Same. I'm very cautious. My m tells me I'm stand offish but people are unkind to people who are kind. And that will taint some one over time. I worked a job in my teens with a bunch of older women and I was talked about so bad and didn't know it. But I was nice. Took advantage of me and played with me. But I was the biggest person and mature in the situation. I hate plant jobs in particular and I'm trying to work from home. People always single me out because I'm quiet or don't have a lot to input or laugh at jokes or all that crap. But I'm burnt out. I was a people pleaser at best. But not any more

I’m a woman and I also have been disappointed by a lot of shallow mama’s baby men. But I’ve learned to be 100% independent and not judged mental. So, all we can do is to grow more and more and enjoy this life because it’s just an experience between many others. Oh my God this happened to me two days ago my narcissist friend ex-friend text me from a different number asking me I want to see how was doing and if I missed it I did reply in many ways to let him know no I do not and of course he had to turn things around to try to make me feel bad his new chick was better which.now he knows i dont care anymore and just knowing that he knows he regrets it and it's f****** him up kind of makes me feel on top right now sad to say and I'm so proud of myself that I never text or called and listening to your videos have made me realized that it was never me so I feel extremely relaxed and happy today that he knows he never broke me

I had a good conversation with a person who I know and one day later I had a phone call saying I said something bad about his mum and said nothing negative or anything bad people like to start causing drama and this person I will never reply or talk to him now two faced people probably just jealous because Im getting fitter and healthier and this makes him jealous and make me look bad but in reality he's the former shell of himself and bad habits made him this way bitterness anger and frustration some people don't want to change so I keep well away from toxic energy.
What ive learned in life is that every lie has 80% truth in it. I will never forget this.

I used to. I don't bother anymore. Most of the time its just not worth it. I'm not antisocial, but I don't run into people just because and I don't tell them my business. I will help a person who is genuinely in need but for the most part I try to avoid people nowadays. I learned the hard way to be cautious.
