands of a hatefully vindictive person enjoying her power. Sarah also claims this wasn’t punishment or revenge as laughter comes from her as she seemingly was enjoying herself fully with slight chuckles under her breath, still not letting him out. Why would any person allow a loved one go through this unpleasant ordeal? When asked by Scott the male detectives why wouldn’t she just let Jorge out? What was her intentions or her strategy? Sarah replied “I don’t know why? Which isn’t the truth Sarah had to have something going through her mind as to why she wouldn’t let him out. I can’t even begin to speak on Owens and his motives for becoming Sarah’s attorney in the 10th hour. Except to say I know Sarah is in control bc that’s the only way she will allow any attorney to represent her in peace is if she alone calls the shots. Isn’t that a stupid answers by Owens when asked why Sarah couldn’t give a time frame? Yes Sarah’s Story is consistent but that doesn’t mean she’s being truthful as we later find out after Owens becomes her attorney. Sarah intentionally murdered Jorge in a rage of self defense. The story changed entirely from having a pleasant evening together and an accident occurred, to intentional self defense.
I think he wanted to leave and she killed him .why were some of his clothes in the suitcase. A syringe of Valium. Prescribed to Jorge. A tie. His cap. Bloodied cap. Wasn't he pulling his art off the walls. There was some paper in the suitcase. I think she was always going to kill him. Her calls to the police escalated in the last months. A narcissist discards everyone. He really should have got out. I don't think he would have been there if she hadn't acted like she wanted him there. I believe he was a far worse drunk than her. Who gets syringes of Valium Prescribed . A rock bottom alcoholic. Wasn't in his system when he died.
Your content creator needs more research. Sarah says in the interrogation that she flipped the suitcase over because” I didn’t want him to be like that”
Glad @CourtTV discussed the brutal reality of Jorge Torres' prolonged and horrendous suffering, locked inside the suitcase as his oxygen ran out, while his girlfriend mocked his distress and repeatedly denied his desperate pleas to release him. This crime is right up there among the worst categories of sadistic, cruel and depraved murders. I've followed this story for the last 4 years (and seen Sarah Boone's outrageous, entitled conduct in custody - which judging by her dramatic weight gain, sure didn't put her off her food). But until watching this report tonight, I wasn't aware the suitcase flipped over and moved some distance from its original position on the lounge floor, between the two Smartphone videos recorded by the defendant. I think Boone will have a very hard time explaining that away in court. The flipping of the suitcase and it's progress around 2 feet across the room, could not have been achieved by Torres himself. It had to have been done deliberately by Sarah Boone, and it had to take a significant amount of effort on her part, to achieve. 4 years ago she was a slight woman, I'd guess around 30lbs lighter. She must have expended considerable effort, and I am guessing mostly used her legs/a combination of legs and upper body, to overturn that heavy suitcase containing an adult man. Let's not forget she was drunk at the time too, as her slurred words on video confirm. Why, in her drunken, unsteady state, was it so important to her to turn that suitcase over? The answer is sadly obvious, and utterly chilling - she was getting pleasure from torturing Jorge Torres, and escalating his suffering inside the horrific, zippered tomb from which she knew he could not escape. She had him totally defenceless and at her mercy, and she planned to enjoy every minute. The starkly different position of the suitcase between videos, proves that this murder involved prior, sadistic torture. It also supports the Prosecution case that it absolutely WAS murder, and not some 'unfortunate accident', as she claims. Her motive was obvious, to make her hated boyfriend suffer her deadly revenge, for his prior alleged sins against her of domestic violence and infidelity. Jorge Torres' autopsy revealed multiple injuries, most notably a severe and heavily bleeding wound to his head, plus other bleeding cuts and abrasions, severe bruising, and black eyes. During her initial police questioning, Boone pleaded total ignorance of those injuries. Prosecutors concluded they occurred when she pushed him down the stairs, inside the suitcase. That was likely her first, serious assault on him, before filming the subsequent, infamous cellphone videos taunting him. Boone denies pushing him down the stairs, claiming he got into the suitcase on the ground floor. But the fact she flipped the case with him inside it, as proven on the video images, again supports the prosecution case that he sustained his nasty injuries from a prior tumble down her stairs inside the case, which she did not film. We will never know how or why Jorge Torres made the deadly mistake of climbing into that case. The evidence of torture captured on video suggests to me this was a premeditated crime, and that Sarah Boone slyly tricked him into the suitcase on some lighthearted pretext, with a very sinister, hidden agenda. I believe he entered the case upstairs, not downstairs as she claims (suitcases are typically stored in bedrooms after all). Once he was zipped inside and she was satisfied he was trapped and helpless, she committed her first assault on him, pushing the case down the stairs, from the very top to the very bottom, with all her might. It was such a violent and forceful descent, a neighbour heard it and thought Boone was moving heavy furniture. That alone could have killed him, had he suffered a neck injury for example, banged his head, or had any kind of cardiac event on the way down. Sarah Boone's blatant lack of remorse immediately after discovering her partner's body next day, and her ongoing lack of grief for his terrible suffering and death, confirm exactly how ruthless she is. Her number one concern, first, last and in the middle, is always herself. It was only too predictable she asked the officers in the interview room if she could get back the 'expensive' ring she'd given Jorge (at the time he was wearing it while lying lifeless on a slab at the morgue). When told no, she expressed anger that his family, who she hated, would get to keep it. This was not a grieving woman begging for an item of jewellery for sentimental value. It was all about the ring's monetary value. You got the distinct impression if she could have visited his lifeless corpse and yanked it from his cold, dead finger, she'd have done it in a heartbeat. Boone really thought she could not only torture and kill her boyfriend, but film herself doing it, and walk away a free woman just by telling cops: "It was unintentional". Her arrogance and delusion are off the scale, and will be on full display at her imminent murder trial. She's so far removed from reality, I'd bet money she'll make the huge mistake of taking the stand, assuming she'll charm the jurors. It's gonna be a wild ride! This is a woman who cynically uses the fact she's a mother, to present herself to detectives (and others), as a responsible, caring and decent human being. But she's fooling no one. She's shown scant concern for her only child since her arrest for this now infamous suitcase murder. The homicide aside, Boone is an alcoholic, domestic abuser and chronic narcissist. Frankly it's no mystery whatsoever that her son's father, won full custody of him. Thank God he did! Jorge Torres' death was an unimaginable tragedy, which his children and other loved ones must live with for the rest of their lives. But if there's one silver lining to emerge from this vile crime, it's that Sarah Boone's innocent little boy will be forever spared her toxic presence in his life. Jorge paid the ultimate price for his abusive relationship. But he was an adult, and he made a choice to be with Boone. Her son however, had no choice. I bet his life has much improved in the 4 years she's been held in custody. Poor kid likely receives a ton of mail from Mommie-Dearest the serial letter-writer, in that same, crazy oversized scrawl she harasses the judge with. But mail can be burned, trashed or returned to sender. An abusive parent can show-up on your doorstep any time, and ruin your day. I think Sarah Boone's imminent Guilty verdict and Life sentence for murder will be a huge relief to her son and her ex-husband. They will be totally free of her, for the first time ever. I wish them both speedy healing, and all the very best for a brighter, Boone-free future.

Almost every screen on the phone has a time. And if you wake up and the person that’s supposed to be beside you isn’t (her story), the natural human instinct is to look at the time. And calling the ex before 911 speaks volumes. Nobody is falling for that. We are not looking down on her for changing her story. We are holding her accountable for murdering a human being!
Once someone becomes immobile and has no weapon you are no longer defending yourself because there is no threat, but let’s not forget this state had a jury that let Casey Anthony walk so who knows what could happen if there’s a jury trial
Sarah also says in her bodycam footage that she uses the police to control Jorge and she also did the same thing with the property manager. Jorge withdrew his statements because of the abusive relationship he was in with her. He didn't want her to lose access to her son. Jorge had to defend himself from Sarah's abuse. Her own ex husband said she used to get physical all the time and use her claws. Jorge kicked her once when she was strangling him on the stairs. Strangulation is a major indicator for homicide and who ended up dead? Jorge did. This is a typical abusive relationship dynamic. Sarah is the primary abuser, without a doubt in my mind. If you switch the genders, the way Jorge behaved is exactly how abused women behave.
The prosecution have a video on her phone of coaching Jorge how to drop charges or something. No wonder she was spinning out over her phone. She's the abuser.
Is the lawyer suppose to be discussing this case since they haven’t selected the jury yet? I would think it just minimizes amt of people not hearing about the case! It is so wrong her claiming battered wife, OMGOSH she beat him up alll the time, neighbor saw them outside often. She was never scared of him, she invited him over. She lies soooo much. Can’t wait to get this 5yr + delayed by her court case over with! 😡
I heard that defense lawyers often do these interviews where there’s lots of attention and damning evidence being broadcast so they can try to balance what’s already out there in the media and sway opinion in their client’s favour. Dont think it’ll work in this case 😬
Yep and that's why she called Brian to help her that night at 11:49ish. He wouldn't do it, maybe didn't belive her.. just a theory. She tried giving him cpr that night then went and eventually passed out.
I’d like to know if anybody took a picture of the room to see if there was a donations, pile of clothes and items! Or did she make that up? She said the reason why that suitcase was out was to put items in it that we’re going to donation. I believe she made that up., the only way to prove it is through photographic evidence.
If she had just lured him in there, then called police “in fear of her life,” then it might be a good argument, but what she actually did was nothing short of murder.
I think that suitcase was upstairs and that loud bang and crashing noise the neighbor heard coming from the wall the staircase was on was Sarah pushing the suitcase down the stairs with Jorge inside....AND she provoked him in so many of the videos and was just hateful with a HUGE resentful grudge against George and he was violent but she I believe would provoke him relentlessly....

Dear Court Tv..
What I think is...Julie Grant is pretty awesome and I love opening statement.
Vinnie is so complete 💯
Sarah says in the police interview that she flipped it! She says it twice!
Sarah was an abuser. The relationship was obviously toxic but she was not a battered spouse. She was free to do whatever she wanted and leave anytime, and often did. They were abusive to each other and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was the aggressor in every fight they had.
She attacked Brian back when they were together!
@@teresathayn5170 Doesn't surprise me at all, the woman is nuts. I feel her ex and their little boy have at least had a very good result from this horrible tragedy - Sarah Boone is going to prison for life, and both are free of her.

Poor kid, I bet she sends him umpteen letters each week from jail, in the same, crazy handwriting she harasses the judge with. Letters can be ignored, burned or trashed - it's harder to get rid of an abusive parent who keeps turning up on your doorstep uninvited. The hide and seek is a lie. They were not playing. The neighbors who share a wall with Sarah and Jorge heard the screaming. Then the loud thumping down the stairs followed by the loudest bang into a wall at the bottom of the stairs. So hard it shook the wall.

As a taxpayer paying for a professional hair and makeup person daily is unsettling.....Is she not capable of doing her own if given the tools she needs. Over 75000 into her demands and defense and it continues..
Content creator needs more research. Sarah said in the interrogation that “I flipped it over” when asked Why? “I didn’t want him to be like that”. Obviously I have too much time on my hands
I was screaming the same thing at my laptop. Those women's unfamiliarity with the case infuriated me. How could they sit down for this having never watched the interrogation???
Shes got 2 dogs in the house, but she says she got up around 12.30 in the afternoon, was in bed awake for a bit. Wouldn't the dogs be barking their heads off, there should have been poop n pee around the rooms they lived in. Theres no fence out back of house.
wouldn't she need to go to the bathroom when she first woke up, a normal person, I would think, after sleeping 12 hours needs to pee.
@@GundamGir1 did you see the condition of the carpet .?
It depends on the dogs. Little dogs, yes, big dogs can hold it a long time, especially if they don’t drink a lot like when they are asleep.
Jorge's brother stated that Jorge was planning to leave Sarah. Sarah said 'No you're not.".
I can't imagine his panic as he slowly suffocated. I wonder how long he suffered.
He passed out wasn’t aware
But the terror upon realizing she's not going to let me out!!! Super Cruel!!
Neighbor was quoted saying "Sarah gave as good as she got!". And Jorge was photographed by police with nasty injuries from her!
It don’t matter what miss Sarah says or does the video of her laughing at him when he can’t breath will show who she really is behind that professionally done hair and make up.
This case sets battered women back 30 years. Shame on her and shame on that attorney.
I totally agree! Reminds me of Amber Turd!
He makes me more sick than Sarah does!
Either way she locked him in there so is responsible
NO WAY is that wine talking. I am a wine drinker. That is VODKA! Just what her ex Brian said is her drink of choice
Domestic violence is NOT some game to be pulled out of one's hat as an explanation for one's own abhorrent behavior. She committed domestic violence in the name of domestic violence?
4 yrs of court...9 lawyers...why is she allowed to call the shots ?
What kind of grown couple gets wasted and draws pictures, does puzzles and then plays hide and seek? What are they? Five years old?
She's lying. She staged the scene after he died and came up with this excuse!!
Exactly
This is what alcoholics do to pass the time until they’re good and drunk.
EVERYBODY WHO WATCHES THIS. WATCH ALL OF THE POLICE CAMS POSTED. SHE IS OFF! DOESNT ACT LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING WOULD. HER LAWYER CANT PUT DATES ON MOTIONS SO HE CAN BACK DATE THEM.. HE FILES THEM LATE ON PURPOSE. INMATE WANTS A HAIR STYLIST. SHE FOUND A WAY TO BE A LONG TIME RESIDENT IN THE JAIL. WHAT A LOSER!
That poor man begging for his life and i hope that she never sees day light again
She shows no emotions whatsoever, all fake, no shock or sorrow. Story changes like the wind.
She knocked him over the head. Thats how he got the bump on his head , put him in the suit case and rolled him down the stairs. When he came through he was inside the suit case and she filmed him.
First Degree Murder!
Tragic
CourtTV annoys me how often they get facts wrong. "Digital content" Lauren must have never even watched Boone's interrogation video to say the only information about the suitcase being flipped came from the police report. In her interrogation, Sarah is asked this specific question and freely admits, "I flipped him!" Some "expert" to not be able to retain easily accessible information from one of the most important evidentiary documents.
THIS 🎯
Court TV’s Lauren Silver should be fired for spreading mis-information.
She was too busy doing her own bizarre makeup and lipstick to bother doing the research. 😂
I can’t even look at her, she just looks so ridiculous.
Yes Sarah’s
Story is consistent but that doesn’t mean she’s being truthful as we later find out after Owens becomes her attorney.
I hope the prosecution reads this, my fellow Glam.
@@GlamGam1964 Amen my friend! 👏👏👏
She said in the interrogation she flipped it. Did you notice the flip flops by the suitcase in the second video..she either threw them at the case. Or took them off and jumped up and down on it . Her cruelty is unbelievable.
@@judithwilliams3147 Wow! Seriously? What reason did she give for flipping the suitcase with her boyfriend in it?!
It's not a good look for her with the jury, is it?
@glamdolly30 she didn't give a reason. No, it won't, I hope.
She Blacked out…not uncommon when A person gets really tossed ..She’s just in denial cuz she didn’t want to admit she was a lush….Case Closed!!!
She stated she went upstairs and went to sleep.
Yes, blacked out drunk, and no memories of recording !!! But thank god it was recordet. Justice for Jorge 🙏🏻
well it’s obviously if she woke up and had to go downstairs…Right🤔🤔🤔🤔
@@Angel-wm5bn Assuming it's true.
Please get rid of the loud aggressive music on the brakes and in the opening it scares me and it scares my cats and it ruins the enjoyment of the rest of the content of the video you don't need that loud aggressive pounding horrible violent music
She’s not afraid of him, she’s manipulating the officer. Sarah is a horrible person, a murderer and an extremely poor excuse for a mother. I hope she gets the maximum punishment as set forth by the law. Poor Jorge’s mother.
The way he says her name 😢
Thank you Court Tv 📺 🙏🏻 😊 ❤
This woman giving Sarah Boone's version, conveniently leaves out that Sarah admitted flipping the suitcase over! She leaves out a lot of things to sound Sarah friendly! 😳🙄
This video is so heart breaking
I really hope she pays for this
That’s not battered spouse syndrome… that’s evil. Her behavior is permanently documented on the recording
These defense attorneys… not wearing a watch…. She literally said her phone woke her up.
Oh lawd no, not again!
That video ALONE should give a guilty verdict.
I do believe he was gone before she even went up the stairs.
Yep and that's why she called Brian to help her that night at 11:49ish. He wouldn't do it, maybe didn't belive her.. just a theory. She tried giving him cpr that night then went and eventually passed out.
I think her evil drunken butt asked Brian to help her get rid of the body and he said no!
I’d like to know if anybody took a picture of the room to see if there was a donations, pile of clothes and items! Or did she make that up? She said the reason why that suitcase was out was to put items in it that we’re going to donation. I believe she made that up., the only way to prove it is through photographic evidence.
Jorge's clothes and items were in the suitcase.
Torture is never a justifiable use of deadly force. Her defense is ridiculous
If she had just lured him in there, then called police “in fear of her life,” then it might be a good argument, but what she actually did was nothing short of murder.
I lose more respect for her lawyer every single day. However I'm glad he's here.😂😂😂
I have zero respect for him.
That poor poor man. This is horrible to listen to knowing he would soon die. She disgusts me.
That is no accident, that was intentional.
Beyond horrific
Sarah stated to detectives in her interogation that She flipped the suitcase. Your visitor isnt very observant.
The Sarah Boone show.
Her behaviour is like that of a confused child trying their best to explain away something that is clearly their own doing.
