  • Samantha Gwilliam said her sister Tammy Daybell had been sick with a bout of depression a few years prior to moving to Idaho. Samantha said she would do visual checks on Tammy, and she looked well the last time she saw her before Tammy's death two weeks later.
Christina West previously worked as a dispatcher for Fremont Count Sheriff's Office. West was working Oct. 19, 2019, during the morning shift when she received a call of a deceased individual, Tammy Daybell.

So, apparently in Idaho, you can just tell the authorities that someone relatively young died in their sleep and act like you're upset and the authorities will just call it good like simpletons.

Remember- this was the evening that Lori took the phone call and was upset. She said "idiot!!! He cant do anything right!" Zulema told us that while she was on the stand.
I wonder if Alex didnt load the gun on purpose. I dont thibk it was a paintball gun at all. I think it was one of his serious prepper guns. He either didn't load it "by accident" or he just didnt shoot.

In Australia 🇦🇺 autopsies are automatic with exception to the elderly in Hospital, Care Homes, Hospice and diagnosis of terminal disease in all. The Coroner failed her duty of care in this instance.
The Coroner noticed lividity to be well and truly settled hours prior stating death occurred between midnight and 2am. To consult a Police Officer and Detective via telephone is simply not good enough. Shame on all associated with this debacle.
Hopefully with exhumation death can be determined and followed through with a diagnosis of murder.

I really do not think the defense is doing a bad job. They have very little to work with. It IS their job. Mostly they concentrate on objecting to minor procedural details and incidental hearsay that really doesn’t matter. There’s not a lot else they can do but try to cast doubt on interpretations of witness or forensic evidence, and try to emphasise that witnesses aren’t 100% reliable.
I think they’re mostly demonstrating that they’re paying attention.
There’s another thing to bear in mind: their client is probably lying to them as well. (It makes it extremely difficult to prepare properly.)

Idaho has over 20% population saturation of Mormon faith and Rexburg is close to Idaho Falls, which has a high number of members.
The Mormon Faith like many other religions is very corrupt and there are a lot of followers who work in mainstream jobs. If they are told by the church, just as the Catholics do, to alter or cover something up, they are going to do it.
There's a lot of information out there about how very wrong, corrupt, evil on so many levels...the core of that organization is. Police, judges, forensics, etc etc etc. are practicing Mormons. The first and original member was a fraud and liar himself. There have been murders happening within that organization for many many years.
And then you have the good people who with full intentions, and there are many, want to live by the word of God and be a good person and raise good people. Every religion has a light and dark side, and I have to say...evil side.
The polarity of light and dark exists everywhere, even in in the presence of "god".

The primary coroner's statements seem inconsistent. Although she was asked about any suspicious observations, she reported several things that were confusing and could be alarming. This coroner was new on the job only a month & never having any experience other than she was an EMT previously. It’s utterly astounding that someone like this could hold such an important position. This likely lead to her dropping the ball in such a major way.

@@dementiadiaries I can see that it is hard for a small town or county to attract/support a well qualified and trained coroner. Yet it seems a well populated area. One more good reason to have this done at a higher level (several counties getting together, or at State level).
That way, a clear protocol can be set out that has legal force in itself: no ad hoc decisions like “Yeah, looks a bit weird, I haven’t seen this before, but let’s not bother with an autopsy this time.”
And that way, one sleep-deprived person does not have the full weight of making a decision on the spot.
The emergency operator gets the information that someone just 49 years old has just up and died at home: so they just open their book at “Sudden / unexplained / unattended death” and they notify the same people that they would for an apparent suicide/homicide (paramedics too, if someone isn’t cold and dead) and tell them it’s a SUUD. And they respond in the same way they would for an apparent homicide/suicide. So for one thing detectives also respond, and for another, an autopsy IS going to happen. And so on.

Regarding Tammy and her "false" belief it was a "paintball gun". During the call to 911 says; nothing came out of the gun; I guess, if you think it's a paintball gun, you would think a "paintball" would come out of it, as opposed to bullets, which you wouldn't see. Did no one check if there was evidence of paint? As a police officer, if I did not see evidence of paint anywhere, I would not be convinced it was a paint ball gun....Perhaps Chad, knowing the actual plan of Alex shooting to kill her, convinced her it 'must' have been a paintball gun to discourage Police investigation, or so she wouldn't call the Police to begin with? I am a bit perplexed the little effort that went into this to begin with, was it because the situation was minimized by the statement that it was a paintball gun? Why did no one ask her how she knew it was a paintball gun, why was she so convinced that's what it was, I don't understand?

The power of denial is really huge. It is amazing when you encounter it. In fact I saw it in my mother - who was a nurse, the very person who explained the concept of denial to me as a teenager. There had been almost fisticuffs on her ward, one of the doctors chased down a corridor by a couple of furious guys.
A family around the bed had looked at the clipboard that in those days would be right there, and reading it aloud, they all realised the patient was terminal.
They were aggrieved and furious, and the patient hysterical from this being blurted out. In fact my mother had been present when the news was broken to this woman by the consultant, and had held her hand and literally given her a shoulder to cry on. The consultant had asked the patient about meeting the family to break it to them, and she had said she wanted to tell them herself. A day later she was giving every evidence of really not knowing, and having the news crash in on her for the first time.
30 years later, my mother was the one sitting with the consultant as he explained what my father already knew, and could feel, that he had a very short time to live.
Next day, as she was leaving the hospital, my mother commented to me and one of my sisters about booking a winter holiday. This was September. We were taking turns to sit with my dad at night, and the only question was whether he would have most of a week or less than a 24 hours left. It was very difficult for my dad, who had realised what was going on with her, and wanted to say goodbye.
We had to set up another meeting with the consultant next morning along with the other of my sisters who was also a nurse, to drive the news home. My father died the next evening.

    J.J. died- 9/22/19 to 9/23/19

I don’t know what to think about Alex’s death. The bodycam video where the police arrive to find Melani trespassing a second time at Brandon’s home is eerie. After quite some time the cops suddenly discover Alex has been sitting in his car there silently all along. The cop is clearly spooked, in fact admits he is - and Alex seems almost like an automaton, sitting totally still, staring straight ahead most of the time, talking in a monotone.
It is a very, very tense couple of minutes.
Together with the fact that Melani and some guy were seen by Brandon’s private detective disposing of children’s effects at random spots on the curb (apparently her children’s) it is very, very sinister. I believe Brandon was not just going to be shot. I think he was going to either “disappear” with the children or he was to be presented as a murderer-suicide.
Once Lori and Chad knew that Alex had been linked to Brandon as well as to Charles, he really did become a liability.
But people say he got on well with JJ. So maybe that was weighing on him, together with the job he’d been intended to do at Brandon’s.
Maybe he was realising that he’d given up a well paying job, he’d done most or all of the dirty work, he had no Hawaiian paradise, and either he or Zulema was probably next. Dealing with Tammy’s body had to be absolutely horrifying.
I think it would have shaken Daybell, the sheer physical awfulness of it, the stench and the sights. He looks smug in Hawaii. Alex on the other hand, in that bodycam, does look like a haunted man. Or one who has psyched himself up for something extreme.

The fire pit is surrounded by cinderblocks big enough to sit on, and is not really overlooked from other homes. Or only from a couple of hundred yards. The houses are on fairly large lots - the Daybell home had several outbuildings.
The small tree where JJ was buried has a spreading canopy and stands at a point where there’s a little downward bank to the edge of the property, where JJ was buried. It’s not within plain view of any home.
It would have been easy to put some gardening and landscaping tools (& maybe some rocks and sacks of topsoil or cement) into a cart or wheelbarrow along with a small body - and look as though you were burning trash or doing a little landscaping.
Even 30 years ago, I found midwestern suburbia quite spooky, so deserted in the daytime. Nobody ever walks anywhere. They go from the kitchen to the garage, get in the car, open the garage door and drive down the road.
Indoors, they do not sit looking out of their back windows, they look at screens. People only seem to go into their yards at specific moments - cut the lawn, toilet the dog or barbecue. Otherwise there’s nobody.

Tramadol is a strong pain killer which causes dizziness, at times falling, sleepiness, shallow breathing, sometimes weakness in the limbs. It is very dangerous to be taken with anti depressants even the natural choice if St. John's Wort.
If Chad knew any of this, he would continue to let her take both medications at the same time making her more and more sick and weaker. With no doctor to check her blood work and the stages her system was going into, her deterioration would go undetected. I would like to know which doctor Rxed the Tramadol and if it was ever investigated.
Eventually, the Tramadol and anti depression medication would cause vomitting, weakness, also weakness in breathing, unable to eat and irregular heart beats. Chad no doubt used her weakest moment to smother her to death and she wouldn't have much power to fight him off.

Not only are you absolutely right but after a corpse decomposes, it is IMPOSSIBLE to test for all these drugs as they degrade so quickly, especially after burial! Thousands of people are poisoned & yet are listed as natural deaths. The POLICE often have to triage choosing the best cases to prosecute & which deaths to autopsy because of budget constraints. POLICE really messed up linking all these murders together ACROSS STATES, which is very common. Many killers cross states knowing their murders wont be linked easily. And the best they can do now is conspiracy charges against Lori, WITHOUT A SINGLE WITNESS! Think about it, LORI killed every single witness EXCEPT CHAD. Im truly surprised LORI or CHAD havent flipped & ratted on one another, but maybe they know if they remain silent, they avoid the death penalty & may escape conviction. So far, I have not seen a single hard piece of evidence linking either of them to their crimes. Even Tammy's death is debatable, ruled natural then a murder leaves room for JURY DOUBT! With Tylee, they found out that cremation is a far different affair from just tossing gasoline on someone and setting it alight. They were completely inept at it. They had to eventually hack her apart with a pickaxe and bury the remains.
By the time of JJ’s death, they understood that cremation away from the gas jets of a crematorium actually takes many hours and a great deal of fuel. It was simply easier to bury the little boy. The tree sits on a sudden little dropoff from the level of mist of the yard, and it provides a canopy - so a hole could be prepared there without being noticed, or the digger could just claim to be landscaping. And JJ could easily be taken there in a way that disguised the shape of his body - in a garden cart or wheelbarrow along with some tools and maybe sacks of topsoil, rocks or cement.

Tammy couldn't have fallen out of bed. She was already dead and as the guy said, the dead body doesn't move itself. 911 was called at 5:45 because Chad "felt Tammy move and fall out of bed and discovered she was dead with pink foam". He was clear when he said she was stiff and cold. That stage of rigor mortis is only present 8 hours after death. Pooling of the blood happens immediately as the heart stops pumping. It's present but not noticable as it would be 2 hrs later after death when a good portion of the blood has settled and cause dark patches to appear.
At 5:45, Chad said Tammy attempted to get up , got her feet stuck in the blankets and fell top half out of bed. He supposedly called 911 right away.
There is no way that stage of rigor mortis would be present in that short of time and the pooling of the blood would not be dark patches at that early stage. The "professionals failed to do their job for that case on top of the others. They didn't even test the foam. They didn't check to see if she had broken veins in her eyes, narcotics in her system or maybe they checked for narcotics but there was so much more they overlooked. They should be let go from their job.

Brandon Boudreaux also said that the rifle fired at him had a silencer mounted. IMHO, the “paintball gun” incident was Alex with the rifle+silencer. For some reason he either missed or deliberately mis-aimed. This was also the same day Zulema overheard the Lori end of a heated phone call between Lori and Alex, which ended with Lori muttering “Idiot.. can’t do anything right”.

Not to mention the receipt the police found in the Jeep that places Alex down in AZ the same day that Brandon was shot at. Apparently he would get an appetite after he murdered or attempted to murder someone. That receipt they found was for Chicl Fil-A. If this Jury doesnt convict this crazy murderous witch I will be sooooooo disappointed

Tammy sounds like a kind, helpful, good, loving, and intelligent woman! I imagine she she was very strong, also. It is infuriating that's Chad(🐸) won the heart of this good woman. He makes me as sick as Lori 🐍does!

I see where this is going, it's all Chad's fault and poor Lori was reeled in, innocent that she was.

That's what I was saying. The prosecution have to reinforce the wrong that Lori played in this vicious circle. It's like she's not even there but this is Chad's trial instead.🤦🤦

@@mellowyellow2022 Yes, I'm very concerned about that. She's no innocent.

It always amazes me when watching/listening to testimony in trials, how much witnesses interrupt and/or talk over the attorneys asking them questions. I get people can be nervous, but even after warned time and time again, they still do it. When Tammy’s sister was testifying she kept speaking over the attorney and when the judge is telling her to stop doing it, she cuts him off mid sentence! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I think it caught the judge off guard when she did it to him while he was trying to tell her not to interrupt, because he chuckles and then continues what he was trying to say. (35:46) Granted, it does take the defense attorney, Archiebald, forever to get his sentences out! 🙄🥱😵‍💫
It just amazes me how many people interrupt and cut off people, not realizing how it can be perceived as rude. Just saying! 🤷🏽‍♀️

in Tammys sisters case i can see why she was like that. Im sure she hates Lori and there she is in the same room with her, having to look at her...probably wanting to scream at her, talking to someone who is defending her and reliving all this testimony. BUt i agree....it seems to be common for some of these people to cut them off in mid sentence
