Brilliant BP brilliant
Cracking video BP and the ladies were lovely . Security overreaction is expected unfortunately nowadays and plod regarding BWV is so common to not be funny anymore. I know it says if practicable in the policy but only a numpty thinks that means if the officer decides it's practicable when it really means unless I'm going hands on detaining a violent thug then verbally announce etc. oh and the police policy also goes on to say" this warning may need to be repeated"
Body cam Should /must you have a legal right to know that you are being recorded.
It never said either , It did say "will inform" that sounds like a direct order. no should , if , or but's
@@uptowndisco2 Not quite sure what you are on about at 18.33 officer said 'Should''.
@@legalactivity6977 yes he did say should , but the printed memo has no "should" tell he is recording , the memo says officer "Will" tell they are recording . should and will a minor difference but still a different meaning.
@@uptowndisco2 Comments noted. At the end of the day you have a right to be informed that you are being recorded it is a right upheld in law.
Disgusting police behavour? Nothing new there then
Good audit video upload
So a person visiting the visitor centre is trespassing????
If you are caught wasting police time you could be jailed for up to six months and/or fined. Instead of taking you to court, the police might issue you with a fixed penalty notice under the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001.
When will these companies or the people calling them he held accountable for wasting police time?
