Funny story: TODAY I watched a pokemon music quizz video in the 8bitdrummer channel, and when this music started I was "damn, that bass intro". I then went to look for bass covers. I believe you're the only one who got it correctly (although one octave higher, because you cant fully go one down in that bass, I think), considering that toxiceternity did that part in the guitar. tl;dr: congratz man, great stuff
8bitdrummer rocks. Cool to hear that TH-cam recommended this after that video! I am surprised to hear that people do not get the starting bass line correctly... It is isolated and everything. Usually, I go for one octave higher or lower depending on how the range of my instruments. It does not take away anything from the music for me. Before I started this project, I listened to ToxicEternity's cover of this and thought I could take a different enough approach. I am not as good at the guitar as him, though.
