I had my implants in last September, or about 18 weeks ago. I was given back my old denture to wear home and felt so miserable but my dentist wanted to let everything heal up ready for the temps. So I go back next week to get the temporary teeth placed. After that it may still be another 5/6 months before my permanent teeth are fitted. I wanted my new teeth yesterday but I am glad my dentist is making sure everything heals. So am I because I never, ever want to go through that or have no teeth again. Ever… !

Dr. H, I have learned a great deal by watching your video and your honesty is one of a million. I have been to several dentists looking to get my teeth fixed. If I were not so far from where your office is located, I would be there in a heartbeat and get my teeth done. Thank you for sharing your honesty.

Wow this hit me deep, I have a TH-cam channel that I just started last year November, and just reached a little over 1000 subs, and I don't show my smile because it's embarrassing 😔 and I live in Utah, now I just need the money to get started. And yes you are correct it takes time to make a masterpiece not 24 hours. This was truly heartfelt, thank you for giving me hope. 😔🙏
At the time of surgery they're given Temps. After 4 months they get the finals. These also helps to see pts. hygiene. I'm just a tech, but it's always nice to learn more. 👍
Implants are so expensive though..is like paying an expensive college tuition. One day I will meet you doc... Honesty shows in your emotions. And you are blessed because results speak for themselves. I need much dental work due to untrustworthy dentist throughout the years and pain experience and phobia I just do my best try to maintain what's is left of it. Much blessings.
Thanks Paul. Thank you. I do love what I do because I know I can make peoples lives better and happier. We would love to meet you one day! Thanks for watching!
I have bad teeth also it is embarrassing. In case you think those teeth I have are real. They aren’t real. They are $40 veneer I bought off Amazon. Right now I have two infected teeth. I had one infection spread to the soft tissue and bone. Hopefully I will be able to wear my denture. Not sure that I will be able to. I am now having them pulled. For the next three weeks I am on 500 milligrams of Amoxicillin. I was extremely lucky it didn’t spread to heart or brain and kill me. You can’t put off dental work when you need implants. It can become life threatening. Call make the appointment. You can get dentures for now. Save for the implants later.
Everything you said is correct and great advice. I have had my All-on-4 zirconia (upper and lower) for 3 months and am thrilled. Going in, it should have taken a year but took 15 months for bone healing time and perfecting the temporaries before the final was manufactured. I had advanced gum loss and needed bone grafts, too. Fortunately, my lifestyle allowed me to take my time. My periodontist and dentist were magicians. The only thing I lost is my philtrum which you can’t see anyway with a dazzling smile!
I'm in the process of the all on 4 right now. My time line is 6 to 7 months all set and done. My dentist and oral surgeon so far has been spot on. Take the extra time for healing on every step. So far so good
Golpa centers offer 24 hours? I got their pitch couple years back kept trying to get them to explain this part they were contradicting back then, telling me it all happened at same session.
Thank you so much for sharing some real info. I've been asking questions of the other guys for months now, and I'm 4 hours out of SLC. I can't just drive out on a whim, on ssdi. I have no molars, haven't since '09, so I'm sure my bone is shot. I get 1 shot at dentures paid in full through medicaid. I've waited on this choice for so long. Love your honesty.

As a person looses their smile, the muscles in there face are not used as much. After this amazing treatment the patient has to get used to smiling again. It doesn't take long. Thanks for watching!
You did such a wonderful video here of explaining so many things that are involved with this procedure. I recently had to have the rest of my teeth extracted, about 6 weeks ago. I had 18 left. I just turned 65, but after 48 of having grand mal seizures, my teeth were breaking off, turning black and my whole mouth felt like one big toothache. The Dr’s said it was because I would bite down so hard during a seizure that I was wearing them down, they were cracking and my seizure meds was not helping. (Refractory Epilepsy). I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. But no Dr’s would work with me since my case was complicated. So I was referred to IU Dental Center. After 3 weeks they made me some temporary dentures to wear. I have to wear those until I go through my 2nd surgery. They told me, I would not be getting my temporary all on 4’s until the following day after I had time to rest. Then when the implants adhere to my jawbone, they then can put the permanent ones in. Any thoughts on this? You truly are a Christian man, Blessed with Understanding, Knowledge, Love for the common folks, and excellent Communication skills. Praying you’re Blessed with that Beautiful smile forever, and you and your family stay safe. Mrs. Debbie Feighner/ Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I’m sorry my friend! Epilepsy is a terrible thing. My uncle also suffers from this. We give the temporary teeth the day after the implants are placed. Then 4-6 months after the patient heals and the implants are adhered to the bone, we deliver the permanent teeth. In some secure cases, (grinding) we have the patient heal without the bottom denture.
I am 32 years old, Army veteran, MA, and Mommy of 3. I need full mouth extractions. I currently have 12 teeth, 4 crowns (1 of which I super glue in) and 4 teeth broken down to the gum line. I haven't smiled in 10 years. 🤦🏻

I went the traditional route and glad I did. I had surgery done 24th September. And around March I'm supposed to get my permanent teeth. My dentist and surgeon see me every month to check and be sure I'm properly healing and that I'm doing what I need to do to heal properly.
Makes absolute total sense. This is why I am saving up to get my teeth done at Dream Dental. Sure, it's going to cost more than a brand new car. I'd rather invest in something that lasts a lifetime that's done right instead of paying for that oral surgeon's brand new car. And if I'm going to spend 25 thousand dollars or more, then I want an A+ and a guarantee. When a doctor offers a guarantee in writing like Dream Dental, well it doesn't get better than that.
Hi Doc...What is better? All on four or six? I,'ve been thinking about it for a long time but what i,m worried about is i,'ve had a denture for about 35 years, probably need a bone graph on top of all the cost...
Not only the bacteria issue but how much bone of the upper and lower jaw they remove, is insane. It's so dangerous! I am astounded, that the ADA would even allow the "teeth-in-a-day" procedure‼️😡 I had a very wise and honest dentist like yourself, who warned me about the dangers of too many extractions, leaving me to suffer bone loss in my jaw. I will wait to save up the money, to have my dental work done right❣️
Good perspective and many good reasons cited. Cost Ratio of Implant vs Zirconia Crowns vs Ceramic Crowns s around 4:2:1. Implant cost is constant. For crowns cost only some savings. As anyway some thing needs to be given to eat for heal or long trail period.
I would never have teeth implant no matter what they are made of. Because of all the side effects a foreign object can have on the imun system. It is dangerous to have rootcanals to. I almost died from them. But luckily I got them pulled and got my self removable dentures. And they functions good for me because they made them fit very good in my mouth. My poor mother have two implants in her lower jaw. And she can't have them removed. Because the dentist says it is not Possible. She has many neck problems and jaw pains. She regrets having implants and says she would never do it again. People should been told about the dangers of rootcanals and implants bafore having them. But implants are the worst because some of them are impossible to have removed. It is very sad.
Fixed and monolithic...meaning they aren’t converted from a cheap denture like many clinics out there. These are custom made after surgery to fit your mouth.
How do you find a high-end doctor to do this? I live near San Antonio, TX and I’m looking for a doctor to do the BEST POSSIBLE dentures but it seems impossible to find a doctor who’s capable of giving me the highest quality denture with a $1M looking smile. I’m fortunate that the finance part doesn’t really matter to me BUT I still feel like a kid lost in the woods, when it comes to locating a doctor that can, and will, provide that ‘best of the best’ service. Any advice on finding a doctor? I don’t know anyone that I could ask.

Thank you so much for the Information i am wearing temporary lower denture 5 months as I had to get bone grafting my only fear is ending up with pushed our lips but when you said that will be fixed I am saying to myself it has got to be worth waiting for and has got to be better than these temporary
Why is an All on 4 the best option if you're missing all your teeth? I heard that if you lose a tooth, you will start to lose bone. Do the screws from an All on 4 provide enough bone stimulation for your whole jaw? What if you did an implant for every tooth? Is that an option?
If someone has bruxism with their natural teeth do they continue this with full arch implants? How long does someone have to be on a soft diet after implants are placed?
Yes, if you grind your teeth at night, I advise to wear a night guard. You should plan on soft diet for 4 to 6 months, depending on the your health and abilitie to heal. Thanks for your questions.
I have been to several doctors I in Tampa Florida where I lived and I'm blown away that no one has explained the process like you have and I have gone to small clinics and the big name clinics as well. Do you recommend doctors in Florida if not how many trips would I have to take to Utah because that is going to be too costly for me I think. Thanks again and God bless?

Thank you so much for your informative videos! I do have a question if you could answer it that would be great. I got all on four actually on six because they (Clear Choice) thought i would need two extra because the bone on the two front teeth on top area looked weak. I got the acrylic because I couldn't afford the zircona. I was told by them that getting implants saves the bone vs wearing a denture. Since I got my top and bottom permanents the sides of my mouth are drooping my top lip is getting smaller and lookes like i smoke and sides of my lips are sagging like a resting _itch face. Is this caused from bone loss and will it get worse? Is there something I can do about it? Thank you for all you do! Your truly are a dental saint!!!
I would advise you to go back to your dentist and have them do a 3D CT scan to check the bone. There could be bone loss, it doesn't happen very often after the all on 4 procedure, but occasionally.
My dentist puled my upper teeth without doing impressions and now he is telling me that I have to wait over a month to get my top plate please help is there anything that can be done

The bottom line is we are buying a Mercedes and getting to drive it for four months and make any changes we want. Not what the Dr. wants! I choose Dreamdental after many months of research. Dr. Hendriks is amazing, but his team is more amazing than him. Im in the third week of the four-month process with my new teeth, and I still do not know what I want in my smile. Brilliant thank you for explaining all of this I am waiting 5 months after bone grafting with temporary lower denture my only fear is the sticking out lips in which I have right now from the temporary.
After your final teeth are delivered, you will have maintenance and cleaning every 6 months. This is where they remove the device and check your implants health. If you have good hygiene, and good health they could last you a lifetime with no problems.
We actually provide the codes for our patients as a courtesy for them to submit to their insurance. We have our patients pay us, then their insurance would reimburse the patient what they will cover. I would advise you to call your insurance and ask what they will cover. Thanks for watching!
6 years of addiction has taken my teeth and I haven't been able to smile without putting my hand over my mouth due to missing and bad teeth for over 14 years. Good news is I've picked myself out of the pits of hell and turned my life completely around. The bad news is that spending $50,000 on new teeth is not in the budget. I'll probably be paying for their college for the rest of my life. So wish I could afford this procedure and I would definitely only trust you and your staff to do it.
Scott, I honor you for all your hard work and for putting your family first. Remember that you can start with the upper jaw and have your life changed...sometimes the momentum it brings can be the rocket fuel to finding the means of doing the lower
I'm from Missouri, be 61 in a month. Most my teeth are gone. Was going to get implant dentures, but pulled a bait n switch., to snap ons. I not way wanted those. It's been 4 years and all I do it cry. No I didn't get anything. So needless to say. All the rest of my teeth are rotting out n I don't have many more. Now I can't afford anything. I pray every day that I die....
I don't know you but after reading all of these comments, we are not alone. I lost my smile years ago. I'm a veteran but they don't do much, unless I'm wounded or still active. Please try and keep a little hope that someday things will change for the better. If you need to talk, I will listen. Just reach out to me. Hope is what we all need to dwell on. Dan
Google low income dental care the town you live in. There should be dental clinics to call they can pull your bad teeth. The charge for treatment. Is based on your income. They don’t do dentures. You are like I limited money for dentures. So I went on Amazon and ordered top and bottom set. Of Instant Smile Comfort Flex veneers. Extra fitting beads. I am going to make temporary denture. Until I can afford better one. The cost of all this is $40. No I won’t be able to eat with it. But I can smile and talk to people. You don’t have to sit and cry. There are things you can do so you can smile again.
Had both arches in Zirconia. Because of excessive bone degradation in upper, I needed quad Zygomatics. Referred to several oral surgeons, but found there's only a few Board Certified surgeons to place these. My oral surgeon was very honest with me. Told me I really needed to wait 4 to six months prior to loading the Zygo's. Chose this route and was amazed at the tissue shrinkage months after the general surgery. The protho made some temp dentures with relief cuts for the implants. That was a waste. Did without. My temps were loaded on my implants after 6 months. Went through 5 different sets until they gave me the look I wanted and proper fit. Now have my zirconia finals and couldn't be happier. Patience can be a virtue.
Thank you for the thorough explanation, doc. Question: How does the fact that a patient can change their mind and get , basically, a whole new set of dentures, reflect in the fees?
Then you would pay for the new denture and lab fees. When we go into the final device, the patient needs to make sure they are satisfied with the design, and shading before it is processed and sign the agreement.
I had my All On 4 done May 28, 2020. The dentist here in Florida said 2 visits and done. It was Zirconia and I wish your video was created before I went to him. It took them until February of this year to get it right. Even now I’m not 100% I’m just tired of their incompetence. My teeth are too big and too white.
Brother, sounds like your journey has been awful. Although not easy, The shade can be darkened and I would return and request this. The size can’t be altered but one suggestion might be to request the stl and construction files so they can be used at some future date to shrink or modify and redo your case. Hang in there dear friend
@@implantsecrets THANK YOU!!! I didn’t know it can be darkened. Just to give some perspective, my teeth glows when a picture is taken at night. I laugh at it now but horrified when I first saw it. I completed my all on four in India five years ago, but my speech and singing are still not clear. I want to come to the US to rebuild my front teeth, but I'm worried that my speech will still be unclear afterwards. Is this possible, Doctor?
Yes, your speech could be improved most certainly. These are often just small adjustments that have an exponential effect. You would need to get the implant information from the doctors office where it was done so we could be prepared with the right tools. Most likely, we would already have them but if not we would order them in.

I’m told I need a sinus lift and bone grafts before I can get my implants but I’m concerned about that since I don’t heal well and im almost 60, im just not sure if that’s worth going through all the pain of a sinus lift Any thoughts about this would be greatly appreciated
All on 4 dental implants surgery and then later bridges are primarily for people in your situation that would need extensive grafting, which increases the cost and time and amount of surgery required. Getting a consultation with our office or an office like ours would be a great way to understanding if this is an option that you would like
@@implantsecrets it’s that increase in cost that’s so scary. I wish dental workers was more affordable. I’m looking to go to Mexico as I’ve heard good things. Kyle This is the response I gave to same question. Luke is one of the finest technicians within dentistry and I love all of his work… His cosmetic outcome is incredible. The type of device he is talking about here is much more complex and if you refer back to my other video concerning poly lithic and monolithic then you might understand why I like to keep things as simple as possible. I think you can make the case that his device here looks even more real then the average zirconia case but it is poly lithic… Meaning multiple parts which I have found creates more potential problems in the future. I prefer monolithic zirconia with custom shading and staining… As well as custom gums that can be all made within one material. Once the case is delivered you can also have the STL’s saved and used in the future if modifications are desired with a new device. I hope this helps
I dream of having dental implants, but it’s just a dream. I was in an abusive marriage and my ex husband loved to hit me in the mouth and now I’ve lost all my upper teeth, and the dentures are painful 😓

Hi there. I am considering all on 4 but get conflicting information about some of the ways to go about it. When Dream Dental does a full arch, how many teeth are on each arch? I see pictures of some people smiling who have all on 4, and they look like they have so few teeth. That doesn't seem good for the long term in regards to shape of the face changing, bone loss, etc.
Honesty is the best policy…you are the best dentist I’ve heard, thank you for that. I’m in the process right now and healing with my temporary my dentist is also great. Expensive but worth it…

I need much dental work due to untrustworthy dentist throughout the years and pain experience and phobia I just do my best try to maintain what's is left of it.

Thanks Paul. Thank you. I do love what I do because I know I can make peoples lives better and happier. We would love to meet you one day! Thanks for watching!
@@implantsecrets like wise Dr.
Much blessings 🙌
You have integrity and morals so stick with it!
Thank you Danyale!! That’s something I vow to never lose. ❤️
Congratulations my friend!! The best investiment you could have made for yourself! Thank you so much for sharing! And watching!
I'm in the process of the all on 4 right now. My time line is 6 to 7 months all set and done. My dentist and oral surgeon so far has been spot on. Take the extra time for healing on every step. So far so good
Your dr knows wtf is going on I’m the same as u it takes time for bone to heal
Dr Golpa in Vegas.......I also agree, permanent teeth in 3-4 months is the way to go!!! You guys are great
Thanks brother
Golpa centers offer 24 hours? I got their pitch couple years back kept trying to get them to explain this part they were contradicting back then, telling me it all happened at same session.

Thank you so much for sharing some real info. I've been asking questions of the other guys for months now, and I'm 4 hours out of SLC. I can't just drive out on a whim, on ssdi. I have no molars, haven't since '09, so I'm sure my bone is shot. I get 1 shot at dentures paid in full through medicaid. I've waited on this choice for so long. Love your honesty.

Medicaid doesn’t cover implants just dentures. You apparently didn’t know that.
Omg the smile thing is so right. I don't remember how to smile anymore.
Thanks so much Dr H. I’m 6 day post op in Melbourne Australia. I’m struggling but your vids are very comforting. Thank you
Thank you my friend! Congratulations! Thanks for watching!

Congratulations my friend! Best investment you will have ever made for yourself!
Thank you my friend. I look forward to meeting you.

Hi Doc...What is better? All on four or six? I,'ve been thinking about it for a long time but what i,m worried about is i,'ve had a denture for about 35 years, probably need a bone graph on top of all the cost...
Hi Monique. We only do the “All on 4” because of the maintenance and stability of the device. We would love to meet you And answer your questions.
Woww amazing video. I wish you are in the UK.
Not only the bacteria issue but how much bone of the upper and lower jaw they remove, is insane. It's so dangerous!
I am astounded, that the ADA would even allow the "teeth-in-a-day" procedure‼️😡
I had a very wise and honest dentist like yourself, who warned me about the dangers of too many extractions, leaving me to suffer bone loss in my jaw. I will wait to save up the money, to have my dental work done right❣️
Thanks for watching and commenting my friend.
Are the Temps fixed to the implants on the reveal? Or are the temps removeable, more concerned for the lower arch.
Fixed and monolithic...meaning they aren’t converted from a cheap denture like many clinics out there. These are custom made after surgery to fit your mouth.
What material does Nuvia use? Not Zirconia?
How do you find a high-end doctor to do this? I live near San Antonio, TX and I’m looking for a doctor to do the BEST POSSIBLE dentures but it seems impossible to find a doctor who’s capable of giving me the highest quality denture with a $1M looking smile. I’m fortunate that the finance part doesn’t really matter to me BUT I still feel like a kid lost in the woods, when it comes to locating a doctor that can, and will, provide that ‘best of the best’ service.
Any advice on finding a doctor? I don’t know anyone that I could ask.

Hello. What is your take on D5 dental Implant centers ?

Would love recommendations for a clinic in Texas !!
Thank you so much for the Information i am wearing temporary lower denture 5 months as I had to get bone grafting my only fear is ending up with pushed our lips but when you said that will be fixed I am saying to myself it has got to be worth waiting for and has got to be better than these temporary
They will be! You will love them I'm sure. Thanks for watching! Congratulations!
Dr Hendrick you are great👍👍👍
I have been to several doctors I in Tampa Florida where I lived and I'm blown away that no one has explained the process like you have and I have gone to small clinics and the big name clinics as well. Thank you for your post!!! YOU helped me so much with my oncoming journey and I do feel more educated with this information❤
Your welcome! Being informed helps you to make the right decisions for yourself. Thanks for watching.
Removable dentures are definitely the best and safest option.
It is a very good option if one can't go into the all on 4.
I agree
My dentist puled my upper teeth without doing impressions and now he is telling me that I have to wait over a month to get my top plate please help is there anything that can be done

The bottom line is we are buying a Mercedes and getting to drive it for four months and make any changes we want. Not what the Dr. wants! I choose Dreamdental after many months of research. Dr. Hendriks is amazing, but his team is more amazing than him. Im in the third week of the four-month process with my new teeth, and I still do not know what I want in my smile. What is the long term care/Maintenance for All on 4?
After your final teeth are delivered, you will have maintenance and cleaning every 6 months. This is where they remove the device and check your implants health. If you have good hygiene, and good health they could last you a lifetime with no problems.
Hay DR H have you ever worked with MetLife insurance and if so does all on 4 coverd

You are wonderful human being. Bless you 🙏🙏
Had both arches in Zirconia.
Congratulations on your new smile. Thanks for sharing and watching!
Where do you go?
@@LeGeND-12 Melbourne, Fl
Thank you for the thorough explanation, doc. Question: How does the fact that a patient can change their mind and get , basically, a whole new set of dentures, reflect in the fees?
Then you would pay for the new denture and lab fees. When we go into the final device, the patient needs to make sure they are satisfied with the design, and shading before it is processed and sign the agreement.
@@implantsecrets Thank you for your prompt reply.
Yes sir I am having issues with having to watch I don't bite chunks of my lower lip when I eat.
I just don’t laugh as big when a pic is taken. Thanks for the advice. If anyone is considering the All on 4, please listen to Dream Dental. Everything they’ve said is 100% accurate. Don’t believe in permanent teeth in a day or even a week. Take your time.
Can you recommend a doctor in Washington state around Tacoma Seattle
I completed my all on four in India five years ago, but my speech and singing are still not clear. I want to come to the US to rebuild my front teeth, but I'm worried that my speech will still be unclear afterwards. Is this possible, Doctor?
Yes, your speech could be improved most certainly. These are often just small adjustments that have an exponential effect. You would need to get the implant information from the doctors office where it was done so we could be prepared with the right tools. Most likely, we would already have them but if not we would order them in.

All on 4 dental implants surgery and then later bridges are primarily for people in your situation that would need extensive grafting, which increases the cost and time and amount of surgery required. This is the response I gave to same question.

Expensive but worth it…
Thank you Jocelyn, that is what I believe. Most people appreciate that. Some unfortunately don't want to hear it. Thanks for watching!
