- Today, Wednesday, September 21st, marked the reveal of the 6th Dodge ‘Last Call’ buzz models. The current Dodge Charger and Challenger are coming to an end, so these models celebrate the last year of these muscle cars. Six special-edition Challenger and Charger models will be revealed through September 21, 2022. The seventh and final 2023 Dodge model - the very last of its kind - will be revealed at the 2022 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, scheduled for Nov. 1-4, 2022. In this video, we will check out the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Black Ghost, along with a history of the original 1970 Black Ghost and the future release dates for the other Buzz models!

Watch out when "documentaries" come out during (insert race here) history month, and are funded by a grant.
Things to watch for.
No original or personal stories other than from the claimants.
All interviews sound alike. As though they were written poorly.
The material of the story makes no sense.

I’ve had for Challengers in my life first one was a yellow jacket second one was the 2015 hellcat than a hellcat redeye in my last one was the 50th anniversary edition. I wish I never sold the redeye that car was awesome and it’s really hurts to see the prices of them now I’ll never be able to afford another one.

The Chrysler/Plymouth Prowler is one of a few modern era Chrysler built cars that's still holding it's value.

Awesome coverage of the car but an even more awesome story behind it. Being in the automotive industry myself and loving all things performance related, I honestly found the story very touching. My father was a motorcycle and automotive technician and a street racer himself, though not in Detroit nor of any fame. However, he did tell me about the black ghost before but never in as much detail as here. Knowing there’s a documentary on it, I must now go find and watch it. Thanks for the awesome video.

A really good family friend had a green Super Bee with the matching mod top.
I was 10 or 11 when I first seen it and thought it was the coolest thing around.
I never did see the Black ghost but I did see the Silver bullet on Woodward Ave a few times.
That was one wicked GTX. Not sure what fuel he ran but we were standing at a light when he pulled up and it would tingle the nose and water your eyes from the fumes.
I must say this is my favorite special edition, I really love the Dodge letters on the front and the roof decal
Great video. I hate to see these cars go. I actually own a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus, in TorRed with original 20" chrome wheels, chrome gas cap and red leather seats. I call it my baby Hemi. It came with the smallest Hemi engine. 5.7 liter Hemi.🙂
I watch these releases, but while we relive the past. What's the future of Dodge and Chrysler. With only 2 Dodge cars that have survived without a redesign using the discontinued Hemi. 1 dated Durango SUV that also used the Hemi and the new Hornet which is now fallen silent. On the Chrysler side the 300 is being discontinued leaving only 1 vehicle remaining which is the Pacifica. Instead of issuing extremely limited number specialty vehicles. Maybe Stellantis should be introducing their new replacements for these 5 remaining vehicles along with new models between 2 major companies. Remember GM ended Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Saturn while Ford ended Mercury. Sometimes it's easy to shut down a brand than spend R&D to keep them in business. I'm hoping Stellantis isn't looking at Dodge and Chrysler the same way. Thanks for your introduction. With 2611 Dodge dealers in the US. It would have been great if each dealer received at least one of these extremely limited production vehicles while giving a few more more customers the possibility of purchasing one.

Nice car and I appreciate the history behind the car. I have to say I’m disappointed that they didn’t put the hellephant in it since the original had a 426 and the red, black and green badge very nice ride though.

That's a big Joke. White stripe and vinyl on roof.. The HP is still the same...why don't they give us to to really like? For example a damn hellcat with 997 HP. It's all cosmetic stuff they are selling.

In 10 years who knows how valuable the black ghost will be. Car guys will never be into the electric vehicles . Considering there are only 300 & it’s one of the most badass muscle cars ever who knows how much they will go for in the future

Woulda been awesome if dodge had a narrow body, with non performance bumpers, no spoiler and 18's to really go for a sleeper type look

This is heavenly gorgeous. But, my 2020 Challenger Hellcat 50th Anniversary Edition in Gold-Rush is even rarer! with only 70 units produced in both U.S and Canada. I love my exceptionally fully loaded Gold-Rush. I'll keep my car.
