Loving these trend videos! Just nice to have some ideas for what to consider for any gaps in my closet.
This might be white girl basic of me, but I'm a Rainbows sandal girl all the way, as someone who has grown up in Southern California her whole life its nice to have a leather sandal that lasts so long. I love how you're talking about flip flops because yeah it's basically a necessity here in LA (that and sneakers) and I have really been in love with the idea of a platform sandal (like what you were talking about) and recently I have been desiring a black patent leather flip flip. Loved this vid :)

Never thought I'd jump on the mesh maryjane flats trend, but I went into Marshalls today and scored a really cute neutral pair for $19.99! They are so perfect for summer and seem to go with everything!

I don't think the mesh trend will last long. Also the jellies. As an eighties kid I had those for the ocean and found them really uncomfortable.
I read in a New York Times article that Onitsuka Tiger sneakers cannot be bought in the United States. They shut down operations in 2023. How do you plan to buy them? I'd like them too.

the jelly flat not my fav but i love flip flops or the sandals from nisolo
I wore the jelly sandals in the 80's and they will make your feet sweat like crazy. Sneakers are always good but I think Mary Janes look good only on little girls.
I really want to try the jelly sandals, but i don't know if the Dubai heat would melt them off or cause blisters. Waiting for your review of them when you get them 😘

Idk how the kids of today will understand but I’m 1970 I had jelly’s. They were cheap beach and pool summer shoes for kids, bought at the five and dime or drug store for $3. That they’re even featured as a trendy shoe is laughable.
Did you watch the video? I said that I had them as a kid… I’m 32 years old 😂 trends don’t have to be so serious, it’s fun. Almost every trend stems from something that we’ve seen years before. We wear what we like and don’t wear what we don’t like.. it’s all just fun 🤍
