It should work! The Macro works but honestly the speed of inputs makes me wonder where I can use that. I would probably use it to map left and right to change weapons or something. Just single button.
Which ones? If those buttons work on ofher emulators then your mapping in PPSSPP is the reason. Make sure you pair using DS4 mode if you will use for PPSSPP.
