Being female I can tell you that it is an issue with your purse especially if you have a full car. Normally if no one‘s in the car with you you can put on the passenger seat and you are fine. If you’ve got somebody in the passenger seat you really don’t want it on the floor in front of them because their feet will get on it. If you put it in the armrest in between you two then both your elbows are constantly hitting it. If you put it in the backseat on the floor if you take a corner too fast or you have to slam on your brakes your purse can go flying. If you forgot to zip it or button it everything goes flying out of it. Now you got to put everything back in your purse. If you do have people in the backseat or even a person in the backseat normally you don’t want your purse back there. Either they’ll get their feet on it or your purse is kind of a private thing. Having something like that can really help have some place for my purse to go and keep it safe and keep it from getting dirty. If you pay a lot of money for a purse you want to take care of it.

When I worked for Papa John's they had us put a plastic cup next to the seat back to prop up the pizzas and keep them level.
Started dying when he whipped out the level.

I did note that you spoke about having the flat surface for the pizzas on the passenger seat with the tray but I don't think delivery drivers would use it as the strap doesn't look like it would fit thermal bags and the passenger floor in every car is flat so just put them on the floor in the bag.

More often than not, his reviews have helped me from spending money on garbage items.
I bought the seat that you twist the bottom and the top, and it’s kind of spring loaded, and locks in place. My husband requires forearm crutches, and if we have to walk far, say from a parking lot, we can open this up so he can sit a spell, and it really works. I was nervous it would collapse when he sat on it so I tried a bunch of different angles, and it’s really solid!

Im only 53, but had cancer, chemo, lost a kidney, went into ARDS a month later, was intubated, ventilated, coma for about a week, hospital for two months, rehab for 8, and when I came home i was in a wheelchair in my own living room, on oxygen, couldn't walk. For sometime just getting up and down was a total chore. So, months later i would go out shopping but was in a wheelchair till i could finally walk again, but then it was extremely short distances and I had to sit down. Im still on oxygen, but I get around a lot better. That folding chair thing i remember, and it would have been a great Idea. 👍
I just love Bailey! My dad always liked the emergency exit tools. Just a good idea to have on hand. Not just to get you out of a car fast but if you need to help someone else out of their car.

Perfect timing.
The car gadget I'd love to tested the most, you live in the wrong climate for. The tow truck in a box metal ramp/wedges. You click them together under a tire when stuck in mud/snow to give traction and a solid surface to drive/reverse out of.
Hey James, you should review those aftermarket rearview mirrors. They have a bunch of different kinds, but the ones that give you a much larger field of view would be interesting to compare!

The car hand bag holder helps keep my dog in the back seats. I really like it!!!
I'm a windshield repair man and that magnet windshield cleaner is a broken windshield waiting to happen
It's always so relaxing to watch your videos cause it's stuff I'd never consider to buy or even think about, but you always make it interesting 👌

Is that windshield wow recommended for only for final cleaning. As with how strong the magnets are any dirt or sand particles caught under those pads would make them a very good sandpaper leaving nice scratches on the glass.
It would be like or maybe worser than dirty wipers leaving lines on the windshield.
I was thinking of women trying to use it, pushing it seems hard to do. I wondered if you sprayed the outer windshield with cleaner also it would be easier to push?
@@susanbissell6319 That would require a balancing act of right amount of liquid on pad and glass. Too much and it would leave residues on the glass.
@@mayur619 I don't care about the outside. That's easy to clean. I'd get it for the inside where I can't reach very well. Gas station squeegees work fine on the outside.

I have the car cache and love it. Just beware ordering the beige, it is a weird mustardy color that does not match any beige seats I have seen including mine.

I really love this video just because hearing him say "stupid car tray" just makes it sound like he hates it lol
Never use fabric softener or dryer sheets on ANY towels. It leaves a silicone coating that makes them much less absorbent. This goes for bath towels, kitchen towels, car towels, etc. Anything that's supposed to absorb liquid should not be washed with softener.
Of particular note, anything you intend to wipe your eyeglasses with should not be softened, as the residue can wear down the various coatings that make your glasses resistant to oils and such.

what we need is a review of things to hang mask off of. you know for when you get in the car and you get it hanging so it doesn't touch anything same for the office when you get into your own office, you can remove the mask but still no where to put it. I am currently using a headphone holder but wish they make something.
you could get those little bag holders that clip on to the bar part of your car headrests and hang them off of there, just an idea.....at least they would be out of the way
When I buy pizza I ask for an empty wing box and put it under my pizza

Now I know what you should test! Seatbelts/gizmos for dogs. Of course, preferably some that are crash tested.
Edit: not expecting you to actually crash test them yourself, lol.
There is a video somewhere that reviewed those extensively and included crash tests.

James, I’ve been subbed to your channel for years and I can count on my one hand the many times I’ve been totally floored by a product/idea but the Windshield Wow did that lol. I may try it for myself now.
FYI. Ii bought ‘purse hook” from QVC I love them. I have two that hook on to the hradrest. I hang my purse on one and then hang bags on the other not as cumbersome as the Car Cache not expensive.
I'm here NOT for the gadgets (heck, I'm not here for most of the products in the first place.) I'm just here for James' personality. He makes it just interesting. In fact, I don't think any product I've watched for made me think, "Ooh, I want that." It's just "Why am I finding this product interesting? Oh, yes. James the Cool Man From My Birth City!"

The car cache.. something I have needed for a while, and never occurred to me that was already available! I have a semi-permanent IV with a benadryl pump that runs 24/7 (I have a very severe allergic disorder) The tubing is only so long, and the bag falls backwards off the centre console all the time. The IV goes into my jugular, so if it falls too far and yanks it out it can actually be life threatening, but usually it just hurts like stink. I'm buying one now- it could actually save my life! Thank you!
The windshield wow [in my opinion] is mostly to clean the inside of the windshield since its so awkward and difficult to do. Cleaning the outside is a bonus.

Hey I have a Santa fe, good to know the second one fits. I'd cast the handle in silicone before actually using to prevent scratches
The glass breaker may not work on all vehicles. My new Ford has side windows built just like the windshield. It will crack, but not break. This is done for cars with side airbags, to help keep the bags in place when deployed. They are also quieter.
I put the pizza in the passenger footwell. If I have to stop fast the pizza won't go far and it stays level. In the untimely event that the grease leaks through the box it'll be on the floormat instead of the seat.
I think I'll just get a couple good neodymium magnets and a microfiber cloth

Ok. So don't have a little rock stuck under the window cleaner then. Wouldn't you do that if you had a regular chamois? Wouldn't you check for debris? How basic are you?

I have the Stupid Car Tray is one of my favorite items I bought. I do food deliveries for a living. It works pretty well. Nothing is perfect. Personally, I find the strap useless because the little indentions the have for you phone and stuff doesn't match up with drink holder bottom and the drink holder can tip into those holes. Great for pizzas, though. I wish the feet were adjustable for deeper bucket seats. It also can slide on leather seats. I used the car seatbelt to secure it better. Great video.
I bought the Stupid Car Tray around Christmas, when they were running a bogo on them, so it came out to about $15 each. I love mine, it's really useful. My boyfriend didn't like it as much. The only complaint it that I wish they had made of of the big holes deeper so it could hold individual drinks better.

I purchased the black fake leather handbag holder. Waited over a month for arrival. Very cheaply made. One strap is currently torn off. Return process was too complicated. Lesson learned :)

I use my seat belt to keep things stable especially drinks. For pizza I put it on the floor. The umbrella shade is ok but it seems like an extra step or two to do what is already available.
Yeah, the floor is fine for almost everything. I've actually never had sliding cheese on pizza at an angle. That cheese goes nowhere once it's baked!

We have one of the Car Cache clones and we mainly use the pocket only. We put extra masks & gloves, thanks to the current pandemic.
My wife uses it to store her purse as well so she doesn't have to keep it in her lap or wrestle with it on the floor. We use it every time we drive.

Hey! I was looking at "umbrella" sun shades a few months ago!
I'm a delivery guy for Papa John's Pizza. We use insulated hot bags that have a sheet of plastic in the base between the fabric. I always put customer orders on my backseat. I've never had any issues with customer pizzas being damaged from seat tilt mostly because my back seats are minimally at an angle.

Btw to anyone watching, do not use any old glass cleaner to clean your car windows. Make sure it is ammonia free, otherwise it will eat away your tint.
I would have enjoyed a real world test of the Stupid Tray and the Car Cache working together!!! Seeing James roll up to Taco Bell, grabs a floppy taco and tosses it on his Stupid Tray, then pays for the whole thing with money from his purse in the Car Cache!!! I guess that dream will just go into my fanfics diary :D

As a semi truck driver, two of the objects here would be very useful for my profession. This stupid car tray, would be great for all the miscellaneous stuff that we put on our passenger seat as a catch-all. But more importantly, that windshield cleaner would save a lot of hassle because it's extremely hard to clean the outside of the windshield without a ladder or really decent squeegee. With that design you can clean the outside of the windshield from the inside of the windshield at the same time. I will be curious to see how that would handle bug season.
I live in South Florida on the coast, we're surrounded by water. Oceans, lakes, rivers, ponds, marshes and wetlands!I've had one of those emergency escape widgets in my car forever. One of my biggest fears is drowning in my car. I remember my dad teaching me what to do if the car went in the water and in high school drivers ed. we watched a video about it. Don't panic!
I think I'm buy the Car Cache. Looks perfect for holding my half gallon water bottle. It go tumbling easily from an easy turn and simple breaking.
You are right when I delivered for dominoes pizza this yould have been a godsend. although a temp job I had prior gave me the contacts at a foam manufacturer to acquire a foam wedge to fit the passenger seat of my car cut for me. so I at least had a semi level surface that wasn't prone to slipping off the seat.
I like the windshield umbrella, but was wondering: once it's opened, do you have to extend the handle all the way down?

i have an aftermarket cup holder i set on the seat that's got adjustable clamps that slide open or closed to hold different size cups, but i do wish it had the legs like the car tray does so it'd sit flatter on the seat. that's my one complaint, it holds the cups securely but they sit at a sharp angle

The stupid tray is one of the best things I bought for my truck. I’m surprised no one else has made one. Well worth it. I just wish there were some coverings for the “holes”. But I’m still happy with it. Yeah, it probably is over-priced.
a lot of cars have a weight limit on what you could put on the seat before the weight sensors kick in, and make your car start beeping, so taking advantage of that you're probably gonna have the seat belt buckled anyways, why not take advantage and use that to hold the car tray down.
great idea, especially for people who drive by themselves or have a 2 seater with miniscule trunk space.
