Fuel Caddy - Cheap Chinese Replica!!!

Attempting to fill up the new discounted Chinese fuel caddy I found on marketplace...What else could go wrong!?

Any 2 cycle engine should get "recreational fuel". I use it in any of my older motorcycles when I can plus Sta-Bil at every fill up. I look forward to your videos, Andy.

I wouldn't be completely discouraged. I think it might be salvageable with a new pump? I was researching different pumps and might try to install a higher quality unit (maybe). Thanks for watching my Friend! 👍😁

We had one hears ago at a shop I used to work at. It wasn't the made in China crap that they sre made now. It was probably the kne China copied to make this ine you have?
Anyways... we always had to mess around with how tight the pump cover was. It was always causing w jam up like you have there. Try to loosen the cover just a little bit and see if that helps.
If I remember right we also put a little lube into there? But its been years since i worked there.

It's definitely a cheapo copy of an American made functional unit! I rolled the dice on this one because well I'm pretty cheap and I didn't know if I would use it enough to justify the space. I will try tearing into the pump mechanism and lubing the internals. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just careless pump assembly errors. Thanks for watching and sharing! 👍😁
