Interesting! I lived in Whitney Ranch from 2012 to 2016 and loved it there. It was quiet, safe and close to everything. I'm in LA now but plan to move back one of these days. I'm a little worried that it's getting crowded and more expensive, though. I hope Henderson doesn't go TOO much more upscale!
Thank you for watching, Angel! Home prices have risen since you left in 2016, just like most other major metropolitan cities accross the country. However, we are still almost half the cost of the price of a home in LA and as you know, with zero state income tax.
