Awesome content! I recently subscribed when I was looking at the Rodecaster Pro II to upgrade the setup for a 3 person pro wrestling podcast I co-host. We started with a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 and a few Q2U's 3 1/2 years ago, which has served us well, but it was time for an upgrade. We have recorded 3 shows using the Rodecaster Pro II with 3 RE20's and we have been blown away at the sound upgrade. And the Rodcaster has really helped us to easily create more professional sounding content. Thank you for your videos, they were very informative and were a big help in me decided to go with the Rodecaster Pro II.

The Audiofuse Studio is now quite close in price to the Rodecaster II Pro, and I’m curious to know if the Audiofuse Studio could actually do most of the stuff the RC II does, in terms of podcasting, virtual channels, etc.?

The Audiofuse is a higher end of the prosumer
It can run a music studio and there is no such thing as virtual channels…or built in VST…
But if you want high end audio for your podcast…it’s a beast

@ so in this case they would largely serve separate purposes (I do music as welll & had been thinking to upgrade my audio interface to the Audiofuse studio; but also considering the RC II Pro for the mixer portion to also start live streaming).
Do you think it is possible / would be better to just get the RC II Pro & chain in an external pre-amp & RNC 1773 compressor?

I replaced my Focusrite 4th with a RCP2 for vocals - found it much cleaner with my SM7B...And then replaced my SM7B...
The Rodecaster is an amazing piece of kit.
