- In this video we finally review the epic Lagavulin 21 year-old! The 1991 distillate was aged in 1st Fill Ex-Sherry European Oak Casks and part of Diageo Special Releases 2012. Only 2772 bottles released.

I would say this one is bday bourbon and the 1985 21 year old is KOK if that makes any sense.
That makes perfect sense and at the same time envious! I loved your review of that 1985. One day I will get my hands on it.
Speaking of KOK, Dustin is closing in on the 2021. We’re thinking of comparing the 2019/2020/2021 which sounds like a perfect way to spend my time. 😉

Congratulations for hitting 300. I watched at least 280 of them and some of them even few times like Springbank or Lagavulin reviews. I do appreciate both of you for the content and effort you put in.
Lagavulin 1991 distilled whatever it is, it’s gonna be great. It’s my dream to buy Lagavulin 25 but have no luck when it comes to Lagavulin unlike Springbank. Was thinking to try my luck at some UK auctions to finally get one.
Wow, I might be the only one who's watched more!!! I appreciate the support... The Lagavulin 25 is worth the time and money if you love the distillery. From the first dram I was so impressed with the complexity and nuance. A whisky I never want to be without.

I’d love to see you guys review the Lagavulin 37. Every time I go to the liquor store I stop and look at it hoping maybe one day I’ll buy it. I can’t find a single review of the 37 on TH-cam.

Great review guys, this one sounds terrific and sounds as if their are some great old school Sherry notes to savour. The retail price is pretty mind ogling though!

$1600 BARGAIN! I’ve just been searching for this online and the only place i can find it in the UK is at the ‘Whiskey Exchange’ and they’re looking £4500 sterling😮. Looks like I’ll never EVER get to try this😭
TWE is fantastic for variety and extremely rare bottles but it’s not the cheapest place I found online… this is still an epic pour. If you can get your hands on it.
