Well done. We will be buying a home in vegas in a few years and looked in Summerlin about 8 or 10 years ago. It is definitely the area we want to live in. We looked at the Ridges and also Red Rock Country Club. I noticed you didn't cover Red Rock though which I thought was a major upscale neighborhood there and guard gated? @@movingtolasvegasnevada looking forward to the Red Rock video! We don’t love in Vegas yet but do plan on moving there. We were looking during the housing meltdown to buy early and carry the home for 5-10 years but decided to wait and just buy when we are ready to move out there.
