I recently had a convo with a narc and she saw I was looking at her eyes. She lost her thought 💭 and froze. She gave herself away and It alerted me that she was lying and checking to see if I was buying it. A healed empath terrifies a narc.

I have had my family treat me like i’m stupid and others, but I truly believe its because they know you are smart, or even, smarter than they are and are intimidated by your intelligence and potential so they belittle to make themselves feel better. They even have told me i’m smart but then treat me like i’m not. They can’t even look you in the eye in conversation, its all insecurity and secretly, they feel intimidated by you. Just keep going and we’ll keep getting stronger and smarter. 😊

Went to a family reunion this weekend, cousins rude to me, I leveled up, I traveled all the way there for their wedding and was nice and just received cold shoulder avoidance and rude stares from all cousins and sisters. Only the adults and other guests my age (not related) were nice. Except for 2 guests my age who are friends with my cousin trying to get information out of me and size me up. Never again. These same relatives watch my social media so I just blocked them all.
I feel bad because my uncle (dad of the cousins) I know he is for me and loves me, and doesn’t want this drama. At this point I just want to protect myself though. I hope he will understand.
Family reunions with extended family are a nightmare for us.. I’ve been through similar situations with cousins, and I’m always the one no one trusts? They trust the loud mouth who says nothing. I had to stop going to large family gatherings entirely.
@@TheOnlyTQ yeah in my situation, I was always overlooked and stepped on in my family. Now in this past 3 years I have avoided family gatherings and have therefore leveled up, gotten better. In the process a 2 cousins were trying to start drama with me over social media about it. Before I was overlooked and now I am hated. Avoidance is definitely the answer no matter what. I was treated terribly when I was a nobody and now I’m hated and conspired against and given glares when I’m a somebody. A no win situation.

I played right wing for a few practices when I was 12 out of Pasadena Ca. A bit overweight but had the heart to really get it. My pops tried to get me on the Maple Leafs but the buy in was a bit much for him and all my mom did was want money. Long story short, he might not have given me my dream as a kid but he did have faith in me a while my narc mom couldn't care less of what could have been. Yes so true they used to tell me even now recently I had somebody tell me that I was worthless that I would never find anyone and even back then people were always calling me dumb and stupid and and I just I was just very quiet like I would just try to do other things but I mean it does affect you I mean not anymore now because well I kind of once I let everything go I just started putting my oil in my work and well I mean right now I'm happy I feel good about everything I do I'm proud of myself God's proud of me that's all I need he made me he created me so if I serve him in the best way and I show him all that he made me to be then I've lived a good life I'll be happy with that

That happened to me with my family they always everything I said was wrong they didn't want to hear it they always said I didn't know what I was talking about and now look now I mean I'm a writer a ghostwriter I write poems and prayers and now they don't want to talk to me at all and I'm an artist so ever since I started doing all this didn't nobody talks to me I mean some will call me like once in a blue moon but like they keep it very short and when I do tell him about anything I do then I don't hear from them for a long time so then I stop telling them but but I did I did stick up for myself I told them that I no longer need for them to tell me what to do how to do it that I am fine that I have got if I want to figure something out I'll ask him because he knows better
