I hope the management see this video and appreciate what a dedicated and enthusiastic employee they have here. The boys a credit not only to the company but also to his parents who have clearly done a stellar job.
The young lad in the green top was superb. He's a massive asset to that company and I hope that they look after him. Great video, and a lovely interaction with everyone involved.

i hope someone high up the chain sees this video and gives Archie all the praise he deserves. I've just spent the last hour drooling over the snap-on catalogue, if i had the funds rn, I'd have made a purchase thanks to Archie. I never knew about the lifetime warranty and can only imagine the peace of mind knowing how easy a replacement is to acquire, can bring to work and home projects.

That's the reason nearly every mechanic uses snap on tools because they are quality made and no messing about if something breaks with the lifetime guarantee. Obviously the tools cost a fortune but you pay the extra and get the extra peace of mind.
Do they really cost a fortune when it’s a tool that literally lasts you for a lifetime. I get what you mean of course but in the long run it’s prob about the same
They do to people that don't realise they get a lifetime out of the tool when they are paying twice or 3 times the price compared to a similar tool.
Plus, most tools are garbage these days. Snap-on is one of the last companies that make decent tools.
You pay so much for them so of course you get replacement. Buying good quality cheaper tools means you can just buy a replacement if needed and still save money. Losing a tool is more common than breaking one.
That guy deserves a pay rise for how hes portrayed his company in this video. Just as entertaining as the ones that kick off

I don't use snapon myself as no need but Leatherman products I do use and everyone I have come across has a similar attitude. Thats one of the main reasons I would rather stick with them and pay the extra.. Good attitude and customer services wins everytime in my book.. Well done too you all..

After seeing this video I would buy Snap-on tools. Archie was fantastic and an asset to the company, a great attitude and a positive outlook. A big difference to some of the hostile people DJ has to interact with.

Snap On have always done Lifetime Returns, part of what makes them such quality (they’d be replacing a lot of tools if no good) and respected(open a garage, buy tools that get replaced if broken)
