Im fairly certain I wont ever get to drive any of these insanely amazing cars. I cant afford to.....But when I watch a Jeremy Clarkson car review.....he describes it in a way that I feel like I have driven the car. Like Im there sitting going around the track. I don't feel depressed watching Jeremy drive around cars only the ultra-rich get to.... I feel like Im that special person who gets to do it. Thank you Jeremy.

Matchbox never did a Stratos, I collect them and if they did I'd have one. I've never seen one in 1/64 but I believe Tomica & Hotwheels make one. I did pick up a Polistil 1/24 Sando Munari Stratos at the car boot a week ago though.
The trio have said that they are done with making this show and (probably) want to either make other shows (like Oh Cook, Clarkson's Farm, etc.) and/or (semi-)retire in a few years. And who can blame them, they're already at that age and have done TG and then TGT together for >20 years.
I’d recommend checking out Jason Cammisa’s review of this car… It’s fantastic as well, and he was driving a version of this car that had a manual transmission!
Truly! I was just thinking the same thing. I also can't help but think this chapter may be coming to a close soon. Clarkson has the old school lamborghini vibe in a day tech riddled hybrid and electric cars. It would be a shame for him to review anything other than petrol-powered vehicles
He made top gear about how cars make you feel, not bore you with stats. It's his legacy that most have followed but can't match as Clarkson is so entertaining he can make farming amazon number 1 show

Really? I've always thought the Stratos was bl**dy hideous! Badly proportioned and visually unbalanced, and this one is no better. I'm sure they were good at what they did, but I have heard the driving position was kind of strange. The only reason I would have one would be to sell it on to someone else.
Unfortunatly pop up headlights on new cars (or newly registered kit cars) are illegal all over Europe, BUT that wouldn't stop you fitting them after it's registered...

There is some arbitrary production limit where the ban kicks in, I think at the same threshold as needing side markers and crash testing. All this in the name of pedestrian safety. Meanwhile, our trucks are walls and much more dangerous for pedestrians than pop up headlights could ever be.
I miss his reviews I hopes he starts again doing this. Was so great that’s why in the past I was watching TopGear or even the new shows, but really this is what I liked the most.

Was designed by fenomenon and presented in Geneva first time in 2005 - it took a while to get this masterpiece back on the street. Now Stoschek made it real.... well done....

Every car review channel always tries to use his review style. This man is the “gold standard”, I’m always excited to see him review ANYTHING. Thank you Mr. Clarkson! You can tell that Jeremy genuinely likes this car, unlike Teslas and Pickup Trucks the Amazon money boys force him to say nice things about. THATS the original Top Gear vibe you get from this clip: a core of honesty.

Miss these three together a lot. Top Gear was a major part of my childhood and the laughs and good moments I got with my grandpa while we watched top gear were amazing. Same with the Grand Tour. We hope to get more or something similar.

One of my all time favourite cars from its Rally days. I normally like a classic smooth lines sports car but this exception. Classic lines with a modern twist even after all these years. Beautiful

It doesn't. He just doesn't realise the minute differences in inputs he is making and resultant rotation or lack of. Just like old Stratos. You need a Sandro Munari or Markku Alen driving it. Mind you Markku would bend it ultimately 😂

The original is still one of my favorite designs of all time. This goes a long way to recapture that. Though, I do wish it still had the pop up, up and down headlights :)

It is in now way a modern version of the original! It's just a Ferrari playing dess-up! The original was designed to be the best possible RALLY car, without the constraints of having to be based on an existing car! Any contemporary stratos trie to the original idea would definitvely have to have 4wd, and would probably be more like the Prodrive P2 he tested on Top Gear!
It had been around since 2005 and never got sued. Because they DIDN'T USE the Ferrari logo. You can use your Ferrari to make a kit car, but not pretend your kit car is a Ferrari.
It's like the best Jet fighters they are inherently unstable which makes them very maneuverable, there's the trade-off. One of the coolest cars I've seen in a while!
Cant get yiu unless you use the logo. It is one Ferrari badge from a lawsuit. They only got the daytona kit car guy cos he trolled them and kept badging them with ferrari badges.
After this years the Stratos still can be ordered and for sure it is better ... and some other retro car are in production like this one. So cool idea and so expensive.

Having had the privilege of driving an original Stratos on the German Autobahn at over 200KPH which I thought could never be beaten, this is fantastic. I can confirm that it was very twitchy at speed even in a straight line.
