I installed one of these recently and the only thing I didn't love was the cable management but for the cost it's a minor complaint. The USB is also a nice plus, I've always been confused why so many stands look like they have a cut out for this but no actual USB port.

I can't seem to loosen the tension on this arm even after using the allen wrench. I have to physicallty push the arm down but it springs back up. Any advice
