You have to take it apart and clean every price after it self cleanse itself? like it complicates a problem that already had a simple solution.
It's up to you, but I find the self cleaning not thorough enough. We also use it daily, so it's better to clean it.

Does it vacuum only? Say if you don’t want to vacuum and mop
It does both, but if you don't want to mop, just don't add water I think
