you're very fortunate to find a type s engine and trans from the junkyard and tsx engines are a hit or miss also. That defiantly helped on the cost for the build or else that k24a2/type s trans engine combo is roughly around 2k itself if buying off the streets or a local shops.

@@taraishot100 I reckon they would charge 3 to 5k ish plus parts. But they'll want you to get specific parts which they know work. I think the specific parts both factory and aftermarket make some of the huge conversion costs you see here. PS it's the easiest conversion you'll ever do so if you want to learn a K series Civic is the best one to diy.
@@teamaxlestands you can easily double the number. For 3k you might aswell suck the mechanics manhood for that insanely low price. As a matter of fact Ill suck yours if you send me a shop to do it for 3k
Ay man I honestly LOVE YOU. I was about to give up and move my eg k swap project yet again further into the future, because i figured it was too expensive. This gave me again motivation to stick to it, and I will be swapping my eg in the next 6 months

if you want to put a jdm k24 plus turbo its going to be close to 10k. i dont agree its going to cost that much all the time, but if you can do the work yourself it really helps with the finale price.
