    I think it's awesome that you do these blogs and commentaries. You look at many other pros and they are so full of themselves but it seems you are still the same guy and remain to be grounded. Kudos on your success.

    this video has top views because of a reason ;p its cool to follow your life and all but do more videos like this ! It was so helpful just to see how you play and you're naturally a chatty guy so you just explain and analyze everything you do, even if you're not selfconcious about it :)

    I don’t play like that, but mainly when I’m in the pot I do have a decent hand, unlike some (Tony G for instance) I don’t have a massive range, and people know this so I occasionally use that to my advantage and exploit my tight image. Although I have to admit, I don’t do this enough, so there are areas I need to improve, yet I fairly confident in saying I’ve made a profit from poker this year.

    Im the same on pokerstars. I made a spreadsheet tracking all my all ins for the most part of 2012. My AK win rate was 32.66% over approx 2400 all ins. I play low stakes ($1-3) and the scary thing is my win rate is only 57.32% against weaker aces. Ive never had momentum to win MTTS with my stats, even though Ive been profitable for 4yrs in live MTTS

  • @gdubya326

    Thanks for the reply. I used to play micro stakes MTT's on Poker Stars, but since i'm in the US that is no longer an option. Looking into maybe Carbon Poker to get back into it. Doesn't seem like theres much traffic there though so i don't know. I'll keep watching your videos as with your success i would be dumb not to watch.

    • @ghostnr2
      @ghostnr2 11 ปีที่แล้ว

      it says in right top "exit replay" so i gues its the hand history

    • @FelipeV3444
      @FelipeV3444 11 ปีที่แล้ว

      ok, u mean he wasn't really playing at this time but just repeating a video of the game or something? because nobody should be able to see mucked hands during a game

    • @mickestrand2442
      @mickestrand2442 11 ปีที่แล้ว

      ***** First of all the hand went to showdown and were not mucked, he even saw them just 5 seconds before he opened the hand reviewer.
      Secondly: You can look back on previously dealt hands and situations by clicking the little arrow thingy in the top left corner of the table during a tournament or cash game. It's really useful, especially if you don't use a HUD :)

    "didn't flop a set" (after you folded 55 from SB) - isn't it true that stars software uses user input in order to calculate what cards will be on flop, i.e. had you called the cards would have been different?

    Coming from a professional investor, bad beats are part of the game, the best thing you can do is to take your full bank roll and divide it at least by five. That way you have at least 5 bankrolls to withstand for bad beats. So you are only using a portion each cash game of your total bankroll, never risk your entire bank roll on one hand unless of course you have the nuts! ;)

    yeah raise/folding with a small stack is not that great of an option as you said. be careful to put things in an absolute sense though or you run this risk of being extremely predictable. imagine if someone knows you never raise/fold, then they will never reshove vs you light knowing you will always call it off. never said i played great just giving insight as to how i played this 8 months ago when i think i did note that that i'm still learning and i still am as of this day. hope all is well!
