i thought it was "too busy to see my child" not "the chance"...
I also hear "child". Also, it makes more sense.
It could be a mistake in the lyrics. For example, in the song "Us" in lyrics there is "headlines" while I'm pretty sure it's "headlights".
Well it probably isn't as he is to busy to dance and to see his chance and a little later he is to busy to know and to rest his soul. It both rhymes where to busy to dance and to busy to my child doesn't.
Oh, it's "dance", not "dive" or "die" >.<
Then, yes, "dance" should rhyme with "chance".

The third one is die though.
But his format in terms of rhyming here is 1221. Same goes for the second one.

This one is so different from the one on Z-sides, I love how differently the meaning of a song changes with the pacing and tempo of the song, the one on Z-sides is more somber and self-reflecting while this version is just, to simply put, busy!
