It's haram to lie about past. Not all Muslims have past, those who are viìrgin they deserve a virgin. Can ask for it. In any situation of marriage a person can never lie about her/his past as sometimes future depends on past. I repeat in the case of marriage a person can never lie about her past. According Hanafi scholars, The person can ask about past and it's better to tell him about it if he accepts.

The world is a temporary place. I'm a man who's 21 and a virgin but if a woman who's good now would take care of me and my children well and her past is behind her. I would likely accept. It is a shame that after staying a virgin for years after years, you get married to someone who already did the deed with someone else. It is like buying a second hand phone, there are issues with it. I am okay to accept the fact that after all they did they will be forgiven but the thing is, the effect they will leave behind will harm others what about that? What am I getting as a compensation? I guess there is a danger. Most of the additional interpretations are added by scholars. Why didn’t Allah mention unless they have asked for forgiveness in this verse 24:3. I feel scholars are sometimes overstepping their boundary adding things which Allah didn’t say.

It's haram to lie about past. Not all Muslims have past, those who are viìrgin they deserve a virgin. Can ask for it. In any situation of marriage a person can never lie about her/his past as sometimes future depends on past. I repeat in the case of marriage a person can never lie about her past.
According Hanafi scholars, The person can ask about past and it's better to tell him about it if he accepts.

Who told you every human has a fornication past? Not everyone is fornicators. Also, we are not Allah; he is almighty and can even forgive the most unforgivable sin, Shirk. There are many men and women who can't let go of their past or forget the past. So, if they acknowledge their partner's sin, it's impossible to ignore this serious issue for them. They will bring this up later in their marital life and their marriage life will be a disaster. Allah knows this very well, that is why he mentioned multiple times in the Quran that marry someone similar to yourself and it's fully forbidden to engage in any premarital activities in the first place.
Another question for you is whether Lie and Scam is permissible in Islam or haram. Allah will not forgive the scammer until the victim does forgive the scammer first. If you are not a virgin and pretend to be a virgin and marry a virgin woman who confronts you about your past, you have to pay for it either on judgment day or on earth. cause you scammed her, who preserved her everything for her husband as the Quran says but you didn't.
In another case, if your wife cheats and repents to Allah, Allah may forgive her. As we all agreed Allah is the most merciful. Will you continue your relationship with that cheater? Be honest, please.
Finally, it's your call if you want to continue or engage with any fornicators/fornicatress. Maybe you have a good heart that can forget and forgive easily that much. It's a blessing but missing these attributes in this case doesn't make other people cursed.
So, don't normalize and promote fornication in the name of forgiveness. If you are a fornicator seek forgiveness from Allah and don't scam a pure soul who fears Allah.

I guess there is a danger. Most of the additional interpretations are added by scholars. Why didn’t Allah mention unless they have asked for forgiveness in this verse 24:3. I feel scholars are sometimes overstepping their boundary adding things which Allah didn’t say.
