Literally the first time I've ever seen people complain that the food arrived so fast. Most people are starving by the time they go out so quick food is welcome
Most steak houses (or should I say grill houses, popularily known as Parrillas in Argentina) are always like that, rushing and with tons of orders. I think Gordon underestimates parrilleros like Ernesto, he can take the pressure just naturally.
Maybe other point' is like customer isn't there to take half an hour quick lunch, maybe you should look at one customer there "it's almost like they want to turn the table for more 30 guest",sometimes it affects the experience, even though they're still fantastic
Came here a bit late, lol . It is funny how customers complain about fast service. I don't think it is a mistake. It is rather a matter of customs. Just like American people prefer meat cooked to a different point than we do. Most people I know in Argentina want their dishes served asap. If they wait longer than 30 minutes (depending on the dish), they start complaining. This is also true to the time between each dish. Also, because there is a lot of competition and really high costs for restaurant owners, they race to finish serving the table and keep receiving new customers (you can blame the beautiful economy issues we have on this one). Maybe that's why these guys raced the service.
Lol people eating Empanadas with a fork that hilarious but It's ok, now the place is a "Steak" house so they only serve "steaks" too bad that, apparently they dont serve the actual cut that you find in a classic Argentinian Parrillada, but of course the way of cooking the meat it's the same.
I hate it when I don't get to finish my starters and then the main course is there. Timing is very important! There's nothing worse than feeing rushed, unless it's waiting forever-again timing!
I have just visited this restaurant and won't be rushing back. I don't like being rushed, and we had just 2 hours to complete our meal before the next 'sitting' came in, obviously the y did not take note of Ramsay's criticism. The food was nothing out of the ordinary but was extraordinarily expensive for what it was...obviously the fame has put the prices up!

+NeoLedah At the end, Ramsay seems to give a pretty good nod to them for being good at what they do. I think he acknowledges their skill and passion.

I do that in restaurant for social etiquette in argentina until its a bodegon and we can feel free of use hands :)
agree with Gordon. that steaks or "cuts" should get 7 to 15 minutes more cooked.
Argentina have the best meat in the world by far!!
Andres Aenima Thats not what he said.
igual a los ingleses les gusta todo quemado o frito, no saben apreciar una carne 3/4
The steak at this restaurant is great

Yeah, well... shut up then.
I'd rather have my food hot and right away tasting amazing rather than sitting there 40 minutes waiting for a pile of shit on a plate
