Do you remember what the world was like in 1990? We NEVER go to see ANY personal side of ANYONE in any position of power what so ever, be it corporate, aerospace, political, scientific or military power. Streaming seems to be his comfortable place. He isn’t stuttering as much, or having a hard time knowing what to say like his scripted events

If I gave that same character build to someone who doesn't know the game or has played for under 12 hours.. game over.

@@TLim-mr7ro I guarantee this is how a huge % of the more casual audience - which D4 is aimed squarely at - feels about a seasonal model that doesn’t let you copy your non-maxxed Eternal realm character to it. “Doesn’t have the time to level up another” is exactly right. Why would Blizz ship a seasonal model that excludes those dad gamers?
It really wouldn’t be difficult to allow players to carry over their characters. You keep your gear, start at level 50, but will not place on any leaderboards and have your achievements reset. Don’t really understand why it’s an issue even though I personally enjoy leveling a new build in seasons like PoE, but PoE makes more sense with its complexities and options and commitment requirement… where as D4 is for soccer dads and blue collar workers who don’t play more than a few hours a week, so who cares if they got to carry characters over to seasonal especially if they get removed from leaderboard placement lmao
@@conradicalized thats how these arpg work tho. they all rely on season based style where new content comes every 3-4 month. same as poe, last epoch and others.
@@midono77 yeah i get that. But casual dads aren’t gonna want to remake a new character before they feel they’ve completed the first one. I have a friend who made a character to play couch coop with me - now he needs a new one. Blizzard made a casual arpg then slapped an anti-casual seasonal model on it because that’s what hardcore arpg gamers expect.
