I love how honest and empathetic you are.
Thank you so much Patricia! Thanks for watching!
Thanks!
I'm a dental technician in Dallas Texas I really appreciate your time to post this videos to educate us. Thank you.
My pleasure Aron. I appreciate that so much! Thanks for watching.
Dr. YOU are the Blessing to us. With you it's not a matter of money, but of better quality of living and longevity all the way. Wish all DDS thought like you, sir.
Thanks for commenting and watching. I’m hoping that the dental industry will become more of a positive experience that scary for patients. My mother, even at 64 has so much anxiety when show know I am going to check her teeth.
I love how you are so honest! I wish you were my doctor.
Thank you my friend! I love to educate those who are needing it. A person can only make the best choice with the knowledge they have. Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for explaining all these things. The information was beyond helpful!!! God bless!!! One day I'll be there!!!
Thank you Maria!!❤️
Implants are very expensive.Honest information is always appreciated
check number one and cheap in other country
I have lower implants with a snap in. It took me 2 years to afford them and that was with scraping and saving where I could. I wish I really wish I could afford someone like you!
April, the good thing is that those two implants could be used, if healthy, in future all in 4 treatment. 😉
I had to grow new bone and have bone grafting ,and grow more tissue Then 11 dental implants..It took 2yrs and 70,000.00!! We had to get a loan on our home.I am 80 yrs.old. It was the best money I ever spent in my lifetime. Make sure you have an oral surgeon ,and a dentist that you trust. .My oral surgeon was the best!!I haven't had any problems...but be sure you do what you are told. These procedures all take time, so listen to your surgeon and you should have good results.
Me Too. I'm looking to have it done now but I'm so afraid that I'm going to get a Dr. that won't be like you. I just don't know what to do.
THANKS FOR YOUR HONESTY.THATS WHY I'M SET ON MEETING YOU.
@5:22 communication is the biggest key and you are so spot on!!! Misunderstanding misinterpretations under communication etc are so bad so these must be avoided especially with big cosmetic procedures like this. And some providers are just giving patients that look of impatience like patients are too stupid and this makes patients scared to ask more to clarify and leave the result to chances… this is no good.
Yes my friend, communication is so important! In every aspect in life. If people aren't understanding the situation, how can they make the best choice for themselves or others. Thank you for watching!
@@implantsecrets 💯✅ Dr, can you help with my previous question in case you missed it? Thanks so much! 💝
Wow, what a timely video! I have all-on-fours that were placed in 2015 but my front tooth has chipped and they are telling me I have to replace the entire bridge--the teeth are acrylic so I can totally affirm what you're saying about material being so important. But the other thing that really resonated with me was your discussion about food getting under the bridge. I went to an office that placed these in three days (which was why I chose them), but I think you're right about the gums receding a little bit afterward. The number one thing that has always driven me crazy about my bridges is that food particles get underneath; if I'm at work I can't use a waterpik immediately so I end up having to feel that until I get home. I think I will schedule an appointment with your office to discuss replacement even though my current doctor said going somewhere else would void my implant warranty.
It would be a pleasure to serve you in this regard. Here is a link to get started when the timing is right for you.

@@junecoleman9030 Hi Jane, did you go and get yours redone?
JILL FOUNTAIN, Would u had preferred a removable bridge?
I just now got my all-on-4 implants last Thursday after 5 years since getting almost all my teeth extracted, luckily didn’t need a bone graft. It took 5 years to build up the credit score to be able to purchase this, and will have to spend years or decades trying to pay this off on top of having to move into a new place, paying higher rent, and may need to get a part-time job on top of receiving disability. Currently wearing temporary upper bridges until I get the real ones in a couple weeks and I get the lower partials on the sides. A friend suggested that when I choose the color and customization, I should NOT go “perfect white” at my age (47 year old male), or else people will know they’re fake. Make them white of course, but maybe 2, or 3, maybe 4 shades down from “perfect white” ‘cause as it is, I’m likely to continue the teeth-staining drinks like tea, coffee, and soda (I don’t smoke, consume alcohol, or chew tobacco, or other drugs🚭). My remaining bottom teeth are decades of dirty, but I bought Crest white strips for them. Will figure this out on my next appointment, but my implant doctor might also recommend something that looks good on me. I got my implants at Sherman Oaks, CA. And I felt it needed to be done now before it got worse for myself, as there’s a lot of new changes coming for me at the end of next month, but have to stay strong and positive. Good news is, won’t move to the area looking like a homeless person.
And I must say, I am eating a bit better and smiling more, even with the temporary, however, bit sensitive to cold and drinking shakes or Frappuccino with a straw causes discomfort and probably not a good idea.
Also, also, I got a quote from this Sherman Oaks implant doctor in 2022, and he was nice enough to keep my price the same from the consultation in 2022 when I couldn’t afford, where he would’ve charged a new patient $6k more in 2024. I’m supposed to get $5k back for the NCD Carington insurance to pay back to my credit card.
Congratulations, my friend. This is the best decision you will have ever made. Self-confidence and self-worth are so important. Thanks for watching!
@@implantsecrets Thank you very much, friend. This is definitely the biggest, most important, and one of the most expensive decisions ever made, but hopefully, will be worth it in the long run. 😁
@@eternus154What material was used for your all on 4 and how are you liking the results so far?
I like what you are saying. It sounds like what I am looking for. I want something that is useful and that last. I am not into keep coming back every few months.
It’s so critical that patients do their homework and really understand what they are buying…Talking to multiple doctors and watching TH-cam videos is a great way to get informed and be in the driver seat

Hello my name is Sarah, I just wanted to thank you for your informative video about all on 4 implants, it helped me understand possiblities of problems especially if I did one of those 24hr treatments for implants. I've been dealing with constnant tooh problems since I was a kid. I have consistant pain almost daily and so I'm always popping over the counter pain killers and coating my teeth with Anbesol oral gel just so I can live my day to day life without taking my frustrations out on my family, college peers, or coworkers. I've been doing research for so long about different oppertunities to help me out and to understans however I'm still set on is all on 4 dentures and I'm hoping I can find someone near me that is just as informative as you. Most of the time I didn't do regular dental check up's because it was just to much money and the majority of dental places don't take state insruances practically, especially now a days. Anyway thank you for your video once more I really appreciate seeing someone that isn't just for the money.
I hope your dream of getting these implants happens. You do realize that you have to see dentist every six months if you have these. The dentist uses special tool. To remove and clean them. They have to check that the screws are tight not loose. You would need water pick to clean between the implant and your gums. If you don't you run the risk if developing infection. Which would cause the implant to fail. This comes with a lot of added time and added cost. They are not like real teeth.
Enjoyed your video, I commented before I had all in four done just about a year ago. I have the cubic zirconia device so far no complications. Thank you, you are so informative 👏 😊
Thank you Dexter! Thanks for watching!
YES I AGREE WITH YOU THAT ,THE CROWN WHICH IS PLACING
ON THE TOP OF THE ORIGINAL TOOTH , IS NOT ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA ,BECAUSE THE TOOTH AND THE ROOT STILL CAN BE ROTTEN UNDER NEETH , WHICH CAN MAKES MORE PROBLEMS
AFTER OF ALL , AND THAT IS WHY THE CROWNS ARE NOT VERY
POPULAR ANY MORE , THAT IS WHAT I THINK , AND I'M RIGHT?.
Yes, it is a temporary fix. The do make a beautiful smile, but you are still subject to the decaying of the natural teeth under the crown, and pain. I would look at the longevity of the treatment for the better outcome. Thanks for watching and sharing.
Do you have to be rich to have implant's ?
This makes a lot of sense. I've been giving this all on four a thought. But I'm afraid that I would speak differently I would sound like I had a denture. And of course I grind my teeth so I also mind about occlusion.
You are wearing prosthetic device to replace missing teeth. That is what dentures are too. The difference is you have BMW mine is Kia. They are both cars. One costs more than the other.
To me, the biggest issue is that people can't clean between the denture and the gum line easily so they get gums receding and lose implants. The snap in denture is better long term..
It’s probably better to clean
I wish all dentists were like you ...then my teeth wouldn't be a mess.....
That's why it's called "Dream"...But joking aside they seem like good people
Thank Faythe❤️❤️❤️
Good dentists are hard to find.
I’ve been watching this dr for a while and i would come from Washington to have him do mine

Thank you so much for the information. Is the material Ivoclar better for snap in dentures? Do you provide snap in dentures? How many implants usually use for upper and lower snap ins? Thank you.
Ivoclar Has good material if you buy the best stuff… We don’t do snap and dentures here in this office because long-term most patients find that it’s better to wait and upgrade.… However usually it’s four IMPLANT on the upper and four implants on the lower
Wish I could afford this dds.
Yes!! ALL of these!!
It's not all on the patients when it comes to metal in a person's mouth. Plenty of people have hypersensitivity to titanium screws. Coating is critical for the metals to work and not break down over time.
Is there "T-Cell" therapy a possible solution i n for implant surgery to remove the problems with implant surgery ?
I agree with you good deal!
By the time I can afford this I’ll have no aviolar ridge to work with
Dental work is ridiculously expensive. Hell! Open heart surgery is less expensive than individual implants!
Seriously though, go to Bulgaria, Sofia Implant centre. Even with flights from the USA you will be saving thousands of $ ! xx
Open heart surgery requires hospitalization. Having individual implants is $5,000. I think that open heart surgery costs more. You can have bridge for replacing missing teeth. It is covered by insurance. Not as expensive as implants. I had one for 15 years with no problems. I do agree that implants cost more than they should. They are never going to be available to all of us. My teeth were pulled few months ago. My husband is disabled I work part time as Nanny. Implants don’t fit our budget. Dentures do you can find affordable options online.

TIA. Your videos are so helpful.
One day, who know we will branch out and have other offices. Unfortunately I don't know of anyone I know well enough to recommend. Look for a doctor with a lot experience in the All on 4, with really good reviews. Good luck my friend!
@@implantsecrets thanks so much. I watched all your videos and it helped immensely! Found someone today after knowing what to look for. Thanks again. Take care!!!
Is there a discount if somebody pays in cash if they need a four and four and is it 3 on 6 less expensive and is there any difference in durability?
Clearchoice does a healing set for teeth in a day. Then a few months later wax try ins. After that you get a prototype set. After that you get your final set. Between all the sets you get you have a chance to change color shape & size. I have never heard of perm teeth in a day.
So prior to going in and getting my all on 4, I watched this video and then I talked to my dentist about what you said in the video. He told me that it's actually good to have the titanium bar with the acrylic teeth on top because of the fact that the acrylic teeth are weaker. Reason being, just like anything else there's going to be stress put on to the teeth whether that's through chewing or grinding or clenching and he said if you don't have some kind of weak point basically like a fault line if you're thinking about like the Earth and how the ground has fault lines in it, then the thing that's going to end up breaking when put under that kind of stress is the actual implant itself which is much more difficult to fix. As to where if just a tooth pops off that's not as big of a deal and can be fixed easily. So I thought I would just share that it makes sense to me and I hope it helps somebody else out there making this tough decision.
Here is a helpful video about the differences. th-cam.com/video/vySz0eub6w4/w-d-xo.html
So I’m about to get my impressions done for my temporary this week and my dentist also recommends the titanium, what did you decide on?

did you do surgery and denture in the same dentist clinic?
We have our own in-house lab. We do everything in the same office.
My All On 4 treatment is 5 months down the road. 2 weeks for final device is ridiculous. It takes minimum of 3 months for your gums to heal!!!
Congratulations. I'd be happy about having them in the first place 🤭
I have question. What tooth shade do you recommend for 51 year old woman???
Hello Angela, it’s a little more complicated than that. We would want to take a look at your present teeth and skin tones also the white of your eyes. The shade of your teeth would be a personal preference for yourself.
Thank you very much for responding. My dentist and I picked shade for my dentures. That I am very happy with.
What should a doctor provide you with in regards to a contract, prices, a plan.
There should be a treatment plan signed with both doctor and patient. (knowing what you are paying for, and what is expected.) This would include the financial plan, consents, office policies... Before going into a consultation, write your questions down so you will get answers.
I've heard about 3 on 6? What info do you have about them?
We need to do an updated video on this but the concept is basically like this.
Three on six is a strategy where you place three independent bridges on six implants.
It replaces your teeth only which means that it does not have gums as part of it. This will likely create problems in the future if your gums start to change. Youu develop dark triangle spaces where the three on six bridge is and the tissue. The teeth look beautiful but when they smile… It looks horrific.
Because the bridges are independent the device is not as strong and if a patient goes through some difficult times of stress where they grind… This can lead to IMPLANT failure and eventual bridge failure.
I recognize that this is my humble opinion and that others may not share the same opinion but my experience has been over thousands of implants as patients have come in after experiencing problems such as these.
Does this help?
Here is a good video from a friend. 😉

@@implantsecrets Wow, this has been very helpful! Disappointing but helpful. I was considering getting a fixed implant bridge for my frontal upper and a viplast partial to avoid sinus surgery. But having had a round house for many years my gums indeed started to pull away from them and I experienced this gap. (that was after 15 years I might add) May I ask, doesn't grinding teeth with all-on-fours cause the same potential outcome? Can this be intercepted medically with night guards perhaps?
Yes, we advise night guards with your permanent teeth for sure.
Where are you located? I have a serious problem with my bite. Help!!!
This might be a dumb question...I just looking into this...do these come out for cleaning like dentures...or do you brush and clean them in your mouth?
You brush and waterpik. Going to your dentist for maintenance every 6 months. Making sure screws are tight. Thanks for watching! Remember to subscribe to our channel
What do you think about XIRCON ULTRA/ CRYSTAL ULTRA DENTURES ON ALL 4'S ?
what about the golden ratio idk but for some reason I expected a dentist who does this for a living to be knowledgeable about the face and spatial awareness .i would think that you would be able to look at a patient like a artist or sculpture and tell them what from your professional opinion would look the best and why .or I would think that you would be able to scan there face and computer generate a perfect smile and teeth for that person. I don't understand why you don't use measurements or pictures or do before And after renduring to give the patient an idea of how it will look.
Can you still have bone loss on all 4 implants?😁
Yes you can, it is rare, but your dental hygiene is very important for your implant health and to maintain bone health.

Fill out this form and we will reach out to you! dreamdentalimplants.com/free-virtual-consult Once we receive it back will reach out to you. Can't wait to meet you!
I'm at the beginning of the process for the All-on 4 implants, and I'm now concerned that it could backfire on me! I did ask my dentist about the Zirconia ones and he said that they tend to chatter or sound like glass on glass, and that acrylic teeth tend to sound and feel less "clunky"! Can you give me any info about your experience with some patients that had the Zirconia ones done, and how they ended up feeling like and functioning? I would greatly appreciate it!
Very good questions Natalie, We can answer all of your questions at your consultation. We would love to meet you! Fill out this form for a Consultation: dreamdentalimplants.com/free-virtual-consult. We will reach out to you! Thanks for watching!
@@implantsecrets Very good question you say? Please answer her question here so that the many of us who listen to you and follow you can all be informed. According to you zirconia is the absolute paradigm. Many of us can only dream, pardon the pun, of having a consultation with you. My sole intention was to insist on zirconia, now I wonder...,
With all the patients that have come through Dream Dental I have not heard any of them say that the zirconia sound like glass or feel clunky. They have said that they feel as smooth as glass. Like natural teeth should.
@@implantsecrets I'm already set with the dentist who I started this process with in June! I was only asking your opinion and knowledge about a certain product! And when I saw my dentist last week, he went over everything with me and explained the difference between the two different types of implants! And he said that the Zirconia ones really aren't much better than the acrylic ones, they weigh a great deal more than the acrylic, and cost 3x the amount I'm paying for the acrylic ones! And in all the years and the amount of patients he's done this with, he's not had any significant or major issues with the them causing problems for the patient! Thank you for taking the time to respond and giving me your opinion!
Absolutely! Good luck on your journey! Thanks for watching Natalie!
just had my teeth done last Tuesday.it was supposed to be all on 4. but there was concern about enough bone so the doctor did all on 6,2 zygomatic implants plus the regular 4. then he says I need the titanium bar type device because of extra strength. its done now ,to late to go back. I am so worried that I won't be able to keep those 2 back implants clean, and that teeth will break off the bar
Can the implants made from zirconia for all on 4 and not from titanium screw?
Yes they can. That would be a special order. That would also require special ordered tools. But yes it can be done.
Can you do individual tooth implants for whole mouth?
Yes we can
@@implantsecrets how much does it cost for top and bottom? Just have your wife message me on fb. Thanks Brian
Are Acrylic Resin Hybrid a decently strong device? I am a 48 year old singer and am getting All on 4 done on the 28th in TJ Mexico. I don't eat hard things but I only have 6 teeth..lol and can't afford the zirconium option at this time. So I want to make sure that Acylic Resin is a good option not just the most affordable
How'd everything go, no problems?
Do you do zerconium
@@KarlBreaux yes we do! That’s all I do.
@ can I get an appointment asap?
@ absolutely send me an email to consultation@dreamdentalimplants.com and we will reach out to you.

I'm having titanium bar with zirconia over the top, I'm in australia
Congratulations Deborah! Best investment you will ever make!
Can you upgrade titanium bar base to zirconia monolithic as long the implants and other factors are solid? I just had my all on 4 done 2 weeks ago and still in Temps (and will be for 3-4 months per my dentist) and while I am sure Zirconia would be great there I no way I could afford that right now. Just the All-on-4 still cost about 30k (upper and lower) and that was with my dental insurance covering the implants as well. However if the current implants could be used then it may be something I would consider if I do indeed have issues a few.years down the road if all I have to worry about is the actual device and not extractions/implants as well. I know you could say with 100% certainty just wondering if it is even in the realm.of possibility
30K is a good price for upper and lowers. The one dentist I saw wanted 27K just for the top.
I’m going to clear choice in 10 days , I am getting zirconia, I’m just worried clear choice won’t be as attentive as you, it’s a total cost of 56,000 including bone graft. Am I making a mistake have you herd anything negative about clear choice ?
Kevin, made this video for you to help shed some light.

In my opinion, if you are going to pay 56k than you might as well get it done by the best.. I went to dream dental all the way from PHX AZ to get my teeth done and it was the best decision I could have made.. But that’s just me, good luck and I hope u have a successful surgery 💪🏽💪🏽
Thank you!
I don't recommend clear choice i saw a TH-cam video on all on 4 no good the poor man spend 50,000 they mess up his lower jaw and his taking 3000mg of motrin a the for the past year they probably mess up a nerve if i was to spend that type of money i would go with someone who has experience and are passionate on what they doing this guy seems pretty legit! Am doing mines in Manhattan comes am from the city i already pull of my tops out 5 days pain almost gone! Good luck and choose wisely tv advertising its a profitable business not necessarily meaning you getting the best service it just a technic to pull you in!!! And of course you will be pain for their tv advertising commercial and that's why they charging that much!😉
In your opinion do u suggest getting the ez arch or the regular zirconium implants
The posts came out
