People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.
I am not sure I would give it a 10 of 10.. I am not actually sure you have been inside of one. I have.. and it is not like that... The reason that I ask is that there is a 'weird' pressure inside.. likely because of the materials that it is constructed of.. mostly non porous ... think of it as driving in the car and the back seat windows open a little bit... and your ears feel the pressure. That is what these homes feel like inside.. it is not a pleasing experience because you feel like there is not enough ventilation and the ceilings are lower as well.. Second when you are walking around inside the flooring feels hollow... every step is sounds like you are clumping around and any movement it feels like the structure is not as stable.. Third, when your phone rings it is very loud... The whole experience really is not like the description.. I don't think the average person could really live in this comfortably.
Did you happen to see the review of how they got blown away these guys did a test on it and it failed Elite the the wall collapsed during the storm so I don't know about these now I mean I'm glad he's on me and even though they were joking around did show the seriousness that these things are not as I said they are and maybe not even safe
You have to pay to get this box and dodads connected to utilities not too mention the land where it sits. Its ugle, costs a lot to actually bring utilities to it. This is not an amazing idea, its a dumb, pricey idea. And its ugly.
Is there a shower? Me and my boyfriend are really doing are research on this home, also is there a water or electric supply that needs to be connected?
So just to clarify… You’ve never actually seen one of these, but you’re doing a review. Also, you stole content from other people.
You just got this videos off of Amazon without actually ever seeing one or knowing anything at all about it lol.

My company uses them as offices. We have no overhead cost, just utilities.

America does it better , travel trailer , fifth wheel , garden shed , mobile home , a.d.u. tent , regular houses , apartments , whatever you want .
