Just Did some research on this axe... it’s only like 800$ I think it was. Really good affordable axe. Badass. May try getting this same one you have here. I have a shit ton of guitars lol I don’t mind another. I currently have 26 guitars over the years. They don’t make those pickups anymore. They are Duncan Design HB-105s. Really good... AFFORDABLE pickups! They are like 50$. You got good sound and performance out of that guitar. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Pretty great, in general. However, there is one thing missing: during the chorus, there seems to be a subtle melody playing in between the palmuted chords. If you listen closely, you can hear it. I think it's octaves. (I looked at the live performance, and, yes, Phil Demmel does play a melody on octaves during that part.) Almost every cover or tab I've seen misses that part.
