- Today is day 7 of playing the same Poker tournament until I win. The game of choice today is the Bounty Hunters Mini Big Game on GG Poker. I start off strong with a premium hand. Is that a sign of how things are going to go today?

I will be playing the $2 buy in level poker tournaments until I win it. Then I will move up levels and repeat the process. I'm not going to stop until I am playing in Las Vegas, in the biggest live poker tournaments, against the best players in the world. Wish me luck!

in hand #1 why do you bet big on the river? what hands will call you?
if you get called on this bet size you probably be beaten by any Ax (backdoor hearts) maybe pocket 22 who float (and now you might don't realize ur equity)
QJ QT probably folds after the A on the river.
I would try to bet tiny about 1/3 1/2 pot size for value

Seems nice but the only problem that I’ve found it’s that you play 8 handed so where you say mid position it’s actually UTG +1 I’ve seen you say it multiple times and that my friend will ruin you in guessing the range of the people . UTG and UTG +1 plays almost the same cards but UTG+1 can play more like K7 K8 Q8 suited and can be hard for you guessing that

Kjo is a fine open at low stakes because People play worse trash and won’t 3b you enough…. Remember those charts you see are assuming your opponents are also perfect bots

Pot sized bet on the river with KK on an ace high board is horrendous

@@therealseagullpete what’s supposed to hero you here that you beat?? You’re gonna fold out a q with that big of a bet imo and he has ton of missed flush draws as well that are gonna fold to a bet but might bluff if you check. Check call or block are the only options

first hand why would you bet the river, there is no better hand folding and no worse hand calling, you much rather want to check call when he tries to bluff of his Qx on the Ace river. I think 30BB is a punt on the river with KKs, you want them to bluff their pocket 10s pocket Js or even KQ. AQ is rejamming river and you are sick to your stomach.
My thoughts in game were to go for value from Qx. I do see your point though. I’m learning and appreciate your feedback:)
Surely there‘s no need for villan ever to turn a Q into a bluff… definitely enough SD value, right?
@@therealseagullpete the bet is good, the sizing is to big. Pretty clean spot for a block bet for 30%. You can get called by worst, majority of his range has showdown value and will just check behind. Nice vid!

first hand, sick value bet otr, idk if u get that call from pair of queens, some of the time for sure.
the KJ open is fine for sure, people hate folding (f.e. 3rd hand, they just dont care, i do not either if i am tilted) so if u hit its get paid way more then it sould so, if its indiffrent open, no problemo. but if u wana play it safe and not much decission making, folding is cool too.
with the editing is very cool, little bit too much with the sound of the red crossmark. little too loud, bec its not that of a plesurable sound, sometimes less is more,
