A cloaking device warp core stabilizer and micro warp drive is all you need in your low slots to mine in 00. Just be sure to get to the opposite side of the belt from The warp in spot be sure to keep local open for it will catch your eye if somebody enters.
@Solace _ what he's talking about is right before you cloak hit your micro warp drive once and it will give you a nice burst of speed in order to get you away from the gate. My name is DubDubz in game if u need any more help just message me I'm on all day long.

Great video but I DO have a correction. Get the Venture III right away even if you don't have advanced mining, here is 2 reasons why: 1. The base mining increase for the Venture is +100% and you get an additional +20% per mining level. At mining level 5 that puts you at an +200% mining efficiency on the ship. The Venture III starts out at +200% on the ship. It's baseline benefit is the same as the maxed out benefit for the Venture. 2. You get a 3rd high mod slot. That means a 3rd mining laser. So even if they had the same mining increase buffs, you get an extra mining laser which would mean +50% from the Venture to the Venture III. Everything else was super informative. I'm new to the game and don't really know much about how to fit ships so I really appreciate the video! #willsubscribe

The former cloaks you ship, making you invisible and you don't show up on anyone's overview meaning you can't be locked. However, the only way to force a decloak is to fly within I think it was 2km of said cloaked ship. Covert Ops cloaking devices are similair in that you will be decloaked if they get within 2km of you, BUT they have several advantages: -You get no ship velocity penalty, but you still can't activate afterburners/MWDs -You can warp with the cloak on. So, you pop the cloak and warp out cloaked -It is much quicker to decloak and all the locking delays, delays to reactivate it etc are all lowered significantly HOWEVER, ONLY SHIPS WITH A COVERT OPS CLOAKING DEVICE FITTING CAN EQUIP IT! You can find this out by looking at the "Role Bonus" section of a ship's description. Generally speaking, Covert Ops ships like the Heron Covert Ops, Probe Covert Ops etc. can fit it, stealth bombers can fit it (So your Manticores, Hounds etc.) and other Black Ops type ships, although I think mining barges could fit it. Can't quite remember though so don't hold me to it. 2. **NEVER MIX YOUR TANK!** Instead of fitting a Core Defense Field Extender and a Trimark Armour Pump rig, fit 2 Core Defense Field Extender and an Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer. Ventures are very fragile ships, so they have stronger shields than armour I'm fairly certain. So by fitting those rigs instead, you're not only improving on your already stronger tank (even though it's very weak) but you also fill in that EM resist hole, as we all know shields have 0% EM resistance. Now, I know the tank isn't really *that* important as your main priority is to GTFO before the enemy can even lock onto you, but this is what I would say is more appropriate. Ahoy Captain Benzie , today while working I try mining without paying too much attention and so at first it work a load 25 k the second time i dint pay s lit of attention,I undock , set the destination to the same place without double checking and warp , 9 jumps after I got there find some mining belt , approach it and start , not even two minutes later ,a wave of torpedo or missiles remind to check my destination twice , I was in the farthest station in lowsec 😮😮😮the end of the only adventure 2 , i had ..lol😅😂😂

Hi. I kno this vid is a bit older but still mostly pertinent although the live server vent3 seems to be getting buffs from normal mining rather than advanced but that’s ok. However I’m currently in a vent2 with a range of 3 to 5 on my relevant skills. So I’m expecting a better than standard ship on some of the stats but when I look at my Ship Info it still looks like a normal V2. I thought the ship info icon on the ship radial gave you the current stats inc your bonuses or am I mistaken

I do a lot of AFK mining and my planetary production skills are maxed out with the 4 million free skill points they have given us, between Mining and planetary production you can build low-level T4 Cruiser sell them for around 10 million a piece every newbie needs one.. maybe a stabber would be perfect for you.. if you want to sell me a blaster in the renyn market for 10 million dollars I'll be fine with that let me know when it's there and I'm sure nobody will buy it..
I mined for awhile (built 2 cruisers and a retriever with the resources). Imo mining is the most excruciatingly boring part of this game. To the point I started question why am I "playing" this. It is about as exciting as watching paint dry. Since I was afking most of the time eventually got blown up (thank god!).
