The 'local' got arrested because he was being disorderly and provocative toward others who were marching. Obviously those marching reacted to the locals annoyance and provocation and the police were left to supervise the kiddies again to stop them squabbling. If you dont like something, why go to look at to be offended? Sit in your house for half an hour and watch bargain hunt or something until its gone.

I would recommend you check other videos of the 12th in Ballycastle you'll see roads lines with chairs, families enjoying the 12th.

Last time I checked it was legal in the UK to walk down a public road without fear of intimidation, harassment or violence. The police arrested the grey haired trouble maker for causing a disturbance. And the band serenaded him while it happened.
