    Hello Sir. Im using the exact same machine.
    How do you consistently hit
    9 to 10 bars . Or higher.
    I want to hit those bars also like yours. But it happens so often
    What can you suggest?
    Thank you in advance ❤️

      Hi.... Coffee beans will keep oxidation day to day, so need to check the grind size day to day and keep you coffee beans nicely. How do you keep your beans? Between, the older the beans, the smaller grind size is needed.

    Nice video and tutorial ... if my expresso a bit sour ... what i need to change ? using 18g bean output 43g

    • @richmancoffeeroastery
      @richmancoffeeroastery  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Thanks.
      Between, I think you got an under extraction coffee.
      18g in 43ml out is a bit out, usually I try to get 1:2 ratio.
      Try grind your beans finner to get 18g in 36ml out.
      If you are using the same machine that using 58mm portafilter, then it is better to be in 20grams instead of 18grams.

      @richmancoffeeroastery  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@MrSuparjo86 yes. 20grams in and 40ml out. Usually need around 30-35seconds(depends on your grind size) but try to keep the pressure between 9-15.

    Hello! May I know how did you reset the extraction time? My machine pressure gauge doesn't move though... :(

    • @richmancoffeeroastery
      @richmancoffeeroastery  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. I reset the extraction time to 40seconds, so I could stop anytime before that. If doesn't move, then need to go slightly coarse. It also happen to me sometimes I grind to finer.

      Just press the 2nd button on long press and don’t release not until you found the amount of seconds you want to set then release, after that just press the brewing botton like usual and it will stop automatically on specific time you set😊

    can you share the coffee grams you used and the grind settings? how finer is it?

    • @richmancoffeeroastery
      @richmancoffeeroastery  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi..
      I'm using 20grams in and 35 ml out as a ristretto shot.
      For grind size, I'm using 2.5 (but this very subjective, cause it depends on the coffee beans roasting level and how fresh is it. All these will affect the coffee extraction and getting lower or higher bar) so you can try the size one by one.

      @richmancoffeeroastery  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ChoonYang94 hi , you just need to long press the extraction button until your Ideal extraction time ( example within 25-30sec ) ,then your next extraction will copy the last extraction time. That's it
