haha thanks Collin. It's not as easy for me as it looks on video. I just try to clip through it quickly because attention spans are real short on the internet. But I definitely run into my fair share of obstacles

That’s the prettiest duffel bag I’ve ever seen! I’m newer into leather but I’ve already been asked to make some custom things for people. Being a stay at home dad I needed something to do to keep my mind busy and now I’m currently using the kitchen counter as my work area at night when my wife and kid are asleep. I turn you videos on every night that I’m working on stuff just to watch and learn as I go. I appreciate the hell out of your videos

The skill involved in producing a handmade piece is so much more than what is shown in this video. The want to learn the craft, to continue using the tools of the trade to produce the perfection that only a handmade item shows is so much downplayed. Where is the creativity, the individuality, the imagination, the feeling, the love of the craft?
I can watch someone using their hands to make something for hours. Be it making bricks, a quilt, an inch of bobbin lace, or shoeing a horse there is an inevitable pride in carrying on tradition. We need to foster and support the arts. Beautiful job!

I like your work. It's easy for the beginner or the old timer to follow. I am in the process of transitioning from traditional equestrian custom fitted tack to lighter more personal items like your bags etc. I am so used to building heavy that it is a hard gear to swap in my older age. Health just will not allow me to throw 50lbs saddles around anymore. With the items you make I can still do the carving that I love since I was eight. I have a ton of questions for you as you could imagine. Anyway, keep up the good work and please keep more youth involved in our dieing craft
