    Taylor, I can’t even begin to tell you how much you have changed my perspective on eating and working out. Even though I’m still trying to change my mindset, I actively remember my body needs food, bc food is fuel.

    My number one piece of advice for your exam is to know literally everything and everything about the fitness assessments. Especially overhead squat. I had flash cards that I used to review walking to and from work every day 😂

    I studied for nursing school on the elliptical and outside! I have ADHD and I would type out all my notes on Quizlet while on the elliptical then I would go outside and read my notes on Quizlet out loud (the guy that cuts the grass at my gym/park thought I was in acting school because I was reading my notes out loud and moving my arms 😂) this helped me IMMENSELY and I would get in at least 20miles a day in nursing school!
    So that may be a great thing for you to try!

    OMG yess i hear you on the whole 3 hours thing! It really is an entire event to go to the gym, shower, get ready, and eat! I don't think enough people talk about this tbh😩 but it can feel draining going through all these motions. It's all good when you have the time but not everyone does have enough time for this

    Yes! I love Therapy In A Nutshell! I wake up w/ anxiety fairly often too. One thing that helps is as soon as I wake up I feed my pup, eat a banana & either walk him or do a Sydney Cummings routine (depends on how sleepy/unmotivated he is which one happens first lol). And yes shoutout to Costco yogurt, frozen fruit & granola! 🙌🏾 Its such an easy go-to meal either post workout or whenever I don’t feel like cooking. Great video Taylor!

    I love that you put a warning for the flashing lights! Not many creators do, and it’s really helpful for some people who have seizures!

    Hi Taylor. I recently experimented with doing a morning workout before breakfast. Max 30 mins and I did this Monday to Friday for all of March. This could be an outdoor walk, a low impact full body workout (lower weights) or pilates. I find it keeps me alert and focus during the day and it really increases the blood flow just out from the bed. In the past, I would do it on and off quite irregular but the more I've been consistently doing it, the more I work my schedule with getting this in before my busy workday. It means I have to be up earlier than usual (I love my sleep a lot). I can't do meditation in the morning- it will just put me back to sleep.

    Hey Taylor! So interesting to hear about your coffee experience - I’ve been going through the exact same thing of wanting to reduce my dependence on coffee. I was telling a friend, my goal is to not have coffee as the reason why my day starts off on a good note - but rather my own outlook/attitude. I just wanted to recommend this brand called Teeccino that I recently tried out! It’s an alternative to coffee and completely caffeine free. If you ever try it I’d love to see a video about your experience!!

    so interesting facts about that cortisol in the morning. I wake up about 8-10 x a night which is like basically I am more awake than asleep. Pretty bad. I will definitely try what you suggested. If that would help I'd be forever grateful!

    I'm a junior at UW and the cherry blossoms are both the best and worst time of year. I love how beautiful they are but the crowds can be a lot if you have to walk through them going to class

    Hey Girl! I'm a barista and it is a struggle trying be less dependent on coffee but I'm trying slowly but surely. Also, I never thought to add a truvia in the protein hot cocoa, I tried this a while ago with the orgain chocolate protein by itself and it was so gross lol. I'm gonna see if I can do a little saving with the truvia next time haha

      yes!! honestly it's not a ~perfect~ recipe but it's fun to experiment with! i think adding in the truvia helped a ton and also im sure the protein you use helps so so much

    How I make hot chocolate. Put in dry powder. Add a small amount of liquid the stir until it become thick like pudding. Add more liquid if powder is still visible. It should be smooth then slowly add more liquid until it is at desired point in your cup. Works like a charm and no lumps.

    I’ve seen Billie twice now (a month ago and again in 2018) and YOURE GOING TO HAVE SO MUCH FUN. Also, before going to a concert, I hyperfixate like a month beforehand and just listen to SOLELY that artist. I don’t get burned out though!! I know you’re going to love it!!! Have fun!!
