  • Dawn Morse and Katie Campbell of Core Elements Training demonstrate Mobilisation techniques at the Cervical Spine, including movements such as, Rotation, Lateral Flexion and Longitudinal Movement.
These techniques are excellent for increasing range of movement at the cervical spine, along with reducing generalised pain around the wider neck and shoulder region, and reducing headache symptoms associated with muscular tension.
These are some examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited CPD short course in Manual Therapy and Joint Mobilisation, which is available as a face to face course at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).
Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports Therapy based qualifications and short courses.
To find out about Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 accredited Sports Massage and Clinical Therapy qualifications and CPD short courses in modalities such as #Manual #Therapy and #Joint #Mobilisations and #Dry #Cupping #Therapy and #Kinesiology #Taping please visit:
