- In this video, I'll guide you through setting up your iPad as a second monitor for your Windows PC using a USB cable.
To start, you'll need to download the necessary software (which is free) from www.spacedesk.net on your PC and install the 'Spacedesk - Display Monitor' app from the App Store on your iPad.
Please note that you'll require a USB cable capable of data transfer, not just charging.

i tried 2.4G and 5G Wifi 6 and also cable, all of them have lag, also I changed to 60Hz but still have lag 😢
Tried to connect to iPhone 14 pro max.
Wi-Fi software works, but unfortunately the signal is not very stable and there are long delays.
But the cable says “not available” even though I’m using the original cable!
Can we use it to avoid advance Optimus and take display on iPad from dgpu?
Space desk used to work but with odd results (Changed the 3 screens order and resolution after a whiile) I have WIN10.
Now I cannot get it to connect to 1 tablet and will not maintain connection with the other more than 10 minutes. Any ideas ??

Nice! Could you do a video on how to connect your phones on an external monitor if they do not possess a DisplayPort Alt Mode? Many of the affordable android phones do not possess that feature, unfortunately.

You need change screen settings from duplicate to extend.

Hi, I found this on Reddit, people having issues with their surface laptops USB ports not putting out enough power to transfer files over USB. So maybe it's a similar issue with your laptop. Maybe try a USB Hub that has a power source. www.reddit.com/r/Surface/s/DOKVdNOsvq

Try using a different cable. It needs to be a cable that can transfer data.
How does this work with mirroring the main screen?
If you want to mirror your computer monitor to your tablet, right click on your computer desktop and go to display settings and there will be an option to duplicate. If you want it to be like to separate monitors click on extend.

Hi! have you tried to see if you can get it to work wirelessly? This will just rule if your firewall is blocking the connection or anything like that. If you can connect wirelessly then maybe it's a cable issue or even an issue with the USB port on your computer possibly? So maybe try plugging your cable into a different USB port if you have one. Hope this help 😊

right click your wallpaper > display settings > under the section titled "multiple displays" change it from "duplicate these displays" to "extend these displays"
