I have a question: Do you mind if I borrow this cover in a TH-cam video? Mainly as opening music. Although my videos are radically different from yours as I make Emergency Alert System videos (you would be surprised as to how you can tell stories with the format).
😭The original song randomly played during my breakup in 2018 on TH-cam and ever since it's stuck it my head and had always made me tear up because I understood the song and could relate.
I grew up watching evangelion and always loved the soundtrack, and when the rebuilds came out I made sure to watch them instantly, and ever since I heard this song I was looking for a good English cover to sing along with, thank you so much for such a good cover!
This is the best English cover of Beautiful World I've ever heard. Ever since I read the English lyrics on the Blu-rays of You Are (Not) Alone and You Can (Not) Advance, I always thought the song felt like it was written for Shinji and anyone who's ever felt like Shinji, and your cover really brings that out.
This brought me tears. I remember that day I watched the first new theater film version in cinema this song made me cry and you reminded me how beautiful this song was through out the years.
As a person who just spent 3 hours listening to different covers of beautiful world, I certify this cover is SERIOUSLY BETTER than Utada Hikaru live. Dunno. Maybe the louder beat makes it even more 1980s but ... my first ever patreon subscription to get this cover as a ringtone

This was the most beautiful song that Utada Hikaru made next to One Last Kiss and both are Evangelion soundtrack. This english cover did it justice, its just gorgeously made.

@@Nicki_Gee It was excellent. Finding a good cover for an anime song is not easy. Now there are plenty of good Attack on Titan anime covers (although the most recent opening theme "Rumbling" was completely in English).
