I can confirm that this works as of July 31st (Hard -> Crushing) and August 2nd (Crushing -> Brutal). For anyone having trouble, press X instead of Options when switching back to Crushing or Brutal!
Wether you are on PS4 or PS5 doesn’t impact the glitch. If you do it properly, you will be able to complete the fame on Crushing, get the trophy for it and unlock Brutal.

Hi, correct, you change difficulties down from Brutal to Crushing in order to have acces to the tweaks. And you will want to back out to the menu with options so that the game doesnt register the difficulty change.
So u have to hit the pause before the game starts(starting with brutal) Then you have to click pause Then change the difficulty to crushing Then unlocking the tweaks Then again change the difficulty to brutal ( so the tweaks are activated at brutal) Then hit the options button on ps remote when it says that u will start from last check point Is that right? Like the way we unlocked the tweaks on uncharted 1?
You can actually do this at any give moment in the game. The important thing is to start your game on Brutal. And then, when you do the change of difficulty to make the Tweeks available, dont exit out of the menu until you’ve rechanged to Brutal. The difference with 3 vs 1 is that you will actually exit out of the menu and accept to restart from last checkpoint as seen in the video.
I did the glitch on brutal , while pressing X and NOT options cuz it didnt let me , but I did it BEFORE downloading the newest version of the DISC version on the PS5 and even tho I paused the update before going to sleep AND THEN put PS5 in rest mode , it downloaded the update , I checked if the glitch still work and to my surprise....it DID ! The thing is IDK for sure if it will give me the trophy at the end . Can anyone confirm it ?

Yes, you will. If you do exactly as I did in the video, you will be able to use Perks without negating the trophy. I used this technique myself and got the trophy.

If you follow the instructions in the video and do exactly as I do then yes, you will get the trophy for beating the game on Brutal. That is how I did it and I can confirm that the trophy did pop.
You have to start a fresh save file in order to get the difficulty related trophies (all chapters must be completed on the same difficulty) but you can activate the glitch at any point in the game. The only reason I activate it a this point is that its the earliest point in the game where you can confirm that you have activated it properly.

Hi, Im sorry I do not speak portuguese (I believe that is the language you are typing in) so I used a translantor and hope to have translated correctly. So if my translation was correct you are asking if this will unlock the Crushing trophy in Uncharted 3. The answer is No, this will allow you to use Tweaks on your Crushing playthrough making it much easier to get the trophy… but you will still have to play through the game to earn the trophy.
This glitch allows you to activate Tweaks on Brutal even if you have not completed the difficulty... so yes, if you activate this glitch, you will be able to complete the Brutal playthrough with Infinite Amo and One Shot Kills and still earn the Brutal trophy. Note though that you must at a minimum complete the game on Crushing to unlock the Brutal difficulty.
Yes, but you will still need to complete your Crushing playthrough as this glitch only allows you to activate Tweaks on a difficulty you have not completed… it doesn’t pop the difficulty trophy for you. Also note that the tweaks of interest are only made available to you once you jave beaten the game on Hard. So, if you want to activate them for your Crushing playthrough you will need to beat the game on Hard first.

That would be because the glitch got patched out on UC2 and it is no longer possible to activate tweaks easily. There is a way but it requires you to revert to an older version of the game but I haven’t done it so can’t show how to do it.

It was a challenge but it’s not impossible… just need to be prepared to die often lol To answer your question, yes, this was recorded on the PS4 version of the game. There’s no Brutal difficulty on the PS3 version, it was added on the PS4 Remastered versions.

Exactly but it's glitched. That is why it's important to NOT back out of the menu. By doing this, you are tricking the game into thinking that difficulty has not been changed but are able to activate the Tweaks. Do exactly as instructed in the video and you are on your way to the Brutal trophy with One Shot Kills and Infinite amo :)

This glitch works fine on Digital version of Uncharted 3. I have a different video explaining how to activate it on Uncharted 1 as it’s slighly different. Unfortunately, Uncharted 2 was patched for some reason and the glitch no longer works unless you manage to revert to version 1.0 m but I’ve not attempted it myself.
If you have completed the game on Hard, all the tweaks should be available if you use the method in the video. You’ll not be able to use them “normaly” though, you have to do what I instruct to do as the game doesn’t allow you to use tweeks on a new game.
It does not. UC2's glitch was patched out and unless you revert your game to v1.0 you will be unable to activate the Tweaks. I unfortunately can't tell you how to do it as I haven't and played through Brutal legit on UC2.
There is but it was patched out. If you want to activate the Glitch on 2, you will need to play on unpatched version 1.00 Since I only owned the digital version (which is pre-patched) I did not get to use it nor do I know exactly how to activate it.
