Interesting! I lived in Whitney Ranch from 2012 to 2016 and loved it there. It was quiet, safe and close to everything. I'm in LA now but plan to move back one of these days. I'm a little worried that it's getting crowded and more expensive, though. I hope Henderson doesn't go TOO much more upscale!

I live in #1 near the District but this passed summer was beyond ridiculously hot. Uninhabitable !! 111 days at 100 degrees at 1AM 🤷♂️💯
