In this video I'm outlining the first steps to hosting a workshop.
1. What is it that you want to get out of your workshop?
Be as specific as possible.
2. Who is this event for?
“If you try to attract everyone you will attract no one”
3. What will your attendees achieve by attending your event?
Remember you attendees will always attend your event for a reason - to learn something new, to be entertained, to connect with specific people. to feel better etc.
