That little middle window is what we called “the beer window” when I was a teenager many, many moons ago. Not that I ever used it as that though. Lol. Love your channel. You do great work.

What is best for car decals matt or glossy ?
What I can't seem to understand with the vinyl I bought is there is no backing paper for it. It is all plastic on the other side of the vinyl and now I can't remove my decal without risking having the back of the vinyl covered in dirt. Anybody know why or what I can do?

@@icreatecrafts8462 Yes. look up "dog ear on a page" on images. Either on the backing or on the transfer tape. Which ever you think works best.

I still have mine on from 5 years ago. I live in WI where we get brutal winds and snow and it still looks new. I used permanent vinyl

as far as the design of the svg how can I get designs to sell on etsy? Would I have to make them myself? or can I sell an svg i found on google make it on my cricut & then sell it?
No you need to create your own image. You can not copy an image and sell it. Even if you tweak it it’s not right to steal the image someone worked so hard on making. You need to create your own image. I do not create my own images it’s easier to purchase on Etsy or design bundles

No because I'm selling on Consignment. I sell for $8 each, the store gets 20% of whatever I sell for the month. Hope this helps

I tried holographic vinyl, but it was awful to weed…the same design worked perfect with permanent vinyl. Any suggestions?
Oh no. Maybe try a new blade or cutting deeper? Try a different setting

Just wondering if you've ever tried laying a transparent 651 on top of the holographic vinyl to make it last longer outstide or would you even recommend it?
I never thought of this before. I would say as long as you're using 651 vinyl it should last up to 6 years

I have a question, I just purchased a Cricut explore 2 and am really interested in doing decals, Do I need to have a License to get images or sell decals?
Congrats and happy crafting you're going to have so much fun. There are some svgs that you need to purchase the license for yes, watch out for that, but most files your buying the right to use it you can't resell the image itself though. Ever. Hope this helps

Thank you for the video. What transfer tape are you using? I'm having trouble getting my holographic tape to transfer and I'm ripping my tape by pressing harder and harder.
You're welcome :) I can't believe I didn't put my transfer tape down in the description...Thanks for letting me know. I just added it. Here is what I use, and I swear by it, its the only kind I use and I tried a bunch. Hope it helps...

I am having the opposite problem in that my transfer tape is too sticky and ruining the stickers when I try to pull the vinyl off or transfer it. Any suggestions?
What software program are you using?
What kind of vinyl do you use for window decals?
I always use permanent vinyl. 651 normally.

Hi there, which app do you mean? The DS app? I have never used that before so I can't help if you are referring to this
Where it says 'Set Base Material'. Look right across, and you will see where it says 'Browse All Materials'. Click that, and you'll be able to set whatever material you're using.
